60代母と３泊滞在しました。 街中にあり、駅も徒歩1分で着くので利便性は最高です。（中央駅からも電車１本で行けます） ホテルでればドラッグストア、スタバ、マクドナルド、ケバブ屋がありますし、遅く到着しても何かしら食べれると思います。 エレベーターも1台でかなりスピードは遅いのと、スーツケース2台と2人でいっぱいになる狭さですがあるので助かりました。 6月頭に宿泊しましたが、扇風機があるだけでクーラーはありません。これ以上暑い季節の宿泊はしんどいと思います… あと冷蔵庫が冷たさ最大にしても全然冷えないので注意が必要です。 自分で対策できて、サービスとか求めない方なら、安いホテルですし全然いいと思います。私は次回も使いたいと思います。 日本人なら気になりそうなのは下記点です。 シャワーの勢いはしっかりあり、ちゃんと温かいお湯が出ました。 ただ排水溝の流れが最悪で1回目のシャワー2分くらいで水が溢れてきて少し気持ち悪かったです。厚底サンダルを持っていたのでそれを履いて入れたのがラッキーでした。 洗面台には歯磨き用のカップが付いていましたが、そこは茶色の水垢？が付いていて長く洗われていないことがわかりました。自分のカップがあったので使っていません。 なので清掃はある程度しかされてないと思います。 チェックインを対応したインド系の受付は非常に態度が悪かったです。その方の訛った英語が理解しづらく困っていたら、明らかにイラつかれ、「ああ英語理解できないのね！！早く書面書いて、デポジット払え！」と書面に指を叩きつけながら言われました。ホテルの出入りをしたときも挨拶すらしてもらえてませんでした。 他の方も愛想は良いわけではないですが、挨拶はしてくれますし、質問したら答えてくれます。受付も24時間開いているそうです。 鍵が1つしかもらえないのが不便でした。 外に出る時鍵をかけるのはもちろんですが、室内からも鍵を使わないと鍵が閉まりません。 別行動される方は注意された方がいいと思います。

Located in the center of the city and walkable to many city interesting points, but at night square close to hotel is a point of meeting for a lot of people, so it becomes noisy. 24/7 shuttle to airport is exhaguration. It's a taxi service thay will cost you extra and not always available, even though we called in advance. Staff is friendly and allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and even had tea pot, microwave and toaster, which was very unusual.

Nos ha gustado mucho, en pleno centro. Buena relación precio/ubicación. Difícil aparcar pero la noche del parking solo nos ha costado 9 euros.

Location and room ok, but payment for the City tax a disaester, at the end we paid cash. We havexto register and strip wants to have tax number ülus additional information. I booked with service, but forget it. The remark with the parking center was good, Konrad Adenauer center close to the hotel.

A small hotel above a restaurant, nice for a stay in Frankfurt. Situated in a small shopping square with bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel allowed us to pay for early check in and allowed left luggage if needed. Our floor had a communal cooking station with fridge, oven hob and sink which was useful. I would stay again as a good budget friendly hotel. Also a McDonald's across the street which is useful if returning back to the hotel late at night/ leaving early in the morning. Friendly check in staff.

The hotel is central situated and close to most objectives and public transport. The entrance is from a side street and there is almost no loby floor. It seems old and needs renovation. Work was being done during my stay. Relative clean but the color of the sheets was not ok. Many small things to complain about. Biggest let down is the very high price which I would never pay if it wasn't the last possible option.

I chose this hotel because it said it had 24-hour airport shuttle available and luggage storage. When I arrived, the front desk clerk was very rude and said their luggage storage was full, no early check in was available, and there was no airport shuttle. I was very disappointed, as this was the main reason I chose this hotel. Luckily, he let me make room and store my bags while I left to wait until check in was available. The actual hotel was fine - good location and inexpensive, so it was nothing fancy, but not horrible either.

