room and bedding were spotless, staff were lovely & very helpful, will definately book again

First room had wall paper hanging off, second room had dirty duvet. Third room had dirty mattress, dirty headboards, broken curtains, cobwebs and mould in the bathroom on the wall. Staff tried hard but it was really bad.
