The location is a little remote and it’s very unclean in the areas around it. The breakfast is very good and the girl taking care of it is very serviceminded. The pool and the poolarea is perfect and the resort is good value for the money. We had a very good stay.

Very nice owner doing all she could to make us feel good! Beautifully renovated rooms. Nice pool and outstanding outdoor area. Breakfast was fresh and good. Safe gate at entrance and parking inside the area. Only one bad thing to mention, a constant barking from the neighbor dog night and day.

Le meilleur hôtel dans un budget raisonnable ( chambre economique) que nous avons eu en Sicile. Le cadre est reposant et tres agréable pour profiter des vacances. L'hôte est adorable au petit soin avec ses clients (nous avons même eu droit à un aperitif de bienvenue), la chambre est très belle conforme aux photos comme la propriété qui est magnifique. De nombreux équipements à disposition comme la piscine et le barbecue.. La cerise sur le gâteau est le petit déjeuner. Nous avons passé une nuit formidable et si nous retournons en Sicile nous y reviendrons.

Una struttura sicuramente da consigliare. Posizione strategica per visitare le bellezze di Marsala e Trapani. Vicina all'aeroporto e a dieci minuti da Marsala. Bellissima piscina e buona colazione. Camere pulite, parcheggio interno e dotazione di telecomando per entrare autonomamente. Servizio semplice ma gestito da personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Es war ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit neuen Zimmern ( zwar etwas klein , aber zum Schlafen ok) das Bad war sehr schön. Angenehme Bettwäsche und Hand/ Duschtücher aus Baumwolle- Waffelpique. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Da der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht so funktionierte , wie er sollte, gab es noch einen großen Gastronomiekühlschrank für die Gäste an der Poolbar . Wir haben auch gegrillt in der Barbecueecke, es war auch ein Gasherd u eine Mikrowelle vorhanden . Für den Müll standen Abfallbehälter zum Müll trennen zur Verfügung. Der Pool und die Poolanlage war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Es waren genügend Liegen für alle Gäste da … Das Auto wurde sicher im Resortgelände geparkt . Alles war durch Mauern und Tore abgegrenzt, so konnte auch unser kleiner Hund , der sehr willkommen war und verwöhnt wurde , nirgends abhauen .Er durfte auch mit an die Poolanlage,.Das Frühstücksbüffet war sensationell mit allem was das Herz begehrt . Generell war das Personal , sowie die Eigentümer der Anlage sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Da die Abfahrt unserer Fähre ab Palermo am Abreisetag 3 x nach hinten verschoben wurde und wir letztendlich erst nachts um 0.15 Uhr ablegten , wurde uns großzügigerweise angeboten , das Zimmer und die Anlage solange zu nutzen , bis wir spätnachmittags abreisten . Das war ein sehr entgegenkommendes großzügiges Angebot. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen 👍

La struttura è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità se si vuol godere di alcuni giorni di assoluto relax è l ideale Mette a disposizione spazi gradevoli dove pranzare e cenare in autonomia. La posizione è comoda a 15 minuti da centro di marsala, dalle saline..... Il mio personale parere sarebbe da incrementare qualche attività ludica..... Per grandi e bambini

Easy enough to find, parking included and easy. Pool and ambience lovely, lots of plantings, pool chairs and relaxing. Breakfast attendant lovely and attentive and the food plentiful and varied. Room decor odd, to say the least, minimal wall outlets in this age of multiple electronics - one of which was hanging out of the wall. Desk Service: indifferent. Had to return to the desk to find basic information the concierge omitted - Wi-Fi code (nowhere in the room), how to open the property gate to come and go, where to find pool towels. When we asked for help with attractions we're told that not much happens on the weekend- "Welcome to Italy". Untrue - we had a great walking tour of the salt flats and a lovely afternoon on a boat tour of the Stagnone Lagoon and the island of Mozia. Restaurant recommendations were mainly bar and pizza. Marsala offers terrific food beyond that; we had a fantastic dinners, at La Vecchia and a very good wine bar

Siamo arrivati nell'hotel che si trova in campagna a mezzanotte circa. Nonostante avessi avvertito alla reception vi era una donna arrabbiata per questo e ci ha fatto pesare la situazione. Le lenzuola del lettino singolo non erano state cambiate. vi erano dei capelli di altre persone. il bagno appena sufficiente con rubinetteria vecchia e mal funzionante la colazione in una stanza molto illuminata e bella. Purtroppo il dispenser della nutella non funzionava, il burro era finito, il pane non c'era. Siamo fuori stagione e sicuramente l'attenzione e' calata. poco soddisfacente

La stanza ben organizzata ed ordinata in ogni suo spazio ma soprattutto super pulita. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale! La Struttura offre uno spazio all’aperto meraviglioso per poter passare dal divertimento al total relax. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Very nice owner doing all she could to make us feel good! Beautifully renovated rooms. Nice pool and outstanding outdoor area. Breakfast was fresh and good. Safe gate at entrance and parking inside the area. Only one bad thing to mention, a constant barking from the neighbor dog night and day.

Le meilleur hôtel dans un budget raisonnable ( chambre economique) que nous avons eu en Sicile. Le cadre est reposant et tres agréable pour profiter des vacances. L'hôte est adorable au petit soin avec ses clients (nous avons même eu droit à un aperitif de bienvenue), la chambre est très belle conforme aux photos comme la propriété qui est magnifique. De nombreux équipements à disposition comme la piscine et le barbecue.. La cerise sur le gâteau est le petit déjeuner. Nous avons passé une nuit formidable et si nous retournons en Sicile nous y reviendrons.