Für 53 Euro die Nacht habe ich kein Luxuszimmer erwartet. Aber dieses Zimmer hatte offensichtlich Malarbeiten hinter sich. Der Boden insgesamt verschmutzt und mit Farbflecken verziert. Überall Farbspritzer, die nicht entfernt wurden. Die Gardinen halb abgerissen. In der Dusche kein warmes Wasser. Ich weiß nicht, wie die anderen Zimmer aussehen, aber bei einem Angebot von 53 Euro wäre ich hier als Reisende künftig sehr vorsichtig, ob ich in diesem Hotel ein Zimmer buche. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Ein kleiner Lichtblick. Da man weiß, dass man an der Zeil ein Hotel bucht, muss man davon ausgehen, dass es nicht ruhigste Ecke ist. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es aber ok.

It was a one night stay only but it’s a clean and centric hotel that allow you to walk to some attractions near by. Spacious room but shower doors would work so you gotta be careful 1. Not so slip in the shower with the curtain they adapted and 2. Not to make a mess outside the shower because again it can get slippery. Bottom line … completely worth for the price.

Personale cortese, la stanza ampia e pulita. La doccia aveva una porta scorrevole rotta ma si riusciva comunque a lavarsi. Posizione buona per muoversi a piedi.

Both the room and the reception do not match the pictures online, which we did not expect. There is a smell in the room that made me feel sick, should be compensated for the stay. Cleaning could be better. The entrance door to the reception should be locked since it is unattended and the hotel is located in the middle of the city center. I think the price is expensive compared to the hotel standard. Website should be updated with today's standard and not several years old.

Escolhemos pela localização do hotel, porém chegamos de noite e os quartos estavam sujos , cabelo, sem toalha, o carpete com papel…enfim foi um horror. Reclamamos e limparam , mas mesmo assim não indico o hotel.

Synes jeg fik meget for pengene, - rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til metroen og Messe Frankfurt og billig overnatning. Men der var ikke super rent og et lidt langhåret gulvtæppe. Skrivebord, men ingen stol - og heller ikke plads til en.

Friendly staff clean room

Leider muss ich feststellen, dass der Service und die Unterkunft, die ich erhalten habe, weit unter den Standards liegen, die ich von Ihrem etablierten Hotel erwartet hätte. Bei meiner Ankunft in Zimmer 53 stellte ich sofort eine Reihe von Problemen fest, die meinen Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt haben: Sauberkeit des Hotelzimmers und Zustand der Gegenstände: Das Zimmer war äußerst dreckig und ungepflegt. Es gab deutliche Spuren von Schmutz auf dem Boden, den Möbeln und sogar an den Wänden, dem Glas und der Wasserkocher war auch zusätzlich defekt und ich habe mich verletzt.Geruch von Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit: Das Zimmer roch extrem nach Schimmel und modriger Feuchtigkeit, was mir ernsthafte Unannehmlichkeiten bereitete und meinen Aufenthalt unerträglich machte. Lüftung vor dem Fenster: Die Positionierung der Lüftungsanlage direkt vor dem Fenster führte zu einem unangenehmen Geräuch wie Brummen weswegen es nicht möglich war das Fenster offen zu lassen. Pfeifende Heizung im Badezimmer: Die Heizung im Badezimmer erzeugte ein störendes Pfeifgeräusch, das mich daran hinderte, mich zu entspannen und meinen Aufenthalt zu genießen, geschweige denn erholsam zu nächtigen. Schlafkomfort: Die Matratze im Zimmer wies eine deutliche Wölbung in der Mitte auf, was dazu führte, dass mein Schlaf alles andere als erholsam war. Sobald ich mich im schlaf etwas bewegte wurde ich sofort wach weil man zu Seite kippte. Ich konnte gerademal 4 Stunden mit diversen Unterbrechungen schlafen.

Lage ist sehr gut, Personal freundlich, Umgebung sicher und ruhig - Zimmer sauber

Spartanisch und klein. Schönes Bad. Freundliche Rezeption. Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt.

Nice clean room, perfect bed .. A bit noisie to night outside, and the frieser is working weak..

