the property it self is very good, excellent staff, specially reception, front desk ,concierge, and porter excellent and very equipped gym but as JW Marriott then should have more dinning facilities, lack of swimming pool spa and sauna ,they wrote that it is in a neighbor place but actually it is not true it is out of the hotel completely you have to take your belongings with you to change there simply because it is not connecting with hotel. My wife and I stayed at the Marriott for one night (Deluxe room) in July 2024. This was our second stay during our six-week European trip. We stayed for two nights at the beginning of our trip, having flown into Frankfurt from Asia. We were so impressed with this hotel, we decided to stay one more night before our return flight from Frankfurt, rather than travel directly to the airport. We were very, very happy with this decision! We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the city. The room was incredible! Beautiful, large and luxurious. In general, the hotel and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is also perfect, and the hotel personnel are lovely and very helpful. This will be the only place we will ever stay in Frankfurt. We were overcharged (€75) for a taxi ride from the hotel to the airport (nothing to do with the Hotel), so make sure you either agree on the charge up front, or that the taxi uses the meter. I usually follow this, but just forgot this time.

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Generally good service by staff. However, the 3rd set of amenities (e.g. a 3rd pair of slippers, a 3rd cup, a 3rd water glass in the bathroom, etc.) are lacking from the room although the reservation (with extra guest fee being paid for) clearly stated that 3 persons are staying in the room. Most importantly, it is strange that the bathroom and the bedroom are only separated by a louvred door. Therefore, when a person switches on the lights in the bathroom, the bedroom will also be illuminated and other persons in the bedroom will be waken up as a result. This design is really inconvenient and uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the city centre but still no noise in the hotel at all. The staff is delightful and so obliging . Nothing was too much for them. JW Marriott is a close walk to everything. We really enjoyed our time here. The staff is lovely and always willing to help. The hotel is located right next to the mall with a supermarket, which is convenient. Everything that we wanted to visit (Romer, Stadel Museum, shopping area) was all about a 15 minute walk.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff was also excellent and I loved the room. This would have been a perfect experience but unfortunately had 2 issues. First, the towels also smelled bad (like fish). Don’t know why. And second, 3 days of trying to call in room dining but never succeeded directly. Their service and food was excellent but it was frustrating trying to get someone on the phone

Great property. If you stay in Franfurt this should be number one on your list. There is a commercial gym attached to the hotel. Awesome facility. Helps with jet lag to use the gym. The only issue is the buffet breakfast while excellent, is expensive. I highly recommend this hotel.

And also for the WiFi at the reception they told us it’s free but when we connect they told us that we choose the not free the page of the WiFi was in Germany language so u don’t know which one is free !!! Too busy at check-in. Too busy at the bar where we were trying to order food. The bar asked for our room number so we thought the bill would be charged to the room. But turns out we were asked to pay at the bar. What was the point of giving them our room number? One room had chocolate bars on the table. Ours did not have. It is ok not to have choc but what was with the inconsistency, and ours was the upgraded room. The staff also did not give us Expedia vouchers when we checked in. We thought since they did not give, then we show the reservation to the bar. Told to get a voucher from reception. Queued again for the voucher not excellent experience for late night arrival.
