The hotel was wonderful. Amazing breakfast, including Eggs Benedict! The infinity pool was gorgeous and there were plenty of umbrellas at the pool and the beach. Loved that we could walk to the night market for dinner. Lots of other restaurants nearby. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was not nice to walk on the beach. Lots of seaweed and trash and when I finished my walk I saw that I had black gunk on the bottom of my feet which was very hard to wash away. I like to be able to walk on the beach when I am on a beach vacation.

We had an amazing stay! There is everything you could want at this hotel. The staff do so much to make your stay enjoyable. The amenities are fabulous with views to match. The pool, beach, bar, spa and restaurant are just steps apart. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Jasmine Samui. The location is excellent, right on Lamai Beach and also close to the market and restaurants. The staff were amazing and the food at breakfast was terrific. The only room for some improvement would be updating the sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. We look forward to coming again.

We loved our stay here! After walking up and down Lamai beach, this looked to be one of the nicest resorts! The whole set up with the infinity pool, bar, restaurant and beach lounges was amazing. Food from the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

L'Hôtel est convenable, question propreté je m'attendais à mieux pour un 4* (nid de fourmis derrière la tablette de nuit). Le petit déjeûner est correct et copieux et les déjeûners et dîners du restaurant sont très bons. Quant au personnel certains sont sympatiques d'autres beaucoup moins (notamment celle du checkin et out ou les 2 serveuses âgées du restaurant)

Sehr schönes, kleines und ruhiges Hotel. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Trotz der umliegenden Bars, Geschäften und Massagesalons war die Lage super ruhig und wir hatten einen erholsamen Schlaf. Alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht, sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und abwechelungsreich. Außerdem war es sehr entspannend, da das Hotel nicht so groß war und dementsprechend weniger Leute beim Frühstück waren. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und kümmert sich gut um die Gäste. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit toller grüner Anlage. Schöne Zimmer, Restaurant und Pool mit Blick aufs Meer. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet mit Abwechslung. Hotel liegt ruhig aber trotzdem nahe dem Lamai Nachtleben.

Die Zimmer sind ganz schön. Allerdings wurde uns zuerst ein Zimmer mit einer Durchgangstür gegebenen, durch die jedes Wort und das Schreien eines Babys hörbar war. Als ich nach einem neuen Zimmer fragte, rief die Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption bei der Familie aus dem Nebenzimmer an und fragte, wann das Baby schlafen gehen würde. Anstatt uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben in einer höheren Zimmerkategorie, wurde die Familie genervt. Auch nach Hinweisen darauf, dass das Baby ja wohl kaum an der Lage schuld ist, bekamen wir erst am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer, da erst dann in der Zimmerkategorie ein Neues frei wurde. Das Frühstück war leider nicht gerade schmackhaft. Es gab zwar eine gute Auswahl, aber der Geschmack hat vollkommen gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen stressten beim Frühstück um Punkt 10 Uhr und fragten, ob man noch etwas wollen würde. Genauso erging es Abends mit den liegen am Pool. Der Pool hat zwar bis 7 Uhr Abends auf, doch schon 5 Uhr werden die Liegen eingepackt und man sozusagen weggedrängt. Man fühlte sich unwohl bei diesem Verhalten. Alles in allem entspricht das Hotel nicht dem 4 Sterne Standard. Auf Koh Samui habe ich deutlich bessere Hotels besucht. Jetzt zum Guten: Der Pool und der Strand sind sehr schön. Die Liegen sind bequem. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars. Man ist mitten im Geschehen, trotzdem ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen.

kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir hatten Zimmer im 2. Stock mit Seaview. Ist nett aber ohne Aufzug auch nur bedingt empfehlenwert. Leider gab es in den 2 Wochen nicht die Möglichkeit am Strand zu essen (BBQ etc.) Da sind wir auf das Nachbarhotel ausgewichen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und das Frühstück naturgemäss asiatisch geprägt aber trotzdem sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich.

Where to start! Firstly, I have been coming to Samui for over 25 years and I can honestly say this is the best accommodation I have stayed in, for many reasons. The hotels employees, every single one of them without exception were outstanding. I have never felt so welcome anywhere, so friendly, always happy, nothing is too much trouble. I felt right at home straight away, being a solo traveller I never felt alone once at this hotel only at home. To the owner of the hotel your employees are an absolute credit to you. The sea view room was lovely and big, very quiet, had everything I needed, new beach towels every day, slippers, dressing gown, an extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of sockets which makes a nice change and comfortable seats on the balcony. The bathroom was nice and spacious, soaps, shampoo and body lotion provided in the shower and by the bath and a good hairdryer. NIce big towels too! The breakfast was plentiful lots of variety, fresh fruit was my main go to and some lovely coffee. The restaurant food was so good, in fact I ate here and didn’t bother going out some evenings. The guys on the beach bar were lovely and friendly so never felt odd sitting having a nice drink listening to the sea in the evenings on my own. It’s the little touches that make hotels stand out, and Samui Jasmine does them well. I have already booked again for 17 nights this time, I won’t be staying anywhere else in future, can’t wait to go back!

wir waren zum 3 x im Samui Jasmin und erneut sehr zufrieden. Evtl. könnten die Klimaanlagen mal ein Update vertragen. Sind doch recht laut und entfeuchten das Zimmer nicht mehr richtig. Ist aber kein wirklicher Makel.

