Tokyu Stay Suidobashi

We had a great stay here, booked two rooms for a family of 4 for about the same price as 1 room elsewhere with 4 twin beds. Room was comfortable and a decent size for Japan. Loved that there was a washer/dryer in the room with its own detergent!! The location was ok, about a 5 min walk from Suidobashi station. There are a number of restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-10 min walking distance, but not one in the hotel. The staff were pleasant, and they were able to hold our luggage after we checked out on the last day so we could continue to tour around before heading to the airport. Comfortable, clean and overall a great place to stay!

オートチェックイン、オートチェックアウトともスムーズでした 在来線の音が少し気になったが、十分満足できる宿泊施設でした

サービスのコーヒーはありがたいが2つ持って部屋に戻るためにはカードキーをエレベーターホールにかざさなきゃいけないのが両手がふさがってるのでけっこうたいへんだった

The hotel is located in a quiet, non-touristy part of town, a short walk from Suidobashi station on the JR Sobu line and close to Tokyo Dome City. It seems to cater mainly to salarymen, which honestly is sometimes preferable to the alternative. It was great being able to return to a quieter area after battling throngs of tourists during the day. The rooms are old and worn, though tidy enough. Having our own washer/dryer was great. Staff are friendly and obliging and helped us out several times. Only complaint is that the property claims to be smoke-free but the smoking room is located right behind the reception/lounge area and is not adequately ventilated, so often the entire first floor smells of cigarette smoke. It's not a major problem, and didn't negatively affect our stay.

The facility is clean and staff friendly and accommodating. The hotel allowed us to drop our luggage off two days before the check-in date because we had Mt. Fuji climb and could not take our luggage with us. The area around the hotel has a lot of dining option and is close to Tokyo Dome, which was within walking distance, so it was very convenient.

Great location and service. If you want to hang out in Akihabara, Shinjuku, or central Tokyo you have very walkable access and can get to any in 20 minutes. Rooms are clean and utilitarian with a desk and microwave. Wifi is on every floor, though it's only about 0.5mb/s download speed.

チェックインが機械でできてスムーズでした。 リファのシャワーヘッドやシャンプー、コンディショナー、ヘアドライヤーが揃っているのも室内に電子レンジや大きめの冷蔵庫、ドラム式洗濯機があることもとても便利で

We stayed at Tokyu stay hotel just for two nights, it’s a nice hotel in a quiet area with stations about 10 minutes walk. We asked the hotel if they would hold our luggage for five nights while we traveled down to Osaka because we didn’t need all our cases, and they did happily which was great of them.checking in was fast and easy and the room and bathroom was clean and tidy. I would stay again and recommend it to anybody thinking of staying in that area.

A wonderful hotel tucked away in by Suidobashi Station. Considering it’s located right by Tokyo Dome City, the area was incredibly quiet and calm. The front staff was polite and very helpful with receiving and shipping our bags with Yamato Shipping. Single-use amenities were located right by the elevators, including multiple kinds of teas, which was a delight. The room was clean, with extra towel changes and cleanings very easy to request. We would definitely stay again for our next trip.

Let’s start with the positive, we were close to a train station, family mart, Starbucks, McDonald’s, and several restaurants all within about a five minute walk. We had a washing machine as well as a little kitchen complete with a sink, single burner stove top, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, kettle and a few dishes. All amazing to have in room! However this was one of 5 hotels we stay at during our trip to Japan and by far the dirtiest room we stayed in. The blanket on the bed was stained and dirty. The front staff was willing to give us a new blanket that was thankfully much cleaner after they had a chance to come in and look at the dirty blanket. The kitchen area where the washing machine was located was not cleaned. Sticky countertops, water mildew around the faucet, the walls/ floor within the room had several different spills/ stains, floors were not vacuumed very well with lots of crumbs. Overall all room needed a good thorough cleaning! I ended up buying cleaning wipes and cleaning the room myself as housekeeping will only come and empt garbage and give fresh towels. They do not change bedding, make the bed, clean the bathroom/room, vacuum or do anything else even though we had a 4 night stay. Overall I unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness and housekeeping is just not up to standard, which is unfortunate as the in-room amenities are great!

