I like the staff very friendly. Nice room and very confortable bed. Good qualitu and variety of foods for breakfast I don't like the complementary services. No fitness center no swimming pool. Saturday night the front door before 1 am was closed. It's strange for a 5 stars hotel

Very pretty property in heart of nice shopping area and restaurants. This hotel offered many welcoming perks plus sauna, jacuzzi, & spa ad well as unlimited canapés and mini bar. The room was a little small however.

The location for tourism is extremely good. I wouldn't rate the hotel 5 star though, rather 4 star. I had problems with my bathtub which and for some strange reason the staff wasn't familiar with how the equipment worked. I had to ask for more toilettpaper as it was not refilled. If you are here for the spa-experience (which I wasn't) you might be a bit disapointed as the pool is very small. However the staff is very polite and aspecially the breakfast staff who remembers your preferences after your first visit to it. The breakfast buffét is good but normal for a 4 star and under avarage for a 5 star. Overall a pleasant stay.

Kind and welcoming staff with good attention to detail. Nice spa facilities - clean, new sauna and steam room. Excellent massage! Did not go in the pool as it had been raining. Con - fire alarm at 2am, staff did not tell me masseuse was late and appointment was rescheduled so I waited (but very nice service so made up for it). Limited menu options for any kind of dietary requirements and no ability to be flexible.

The staff in all areas were very attentive. Our room was interesting with a large tub taking up much of the floor space but other than that fantastic. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turndown service getting fresh towels and minibar restock. Robes and slippers were nice. Breakfast about average for hotels of this class in France. Although they did offer champagne we didn’t see anyone drinking it at breakfast

Il n’y a pas de parking privé, il faut se parquer su parking publique Réveiller à 3h45 du matin par le personnel qui parlait tout fort et malgré ma demande de baisser le ton, cela a duré jusqu’à 5h00 et dès 5h15, ils ont allumé l’aspirateur De plus, la salle de bain est remplie de calcaire, donc pas propre du tout Cet hotel ne mérite pas les cinq étoiles, je suis vraiment très déçue et à éviter, ça ne vaut pas du tout le prix

A única coisa que não gostei foi que o quarto que apareceu como opção quando efetuei a reserva, não me foi atribuído. Ao contrário disso, o chuveiro era localizado no meio do quarto, sem que existisse qualquer privacidade para que se pudesse tomar banho, a não ser uma cortina de plastico que separava a cama do chuveiro. This is at best a 3 star boutique hotel and I wish it was rated as such as I would have chosen an actual 5 star hotel. The service was impeccable, we did not eat breakfast there as the price was outrageous and the location was convenient to walk for plenty of other options. The room was really quirky and the patio door didn’t lock which left us feeling uneasy - but since the room AC did not work well we slept with the door open anyway.

Great location. Room was spacious and staff was pleasant. Wine bar a bit on the expensive side relative to other establishments in the area, but the pleasantness of the bar tender was an offset. Note- if you prefer or need a soda/cola sans sucre (sugar free) they did not have that at the hotel so make sure to purchase elsewhere.

Overall the stay was great! Bed was comfortable and the accommodations were great for a hotel in the city. I didn’t rate it 5 stars because the front desk knew that we were parking but didn’t give us the pass to park so we had to paid full price. BUT they did help by comping the next days parking and gave us food recommendations in St Emillion.

Very good breakfast, very good location and nice and helpful staff. The only issue was that the room we stayed in had a bathtub/shower combination between the room and the bathroom cabinet. Impossible to take a shower withoud getting both the room and whatever was on top of the bathroom cabinet wet.

5-star property! Our suite with terrace and hot tub was fantastic and worth the money spent. The hotel staff was very friendly and energetic. My only critiques would be the Smart TV was not working properly which we reported and was never fixed or mentioned during our stay. In addition, I made three requests for wine tastings but no one from the hotel ever followed up with us. We felt that a 5-Star Property would have had a better trained staff with regard to follow-up on guest requests. Neither issue deterred us from a nice stay and we will stay again.

Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅

Our experience at the hotel was exceptional. Thus all of the staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was beautiful. Made recommendations for us and reservations for our dining experience and also transportation they really went above and beyond when we come back to Bordeaux we will definitely stay at the La boutique Hotel and Spa.

Very nice hotel and room. Staff friendly. Good wine, cheese, charcuterie platters and tapas options in the evening. Breakfast was sadly what lead me to giving the hotel a 3 star rating as it was a real disappointment, especially for the price paid. No hot food at all and really just lots of sweet options (cake etc) which I don’t enjoy. The hotel had good smoked trout, so why not offer either scrambled or poached eggs to go with it? My husband I ended up eating just a piece of smoked trout with a slice of bread and coffee, so felt a waste of money paying for the breakfast. We are frequent visitors to Bordeaux, but undecided whether or not we would return to this hotel due to the lack of breakfast options.

El hotel esta muy bonito , las habitaciones acogedoras y con detalles de diseño y cuentan con un delicioso desayuno….la tencion del personal muy buen servicio y muy capacitados en ofrecer informacion de la coudad , tours y alrededores El estacionamiento esta cerca pero debes de ir arecofer un tiicket al lobby para que te den el descuento si no te sale a 35 euros por la estancia de noche
