The hotel had a great location with shuttle service to Maihama station which you can walk to Tokyo Disneyland and take another train to Tokyo Disney Sea. The room accommodated two adults and two teenagers. The room was very clean although it’s an older hotel. They provide Japanese pajamas and slippers for you to use. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool, which we are used to in the US when you go to a hotel. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. They tried to help even when they spoke a little English. There was a little convenient store, shop, and a restaurant.

We booked a Hearth Fantasy Stay which included spa access, breakfast (choice of main plus buffet) in the gorgeous Fantasy Dining room, and lounge time with drinks and snacks, as well as a private check-in with excellent personalized service. It was nice to spend a couple of hours relaxing out of the hot sun, then go back to the park for the evening. The onsen-style bath felt great after a long day, although the mist sauna featured on the ladies’ side was too hot for me. (Note that the spa is only open in the afternoon/evening, and not available in the mornings. Language about tattoos is confusing; the English says “no irezumi / extensive body tattoos” while the Japanese just says “no tattoos.” I’d like them to clarify and (at the least) allow tattoos that can be covered with a sticker as many onsen now do.) The shuttle bus to/from Bayside monorail station or Maihama train station is convenient with luggage, although crowded at times. Staff was helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely consider staying here again!

フロントの方や清掃の方はとても優しく親切でした。しかし、帰りのリムジンバスを予約する時に電話対応してくれた方は、感じ悪かったです。分からないことをお客さんにそのままちょっと分からないですねと言うのは、接客業をする人とは思えないくらい意識が低すぎると思いました。分からないならお調べするのでお待ちくださいなどの言い方を学び、対応を改めてください。あと、荷物を郵送してもらおうと朝行ったら、スタッフの方の態度が感じ悪く、朝から不愉快でした。せっかくいいホテルなのに残念です。

My son uses wheelchair. When we checked in, they asked if we needed a bath-chair and non-slippery bath mat. I didn't know they had such things and they helped us a lot. Very good service after all.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the daily cleaning was appreciated. The staff was very helpful with checking in, and were extremely kind with our request to hold our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out. We were also provided guidance to the bus station to the airport shuttle to ensure that there were no issues. As English speaking guests, there were no issues with a language barrier. It was overall a great experience.

Sadly the staff speak no English, for an international travellers hotel you would expect the basic English, but no one in the hotel understands. Also the Restaurant closes at 9.30 pm and only a limited take out after that, a little disappointing.

We arrived early and were immediately greeted by the hotel staff. The attendant was very nice and gave me a receipt for my bags which would be delivered to my room at check in time. We caught the free shuttle bus to Maihama Station and took a train to Odaiba to pass the time. When we returned to the hotel, we received our room key and found the room to be clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The buffet breakfast every morning was wonderful. There were so many good things to eat and the staff was very kind and attentive. We really loved the location of this hotel because of it's proximity to the Disney parks and also for the convenient shuttle to Maihama station. The hotel also provided information on how to access a prepaid bus service to the airport that would pick us up from our hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was great. The room we stayed in was a great size for our family of 4 (we had 2 teenagers travelling with us). Our only complaint about our room was the lack of storage. We stayed for 3nights & would have liked a dresser to put things away especially sine we had been living out of our suitcases for 10 days prior! Overall, great stay though. Overall okay, they do provide transport, the facilities feel up to date, staff is friendly, breakfast and the restaurants available to you are good. That being said you do have to rely on the bus transportations to get to Maihama Station and to Bayside Station because the area around the hotel is sparse and not very walkable. To get to Maihama it is over 20 min walk and bayside station is also about 10/15 min walk. The buses don’t run very often. Three times an hour seems fine in theory, until it gets full (which is often) and you end up having to wait an additional 20 minutes for the next one. And at 20 min, you can just tough out the walk back to the hotel instead, at the expensive of your already tired feet. Because the buses run so infrequently, the lines are long to get in to them.

It’s a little out of the way and you can’t just pop out to a store or another restaurant without some planning. Their restaurant only has the buffet options for meals and we don’t eat enough to make that feasible. Super handy if you are just here for Disney, hotel is beautiful and the staff excellent. Also the airport limousine comes straight to the hotel to pick you up which is quite nice.

Stayed for 3 nights. Transportation to and from the theme parks was quick and easy. The room size is good but could have been a little cleaner. (I did find hair a few times throughout the room) but overall comfortable and spacious. The spa is very nice, open late and priced well. The food options could have been better. The buffet was a bit expensive and not quite worth it (the food was cold). Overall I would rate this hotel a 3.8/5