湯船がざらざらしていた 前に滞在した人の髪の毛が壁に付いていた 部屋にあるトレー（朝食時に使う）が汚れていた 掃除が不十分なのでは？

LIVEの為初めて利用させてもらいました。冷蔵庫上のほこりや、ベッドシーツの汚れが気になりましたが。。親子で泊まった為、館内に喫煙ブースもあったのはとても助かりました。スタッフの皆さんも感じが良く良かったです。 また機会があれば利用させてもらいたいです。

Our room had mold all over the shower, the floors were dirty, the sheets were ripped, gunk and stains all over the walls and counters. For $125 a night on average that was unacceptable. They provide a nice selection of toiletries but if I go to wipe up water on the counters and the tissue is orange and covered in gunk there’s an issue.

ランドリーサービスは良かった。エアコンがカビ臭くてイマイチだった。

お風呂の排水のところなど、あちこち水あかで汚れていました。 お湯をためてお風呂に入る気にはなれませんでした。 お風呂以外はOK! 朝食のスープはとても美味しかったです。

Honestly, I have mixed reviews on this hotel. The staff seemed great, the lobby was very nice and as pictured, having a washer was great, and the place was clean. Unfortunately, the downside was that there was a lack of upkeep to the rooms. The walls in my room were very marked up (it looked depressing when looking from my bed), sink made noise and needs maintenance, and overall lacked the bright and cheery feel of pictures.

The walls and furniture were not clean with many stains...the in room laundry machine was very convenient though.

Hotel is closed to JR and subway station, about 5 mins walk. The room equipped with a washer/dryer all-in-one unit and a kitchenette. No daily housekeeping service and fresh towels can be provided on request. Garbage and dirty towels can be placed outside the room in the morning and they will collect them in the morning. Convenient stores like 7-11, Lawson or Family Mart are also nearby and within 5-8 mins walk.

Room was very new and clean but was quite small but enough room for 1 person. Staffs were kind and helpful with luggage forwarding. Location is very convenient as it's near to Suidobashi Station. Air conditioning was very strong. Washing machine was very convenient to have but the drying function was not very good. Lots of free amenities which I loved.

Good hotel to go around the Tokyo area as the hotel is close to the railway. Easing macine is right in your room and you do tge laundry while sleeping. The only concern I have is the space as it is cramp and maybe we have 3 beds fitted in a room

部屋にドラム式洗濯機と洗剤があり、非常に便利でした。 シャンプーやドライヤーなどが全てリファで統一されているのも非常に良かったです。 要注意は朝ごはん。ポータブルの炊飯器でお米を自身で炊く必要があるので、用意するだけで30分程度、かなり時間がかかります。おかずの冷凍の魚と豚汁も栄養バランスも良く美味しいのですが、朝余計に早く起きる必要がある点は気をつける必要があります。

The triple room was extremely small and no room to open suitcase nor table to use. Comforters were not attached to the cover properly so it kept moving inside it which was not professional for the rate they charge. I will not recommend this place.

Room was very small, but clean. Breakfast was not what we are used to. Having a washing machine was nice even though we didn’t use it. Overall a comfortable stay. Thanks to the friendly staff.

Each room has its own washing machine, which is very convenient. Since winters in Japan are dry, hanging clothes to air-dry instead of using the dryer helps keep the room humid. The only slight inconvenience was that there wasn’t enough space to open a large suitcase fully.

Room size was surprisingly good for Tokyo. I loved having a mini fridge, microwave and even a washer/dryer combo in the room. 3 minute walk to the Suidobashi train station and food choices nearby. I’ll definitely stay there again

Excellent smaller hotel with small room for three people. It was difficult to walk to and from the room to bathroom but we had everything we needed in the room. I can see how this room would not be good for larger people of little kids as it’s tiny. It had a washer and dryer in one and everything else you needed, nothing really to complain. Our family enjoyed the hotel thoroughly and had no issues. Great location to shops and dining. Extremely safe and close to Tokyo dome and many bus/train stations.