Wir waren direkt unter einem elekrokasten o.ä daher war es sehr laut. Das Zimmer war unerträglich heiß und den Ventilator konnte man nur mit Licht anmachen. Fenster konnte man nachts auch nicht öffnen weil es viel zu laut war. Man ist also gefühlt erstickt ansonsten war es eigentlich super aber diese Punkte haben sehr gestört

Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt Sehr ruhig Föhn & Handtücher bequemes Bett - der Herr beim Check in war mit seinem Handytelefonat beschäftigt und war daher nicht wirklich bei der Sache - Leider ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof und da dort die Lüftung des Dönerladens unten ist hat es gestunken und man konnte absolut nicht lüften, dadurch war es so wahnsinnig warm im Zimmer das schlafen teilweise sehr schwer war - Es gab kein Wlan

Hotel simples e bem localizado; estive nele semana passada e o Wi-Fi não funcionou; retornei uma semana depois e mesma coisa e funcionários não sabem explicar motivo; achei hotel inseguro em relação a recepção cujos funcionários notoriamente não trabalham bem; não há banheiro no saguão do hotel ; a mala para guardar fica no corredor aonde qualquer um pode pegar e levar; idem com a chave que se deixa na recepção ; segurança zero

Hotel muito bem localizado , simples e limpo. O Wi-Fi durante minha estadia não funcionou . Há como esquentar água a chaleira no quarto mas não colocam sachê de café , achei isso um falta de zelo. Há uma mini geladeira no quarto tb que è útil

No AC in the hotel. Noisy street outside. Carpets that absorb the heat. Avoid during summer time. Also dirty curtains.

Mycket bra läge. Rent och bekväma sängar. Enda stira nackdel var att rummet inte hade AC och det var väldigt varmt och dålig luft.

The picture represents a front desk reception, when in reality there is no desk. We were struggling to get room access because the self check in website was rejecting my passport number. Fortunately an attendant soon showed up and got us access to the room. Things were fine after that. I specifically book hotels and not aparthotels because there is a reception during normal check-in hours.

Alles sauber aber abgenutzt. Das Zimmer hatte das nötigste und der Check in wurde durch technische Probleme verkompliziert. Trotzdem für 2 bis höchstens 3 Tage gerne wieder

Helpful staff and quick checkin as I arrived very late in the evening after a long day of train delays.

I booked the better room and not the base category. However what I got was from the pictures of the base category and definitely not what I paid for. Then the fan was not working. The WC was dirty when I got there. The reception was not willing to accept any request. If I got a salad from outside they did not even have cutlery. So terrible experience

Staff super friendly and helpful. Location Superb. Could you imagine a more beautiful and luxorously place, yes. BUT, It's clean, it's well located, and kinda checked all of my needs. Would definitely come back.

This is possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Please stay far, far away. Front desk was surly and unhelpful. Would not consider an early check-in, and observed that baggage left at the hotel was likely to be stolen. TV was broken. Fan was broken. Incredibly loud street noise going on to 2 am. One towel given for two occupants. All of these issues raised to the front desk staff who claimed helplessness. Gave us the email of the owner, whom I emailed. Nothing changed, over AN EIGHT DAY STAY. I have never experienced such a non-responsive hotel. This is more like a "pension" maybe one step up from a hostel, but the cost borders on a hotel. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Pay a little extra to stay in a better place.

숙소 위치가 지하철역 도보 1-2분에 위치하고 있어서 매우 만족스럽고 주변 관광 지도 편리하게 다닐 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

We didn't like the property. It didnt feel safe and extremely noisy.

Straightforward stay, no issues, nice enough room if basic (would have beenn nice to have tea/coffee not just a kettle. Was very hot in room but older property so no air con but there was a large fan so not a problem. No on site dining but then you know this when you book and everything is on the doorstep (even Mcd's if thats your thing. Bit of a dodgy area, known to be a bit of a druggy hangout nearby but i didn’t feel unsafe.

Muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de metrô e do centro comercial da cidade. Quarto amplo, banheiro muito bom e ainda tinha uma mini cozinha com frigobar, torradeira, chaleira e forno elétrico.

Convenient to walk, shopping and eating. MRT station is very close, around 1 minute walking.
