Clean and ample facilities, friendly staff, convenient & beautiful location. Our room was really spacious and close to kitchen, reception, bar and common room. 15 minute walk to Castleton centre and free parking. Just perfect. We’ve recommended to family already.

You have to remember that this is a youth hostel. Of coming with a young family and staying in a four bed dorm with en-suite, cooking in the shared kitchen area and using the lounges then this is an ideal location and certainly value for money.

Just the ticket for what we wanted . A nights sleep .The room was basic but clean as expected. The bathrooms were ok but mouldy silicone .All good
