Big condo, well appointed, basics for cooking in kitchen were good. One of the bathrooms may have had some mold. Very thoughtful staff. Maintenance staff does an excellent job keeping up the property. The management gave us several gifts as we celebrated our 50th anniversary. We’d be happy to stay here again.

I booked one property and they overbooked so they downgraded me to another property. I asked for money back and they said they would put a refund in but I have no idea if they’re actually going to do it. I had to press the manager multiple times to give fair compensation for getting a room that was a lot worse than what I paid for

The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were spacious with large bright rooms and a beautiful ocean facing lanai. Parking was chsllenging but otherwise we could not have been happier. I hope when we make it back to Kauai we can visit again.
