Unser Lieblingshotel am Gardasee. Wir fühlen uns nirgendwo so erholt wie nach dem Aufenthalt hier. Angefangen bei der stilvolle Villa, über die Tatsache, dass jedes Zimmer ausreichend groß ist und einen großen Whirlpool hat, der mit frischem Thermalwasser befüllt werden kann. Zimmer hängen Scharm mit Stuck und hohen Fenstern und Decken, wobei die Bäder renoviert sind. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das zumindest an der Rezeption sogar deutsch spricht. Gutes Frühstück, vor allem für italienische Verhältnisse. Freier Zugang zum Thermalpark, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. Breakfast you can have outside in the park with fresh foods and cappuccino. The property itself is taken care of very good. Basically you stay in the palace and get to feel all the beauty of Italian style Villa. Will come back.

Front desk was so nice and helpful. The room we had was not was i expectet. You could hear anything and couldt sleep around 01-02 becourse they had sex in the room next door han could hear he scream and my 5 years old daughter asking me whats happens and was scared and 1 night there was very big noise from outside and bang so and you could hear the spa getting empty for the other rooms around 23:00. But pool area was amazing and beautiful but then again i schould pay 5 euro for each sunbed to be there but we stayd at the hotel so that was a littlebit wird i think before i pay a lot for 2 night stays

È sempre piacevole tornare ad alloggiare in queste residenze, dotate di una confirtevole vasca idromassaggio alimentata con acqua termale. E' possibile consumare/ preparare pasti e viene dato in dotazione un cestino con diversi prodotti confezionati per la prima colazione. Pulizia sempre curata

La nostra esperienza è cominciata malissimo al nostro arrivo scopriamo che il parcheggio della struttura è a circa 500 metri , anche se in prenotazione dava parcheggio in struttura, dopo una camminata di 500 metri con valigie e zaini arriviamo alla struttura, dopo diverse rimostranze e mostrando la preparazione con parcheggio mi hanno trovato un posto all’interno . La camera è al piano terra la cosa geniale è che di fronte alla porta di ingresso alla camera hanno posizionato un distributore automatico di bevande, dalle 06,00 del mattino sono iniziati i via vai di persone a prendere le bevande oltre al rumore del distributore le persone hanno iniziato a parlare davanti al distributore ovviamente non è stato più possibile dormire , e per terminare abbiamo scoperto che la caldaia era guasta e quando iniziava a scaldare l’acqua per il riscaldamento iniziava a fare un rumore terribile ovviamente essendo posizionata nella camera da letto non era possibile tenerla accesa quindi è stata spenta con conseguente non funzionamento del riscaldamento e abbiamo passato tutta notte al freddo , alle nostre rimostranze alla direzione, ci è stato offerto di rimanere in camera qualche ora in più al freddo .

La camera con yacuzi ampi ben strutturata. Sarebbe stato bello avere anche della frutta per la colazione. La yacuzi molto grande peccato manca appendi asciugamani vicino alla scaletta, e il bottone delle bollicine non funziona benissimo. Il bagno nota dolente, ventola aspirazione faceva un frastuono, doccia impossibile farla bocchette sparavano acqua ad alta velocità e faceva male. Kit cortesia molto scarno quattro boccette. Sempre in bagno appendere l'accappatoio impossibile mancano appendono fuori dalla doccia. Camera secondo piano senza ascensore almeno noi non lo abbiamo visto e nemmeno proposto. Comunque nel complesso ottimo, ma per il prezzo speso attenzione i dettagli sono importanti per gli ospiti. La televisione per il tipo di stanza un po' piccola. Ma sicuramente miglioreranno perché merita davvero

For the age of the property it was fine. The AC was not very cold , I do understand that Italy is not known for the cold air. Room was a bit stuffy…the springs was very nice though. Service was great ..grounds is beautiful.

Villa dei cedri Is a unique Place. A thermal water lake located in the middle of a park Is a very peaceful spot to relax while kids enjoy a swim in One of the lakes. Very quiet and great apartments with a private Jacuzzi. Villa dei cedri Is a unique Place. A thermal water lake located in the middle of a park Is a very peaceful spot to relax while kids enjoy a swim in One of the lakes. Very quiet and great apartments with a private Jacuzzi. Ottimo soggiorno. Ho fatto fatica a capire quale fosse la reception perché non era chiaro dalla prenotazione. La camera era perfetta ma non c’era la doccia. C’era solo un’enorme vasca idromassaggio in camera ed era molto scomodo farsi la doccia. Per il resto tutto perfetto e tutti molto gentili.

