Clean, great location, awesome water pressure in shower. Not sure about the change to charging $15 for parking - never had to pay for parking at a motel before. Makes the hotels in the area a better deal, instead of this cheap and cheerful motel.

Room smelled stuffy as did bedding and towels - also found 2 very alive cockroaches in the room. Windows visible spider webs. Window no privacy treatment in kitchen area. Reception staff very helpful and friendly - thank you

Inside of fridge had an odd smell. Made booking for 3 single beds. Was allocated a double and a single.