Una struttura sicuramente da consigliare. Posizione strategica per visitare le bellezze di Marsala e Trapani. Vicina all'aeroporto e a dieci minuti da Marsala. Bellissima piscina e buona colazione. Es war ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit neuen Zimmern ( zwar etwas klein , aber zum Schlafen ok) das Bad war sehr schön. Angenehme Bettwäsche und Hand/ Duschtücher aus Baumwolle- Waffelpique. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Da der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht so funktionierte , wie er sollte, gab es noch einen großen Gastronomiekühlschrank für die Gäste an der Poolbar . Wir haben auch gegrillt in der Barbecueecke, es war auch ein Gasherd u eine Mikrowelle vorhanden . Für den Müll standen Abfallbehälter zum Müll trennen zur Verfügung. Der Pool und die Poolanlage war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Es waren genügend Liegen für alle Gäste da … Das Auto wurde sicher im Resortgelände geparkt . Alles war durch Mauern und Tore abgegrenzt, so konnte auch unser kleiner Hund , der sehr willkommen war und verwöhnt wurde , nirgends abhauen .Er durfte auch mit an die Poolanlage,.Das Frühstücksbüffet war sensationell mit allem was das Herz begehrt . Generell war das Personal , sowie die Eigentümer der Anlage sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Da die Abfahrt unserer Fähre ab Palermo am Abreisetag 3 x nach hinten verschoben wurde und wir letztendlich erst nachts um 0.15 Uhr ablegten , wurde uns großzügigerweise angeboten , das Zimmer und die Anlage solange zu nutzen , bis wir spätnachmittags abreisten . Das war ein sehr entgegenkommendes großzügiges Angebot. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen 👍

Easy enough to find, parking included and easy. Pool and ambience lovely, lots of plantings, pool chairs and relaxing. Breakfast attendant lovely and attentive and the food plentiful and varied. Room decor odd, to say the least, minimal wall outlets in this age of multiple electronics - one of which was hanging out of the wall. Desk Service: indifferent. Had to return to the desk to find basic information the concierge omitted - Wi-Fi code (nowhere in the room), how to open the property gate to come and go, where to find pool towels. When we asked for help with attractions we're told that not much happens on the weekend- "Welcome to Italy". Untrue - we had a great walking tour of the salt flats and a lovely afternoon on a boat tour of the Stagnone Lagoon and the island of Mozia. Restaurant recommendations were mainly bar and pizza. Please do not follow the location listed for this area. On Apple Maps look up “Villa Carlo resort” it shows “closed” not sure why but it’s the correct address . The one listed on the website takes you in the middle of no where please look it up yourself. When you arrive at gate call front desk they will open it for you. We went during ferregusto and they did not offer lunch ins but the breakfast is incredible and has everything you can think of and they can also cater in for you (room service) the pool was in excellent condition but this location is more in the suburbs of Marsala if your looking for a quiet retreat this is for you if not find a place in town square. Note: we booked two double beds but we were only two people so they will only give you one bed upon arrival. Bring your own towels for the pool the ones they provide are very thin however clean. Staff is very nice and super attentive. There is an open bar with some chips / beer/ water. And there is usually always a parking spot behind the gate to park cars. It is family owned and there is usually no staff past 8 pm so be sure to check in before that . Lovely stay thank you villa Carlo!

La struttura è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità se si vuol godere di alcuni giorni di assoluto relax è l ideale Mette a disposizione spazi gradevoli dove pranzare e cenare in autonomia. Staff is very nice and super attentive. There is an open bar with some chips / beer/ water. And there is usually always a parking spot behind the gate to park cars. Please do not follow the location listed for this area. On Apple Maps look up “Villa Carlo resort” it shows “closed” not sure why but it’s the correct address . The one listed on the website takes you in the middle of no where please look it up yourself. When you arrive at gate call front desk they will open it for you. We went during ferregusto and they did not offer lunch ins but the breakfast is incredible and has everything you can think of and they can also cater in for you (room service) the pool was in excellent condition but this location is more in the suburbs of Marsala if your looking for a quiet retreat this is for you if not find a place in town square. Note: we booked two double beds but we were only two people so they will only give you one bed upon arrival. Bring your own towels for the pool the ones they provide are very thin however clean. Easy enough to find, parking included and easy. Pool and ambience lovely, lots of plantings, pool chairs and relaxing. Breakfast attendant lovely and attentive and the food plentiful and varied. Room decor odd, to say the least, minimal wall outlets in this age of multiple electronics - one of which was hanging out of the wall. Desk Service: indifferent. Had to return to the desk to find basic information the concierge omitted - Wi-Fi code (nowhere in the room), how to open the property gate to come and go, where to find pool towels. When we asked for help with attractions we're told that not much happens on the weekend- "Welcome to Italy". Untrue - we had a great walking tour of the salt flats and a lovely afternoon on a boat tour of the Stagnone Lagoon and the island of Mozia. Restaurant recommendations were mainly bar and pizza. Marsala offers terrific food beyond that; we had a fantastic dinners, at La Vecchia and a very good wine bar

Very nice resort with friendly staff. We arrived after midnight, but were still able to check in. Perfect breakfast with all fresh products, fruits, eggs etc. Can certainly recommend a stay here.

The property location is off and the navigators get confused on how to get there. It’s about 12-15 minutes drive to the city center. There are two grocery stores about 5-10 minutes drive. The villa is nice, nice pool, lounge chairs, the stuff is very helpful and friendly, mostly clean and most of the amenities are in working conditions. No restaurants, shops near buy - it’s in the middle of nowhere. Nothing is walkable. The breakfast is poor - the food placed before the cafe is open for it so even coffee is served lukewarm- there is a microwave and you are offered to warm up the coffee that was just served there as well as some food.

The location is a little remote and it’s very unclean in the areas around it. The breakfast is very good and the girl taking care of it is very serviceminded. The pool and the poolarea is perfect and the resort is good value for the money. We had a very good stay.