La vasca idromassaggio con l'acqua termale in ogni camera rende la struttura unica. Buona colazione internazionale e ottimo ristorante nel cortile dell'hotel. La possibilità di rimanere nel parco termale e di usufruire del centro benessere (su prenotazione per fasce orarie) anche per tutto il giorno successivo post check out da la possibilità di sfruttare a pieno 2 giornate, utilizzando gli accapatoi della camera. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

La camera con yacuzi ampi ben strutturata. Sarebbe stato bello avere anche della frutta per la colazione. La yacuzi molto grande peccato manca appendi asciugamani vicino alla scaletta, e il bottone delle bollicine non funziona benissimo. Il bagno nota dolente, ventola aspirazione faceva un frastuono, doccia impossibile farla bocchette sparavano acqua ad alta velocità e faceva male. Kit cortesia molto scarno quattro boccette. Sempre in bagno appendere l'accappatoio impossibile mancano appendono fuori dalla doccia. Camera secondo piano senza ascensore almeno noi non lo abbiamo visto e nemmeno proposto. Comunque nel complesso ottimo, ma per il prezzo speso attenzione i dettagli sono importanti per gli ospiti. La televisione per il tipo di stanza un po' piccola. Ma sicuramente miglioreranno perché merita davvero

Front desk was so nice and helpful. The room we had was not was i expectet. You could hear anything and couldt sleep around 01-02 becourse they had sex in the room next door han could hear he scream and my 5 years old daughter asking me whats happens and was scared and 1 night there was very big noise from outside and bang so and you could hear the spa getting empty for the other rooms around 23:00. But pool area was amazing and beautiful but then again i schould pay 5 euro for each sunbed to be there but we stayd at the hotel so that was a littlebit wird i think before i pay a lot for 2 night stays

Gorgeous property! Just make sure that if you want to stay on the classic building that you book there. Otherwise, you will be in the apartments which are spacious and super clean, just not on the actual classic building on the pic.

Unser Lieblingshotel am Gardasee. Wir fühlen uns nirgendwo so erholt wie nach dem Aufenthalt hier. Angefangen bei der stilvolle Villa, über die Tatsache, dass jedes Zimmer ausreichend groß ist und einen großen Whirlpool hat, der mit frischem Thermalwasser befüllt werden kann. Zimmer hängen Scharm mit Stuck und hohen Fenstern und Decken, wobei die Bäder renoviert sind. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das zumindest an der Rezeption sogar deutsch spricht. Gutes Frühstück, vor allem für italienische Verhältnisse. Freier Zugang zum Thermalpark, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

La nostra esperienza è cominciata malissimo al nostro arrivo scopriamo che il parcheggio della struttura è a circa 500 metri , anche se in prenotazione dava parcheggio in struttura, dopo una camminata di 500 metri con valigie e zaini arriviamo alla struttura, dopo diverse rimostranze e mostrando la preparazione con parcheggio mi hanno trovato un posto all’interno . La camera è al piano terra la cosa geniale è che di fronte alla porta di ingresso alla camera hanno posizionato un distributore automatico di bevande, dalle 06,00 del mattino sono iniziati i via vai di persone a prendere le bevande oltre al rumore del distributore le persone hanno iniziato a parlare davanti al distributore ovviamente non è stato più possibile dormire , e per terminare abbiamo scoperto che la caldaia era guasta e quando iniziava a scaldare l’acqua per il riscaldamento iniziava a fare un rumore terribile ovviamente essendo posizionata nella camera da letto non era possibile tenerla accesa quindi è stata spenta con conseguente non funzionamento del riscaldamento e abbiamo passato tutta notte al freddo , alle nostre rimostranze alla direzione, ci è stato offerto di rimanere in camera qualche ora in più al freddo .

Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. Breakfast you can have outside in the park with fresh foods and cappuccino. The property itself is taken care of very good. Basically you stay in the palace and get to feel all the beauty of Italian style Villa. Will come back.

Skuffende 4-stjernet ophold, meget nedslidt lejlighed. Der mangler en kold pool, der er ikke bad på værelserne (man står oven i en spa og brusebader), boede i lejlighed hvor der ikke var vinglas, man betaler EUR 6 per liggestol per dag, børn under 18 år har ikke adgang til SPA faciliteter (står dog i beskrivelsen). Manglende brusebad er utilstedeligt. Omgivelser dog fine og velholdte - men stedet er bedre at besøge i kolde tider. Mad i omkringliggende restauranter er god.

La camera con yacuzi ampi ben strutturata. Sarebbe stato bello avere anche della frutta per la colazione. La yacuzi molto grande peccato manca appendi asciugamani vicino alla scaletta, e il bottone delle bollicine non funziona benissimo. Il bagno nota dolente, ventola aspirazione faceva un frastuono, doccia impossibile farla bocchette sparavano acqua ad alta velocità e faceva male. Kit cortesia molto scarno quattro boccette. Sempre in bagno appendere l'accappatoio impossibile mancano appendono fuori dalla doccia. Camera secondo piano senza ascensore almeno noi non lo abbiamo visto e nemmeno proposto. Comunque nel complesso ottimo, ma per il prezzo speso attenzione i dettagli sono importanti per gli ospiti. La televisione per il tipo di stanza un po' piccola. Ma sicuramente miglioreranno perché merita davvero

We had a great last minute stay for 5 nights, the reception staff and cleaners were great and very helpful. Weren’t very pleased about being charged for sunbeds while we stayed, even if you would be using for an hour, life guards who asked for the money were miserable. Also the orangery restaurant staff were rude and ignorant. So would have been a 5 but this made it a 4

Gorgeous property! Just make sure that if you want to stay on the classic building that you book there. Otherwise, you will be in the apartments which are spacious and super clean, just not on the actual classic building on the pic.
