Traditional B&B in peaceful location. Lovely room with tea and coffee facilities and view over open countryside. Easy to find with ample parking. Short drive into Stratford upon Avon. Fantastic breakfast with fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden!

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of August. Easy parking & very well signposted. We were shown to our spacious room by Alan. Lovely room, lovely view, lovely bathroom. Electric shower over the bath, which was plenty powerful & a choice of toiletries. We could choose what breakfast we wanted & there was also fruit, yoghurt & cereal which is eaten in a nice breakfast room. The hosts were very friendly & attentive. I would definitely recommend & return.

I had to attend a trade exhibition at the NEC. I used this wonderful property as a stop off between my Daughter's house (drop of the garden furniture that was suddenly so important) and the exhibition centre. Left my Wife there after breakfast, she was collected by said daughter and continued my day. The property was spotless, in a lovely spot. Lovely comfortable room and great bathroom. Local pub for tea was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. In short; lovely spot, lovely property, lovely food, lovely people.

Lark Rise cottage was a wonderful B& B. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Our hostess was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was amazing. It is the best B & B that we have ever stayed in! We would have stayed longer if possible. Thank you, Jenny from the visiting Aussies.

It is a beautiful house with amazing hosts. They were friendly, welcoming and very attentive. All needs were taken care of. Beautiful bathroom and shower with all needs catered for. The room was cold when I arrived as the heating was off but was put on immediately when I mentioned it. It was a very cold night and as such in the middle of the night I was very cold had to put on a jumper and used my coat as an extra layer on the bed. Saw in the morning that there were blankets in the cupboard but didn’t realise it during the night. I would stay there again but during a warmer season.

We felt very welcome when we arrived for our overnight stay at Larkrise. Alan made for an outstanding host, attentive, warm and discreet. The view from the room was delightful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The toiletries smelled gorgeous, and we couldn’t fault the breakfast. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

On our 10 day UK vacation, this was by far our favorite place to stay. Quaint and quiet, our room was cozy and the owners were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Only 5 minutes from the center of town, the location was secluded, yet close to everything. Had we known, we would've extended our stay at this place.

Traditional B&B in peaceful location. Lovely room with tea and coffee facilities and view over open countryside. Easy to find with ample parking. Short drive into Stratford upon Avon. Fantastic breakfast with fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden!

I had to attend a trade exhibition at the NEC. I used this wonderful property as a stop off between my Daughter's house (drop of the garden furniture that was suddenly so important) and the exhibition centre. Left my Wife there after breakfast, she was collected by said daughter and continued my day. The property was spotless, in a lovely spot. Lovely comfortable room and great bathroom. Local pub for tea was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. In short; lovely spot, lovely property, lovely food, lovely people.

We felt very welcome when we arrived for our overnight stay at Larkrise. Alan made for an outstanding host, attentive, warm and discreet. The view from the room was delightful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The toiletries smelled gorgeous, and we couldn’t fault the breakfast. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lark Rise cottage was a wonderful B& B. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Our hostess was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was amazing. It is the best B & B that we have ever stayed in! We would have stayed longer if possible. Thank you, Jenny from the visiting Aussies.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of August. Easy parking & very well signposted. We were shown to our spacious room by Alan. Lovely room, lovely view, lovely bathroom. Electric shower over the bath, which was plenty powerful & a choice of toiletries. We could choose what breakfast we wanted & there was also fruit, yoghurt & cereal which is eaten in a nice breakfast room. The hosts were very friendly & attentive. I would definitely recommend & return.

The bedroom was very nice. The en-suite bathroom had a good selection of quality toiletries. The owner was very welcoming and attentive. There was a good choice at breakfast time. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the host who was friendly and very helpful. The property is beautiful and very clean. The room was very spacious and we had a great night's sleep, very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast cooked by the host was delicious, and we enjoyed it while watching local wildlife looking upon the beautiful garden. Will book again.