チェックインが全くダメ、他のホテルで勉強しないといけないレベル！ ①15時のチェックインの為、１時間前位から20名から30名のお客さんが、ロビーやテーブルで待機してました、その間もフロントのカーテンは閉まったまま、僕が到着したのが１４時位まだチェックイン出来無いので、荷物を預けてお待ち下さいと言われたので、宿泊代金を２日分を先払いして、チェックインの時間に成ったら直ぐ部屋に入れる様にと待機してましたが、チェックインの時間の５分前に成っても何の声掛け・アナウスも有りません、其の頃に７０歳位のお爺さん４人ずれが来てフロントの女性にチックインするのに、何処で待てば良いか尋ねました、その時に近くの近くのポールの所でお待ち下さいと言ったので、１時間３０分以上待って居るお客さんを蔑ろにして、チェックイン時間の３分前にきた７０歳位の爺さんグーループが１番最初にチェックインさせました、こんなやり方してたらこの時に嫌な思いをした方このホテルに泊まるのは辞めようと思ったのではありませんか？ 僕は何百回も色々なホテルで宿泊しましたが、これだけの酷い対応は初めてです！ 次回からの沢山お客さんが来た場合のチェックイン対策を考えて下さい！ それ以外は良かったので、猶更チェックインの対応方法を良く考えて、今後の対応策を教えて下さい。

5 night stay and extremely happy with my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, latest ameneties and very well set out. Bathroom clean and tidyand all amenities. Eco cleaning was excellent. All staff friendly and professional. While breakfast option was limited it was convenient and well priced. As a Darwin coffee snob only thing to improve is coffee options

Hotel was good, had a washer/dryer in the room. Space is good for Japan standard. The toiletries not as good as the other Japanese hotels Ive stayed in. Breakfast is strange. Not much options. You pick it up from reception and bring it to your room to heat up. Would have been nice to have the option of heating the food downstairs as there are tables etc

東京ドームに近く、観戦にぴったりです

Wonderful location! Close to Tokyo dome and the subway entrances. Lots of restaurants, stores, and convenience stores nearby. Staff was friendly and the area was super safe!

Nice clean property within walking distance of train stations and Tokyo dome, would recommend

ビジネス目的の利用なら、宿泊については全てのニーズを満たしてくれる、良いホテルです。 水道橋駅だけでなく神保町駅からも徒歩圏内で便利でした。

予約した時にてっきり素泊まりと思っていましたが朝食付きで、それが別の部屋で食べるのではなく、冷凍の朝食(和食か洋食を選べます)を持って部屋の電子レンジで温めて食べられます。とても楽ちんで美味しかったです。 部屋のお風呂のシャワーヘッドと、シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、ドライヤーがReFaでどれも使い心地が良かったです。 部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。

朝食の洋食を頂きましたが、美味しかったです。好きな時間に部屋でゆっくり食べれて良かったです。

施設はきれいで大変良かったです。 朝食だけはマイナスの印象です。 レトルト製品のみで、朝から食べる気にはならなかったです。ご飯を炊く装置も用意されていましたが、よほど時間がない限り、私はそのような気にはなりません。

朝食の取り方がわかりにくかったので、もう少し細かく説明を書いてほしい

浴室に髪の毛が何本かあったのが気になりました。 朝食はバイキングかと思い申込しましたが、冷凍食品でとっても残念でした。味はあまりですし、レンジは一台しかないので時間かかります。クロックムッシュはトースターで焼きたかったです。レンジだと固くなります。 簡素化もいいですが、もう少し違う形だと良いと思いました。

Staff were excellent. Clean rooms. Breakfast was a lil different. You picked up frozen food from lobby then brought it up to your room to cook. Great location. Close to the dome and stations.

Great location and well equipped room. Hotel room was ok - pretty small like most of hotel rooms in Tokyo. I wouldn’t book the hotel with breakfast package unless you like to eat frozen and microwaved food in your room….

朝食について説明不足を感じた。

室内は狭いですが、コンパクトで窮屈さはあまり感じませんでした。シャワーとドライヤーがRIFAのものでとても良かったです。朝食は、1階で和食と洋食どちらかを選んで冷凍庫から部屋へ持っていき、部屋でレンチンするスタイルでした。冷凍のミネストローネ、野菜たっぷりで美味しかった。和食は弁当箱の炊飯器で自分で米を炊くスタイル。斬新でした。