Wonderful breakfast, great view and right on the beach. Staff was helpful and our room overlooking the property with the view to the beach was a real plus. Hot water was lacking in the shower and the general area of Lamai is a bit rundown, but it was definitely one of the better resorts along that strip and right on the beach.

Die Zimmer sind ganz schön. Allerdings wurde uns zuerst ein Zimmer mit einer Durchgangstür gegebenen, durch die jedes Wort und das Schreien eines Babys hörbar war. Als ich nach einem neuen Zimmer fragte, rief die Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption bei der Familie aus dem Nebenzimmer an und fragte, wann das Baby schlafen gehen würde. Anstatt uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben in einer höheren Zimmerkategorie, wurde die Familie genervt. Auch nach Hinweisen darauf, dass das Baby ja wohl kaum an der Lage schuld ist, bekamen wir erst am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer, da erst dann in der Zimmerkategorie ein Neues frei wurde. Das Frühstück war leider nicht gerade schmackhaft. Es gab zwar eine gute Auswahl, aber der Geschmack hat vollkommen gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen stressten beim Frühstück um Punkt 10 Uhr und fragten, ob man noch etwas wollen würde. Genauso erging es Abends mit den liegen am Pool. Der Pool hat zwar bis 7 Uhr Abends auf, doch schon 5 Uhr werden die Liegen eingepackt und man sozusagen weggedrängt. Man fühlte sich unwohl bei diesem Verhalten. Alles in allem entspricht das Hotel nicht dem 4 Sterne Standard. Auf Koh Samui habe ich deutlich bessere Hotels besucht. Jetzt zum Guten: Der Pool und der Strand sind sehr schön. Die Liegen sind bequem. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars. Man ist mitten im Geschehen, trotzdem ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen.

Where to start! Firstly, I have been coming to Samui for over 25 years and I can honestly say this is the best accommodation I have stayed in, for many reasons. The hotels employees, every single one of them without exception were outstanding. I have never felt so welcome anywhere, so friendly, always happy, nothing is too much trouble. I felt right at home straight away, being a solo traveller I never felt alone once at this hotel only at home. To the owner of the hotel your employees are an absolute credit to you. The sea view room was lovely and big, very quiet, had everything I needed, new beach towels every day, slippers, dressing gown, an extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of sockets which makes a nice change and comfortable seats on the balcony. The bathroom was nice and spacious, soaps, shampoo and body lotion provided in the shower and by the bath and a good hairdryer. NIce big towels too! The breakfast was plentiful lots of variety, fresh fruit was my main go to and some lovely coffee. The restaurant food was so good, in fact I ate here and didn’t bother going out some evenings. The guys on the beach bar were lovely and friendly so never felt odd sitting having a nice drink listening to the sea in the evenings on my own. It’s the little touches that make hotels stand out, and Samui Jasmine does them well. I have already booked again for 17 nights this time, I won’t be staying anywhere else in future, can’t wait to go back!

The hotel was wonderful. Amazing breakfast, including Eggs Benedict! The infinity pool was gorgeous and there were plenty of umbrellas at the pool and the beach. Loved that we could walk to the night market for dinner. Lots of other restaurants nearby. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was not nice to walk on the beach. Lots of seaweed and trash and when I finished my walk I saw that I had black gunk on the bottom of my feet which was very hard to wash away. I like to be able to walk on the beach when I am on a beach vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Jasmine Samui. The location is excellent, right on Lamai Beach and also close to the market and restaurants. The staff were amazing and the food at breakfast was terrific. The only room for some improvement would be updating the sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. We look forward to coming again.

Wonderful breakfast, great view and right on the beach. Staff was helpful and our room overlooking the property with the view to the beach was a real plus. We loved our stay here! After walking up and down Lamai beach, this looked to be one of the nicest resorts! The whole set up with the infinity pool, bar, restaurant and beach lounges was amazing. Food from the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Jasmine Resort is absolutely fabulous and right on Lamai Beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are gorgeous and so spacious. Nice size wardrobe, but there were no drawers which was a shame. We had a King Deluxe villa with jacuzzi which was located by the swimming pool and restaurant. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was superb with every taste catered for. Gardens are beautiful with a bridge over fish ponds. Stunning. No issues whatsoever getting a sun bed on the beach. They were plentiful. The pool looked gorgeous too although we didn’t use it. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend Jasmine Resort
