Muebles y lámparas de diseñadores italianos. Baño excelente y de buen tamaño. Dormitorio muy chico. Se nota que los dueños son europeos. No estaba buscando cocina italiana en Cuernavaca, México, sino mexicana. Piscina recibe poco sol y solo en muy pocas áreas específicas. El gimnasio parece bien equipado, pero en realidad las máquinas no son buenas. A pesar de esto la pasamos muy bien.

No sabía que esperar del hotel , y me llevé una buena sorpresa . El personal es increíble , el hotel está muy lindo , las habitaciones modernas . Me tocó una suite con balcón privado muy a gusto . Mucha privacidad . Me encantó. La alberca está muy bonita y tiene calefacción , lo que para mi es un plus . Lo único es que el espacio para los camastros si es reducido . Pero no es algo que afecte en un fin de semana normal . Consideren que hay un antro cerca por lo que se escucha ruido dentro de las habitaciones por la noche en fin de semana . El menú del desayuno y comida es deliciosos . La comida del restaurante es excelente. Solo falta que agreguen un menú para alberca y room service , ya que no hay mucha variedad. El menú de comida es el mismo de la cena y room service . Pero en general está padrisimo el hotel . Y el personal wow , súper atentos en todo momento . Si regresaría sin duda .

Our stay was really charming. Room/facilities are a little dated/tired, with some amenities not working (like our jacuzzi bath, outdoor hot tub, and fireplace in our presidential suite) and stains on furniture and such, but overall it's clean enough, tranquil, and the setting is quite beautiful. we loved the pool (especially as we had it all to ourselves) and my wife was very pleased with her spa service. The staff was super friendly and personable, and the food was good. Would definitely return

Hotel bonito limpio y servicios del personal bueno el tema del SPA malo ya que quieren cobrar todo el servicio días antes por adelantado y no es correcto y también no tienen el personal para dar 2 masajes al mismo tiempo y horarios reducidos muy mal servicio

El hotel es muy bonito aunque las partes nuevas no reflejan el concepto de la quinta. El restaurante y el servicio es espectacular! La habitación dejó mucho que desear. La cama y almohadas bastante malas. Las toallas el primer día eran nuevas, ya a partir del segundo, hasta rotas. El clóset bastante sucio y la puerta del balcón, jamás la pudimos cerrar. El Spa muy lindo solo que el aérea de vapor ya se ve viejo y la señorita que me tocó bastante básico su masaje, no valió lo que pagué!

The place is nice, quiet, comfortable and very clean. Our room had an outdoor space where we enjoyed our morning and evening coffee. Our treatment at the Spa was superb! And, the restaurant is delicious!! With nice soft music, amazing service by Mr. Alejandro, and a menu that is worth to be calmly savored!!

-Había poco personal para dar servicio en el restaurante y por lo mismo la atención era muy lenta y deficiente, sobretodo el viernes y el sábado. -El costo de la comida no era proporcional, era muy cara. -El personal de limpieza de las habitaciones rompió mi secadora del pelo Dyson y el hotel no se hizo responsable ni se ha comunicado aún con nosotros, y a pesar de que en recepción ellos nos aseguraron al hacer el check out, de que se reportarían con nosotros a la brevedad para darnos una respuesta y solución a la situación, no fue así, porque ya transcurrió una semana y aún no lo hacen. -El personal de limpieza al hacer los cuartos, no dejaba jabones ni cremas corporales diariamente como corresponde, solo te ponían uno el primer día y ese pretendían que lo usaras para bañarte y para el lavabo; y al solicitar un repuesto al personal, pretendían cobrar una cantidad extra por cada jabón o crema; considero que el costo por noche del hotel es alto y por supuesto debería cubrir este tipo de cosas por el precio que te están cobrando por la estancia. -El café que te ofrecían de cortesía por las mañanas llegó en una jarra sucia y sabía terrible a rancio, realmente muy desagradable. -El personal de recepción jamás respondía el teléfono al igual que tampoco lo hacían en el restaurante cuando les marcabas para solicitar el servicio al cuarto.

Todo excelente, solo hay dos motivos por los cuales no pongo 5 estrellas: - El hotel supuestamente es solo de adultos, habían varias habitaciones con menores. - El check in supuestamente era a las 15:00, no estuvo listo a la hora Fuera de eso es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy recomendado

Our stay was really charming. Room/facilities are a little dated/tired, with some amenities not working (like our jacuzzi bath, outdoor hot tub, and fireplace in our presidential suite) and stains on furniture and such, but overall it's clean enough, tranquil, and the setting is quite beautiful. we loved the pool (especially as we had it all to ourselves) and my wife was very pleased with her spa service. The staff was super friendly and personable, and the food was good. Would definitely return

The place is nice, quiet, comfortable and very clean. Our room had an outdoor space where we enjoyed our morning and evening coffee. Our treatment at the Spa was superb! And, the restaurant is delicious!! With nice soft music, amazing service by Mr. Alejandro, and a menu that is worth to be calmly savored!!

Un mesero bo fue muy amable, iba con una amiga que llevaba el Desayuno incluido y no desayuno, pedí frijoles y los Cobraron (se quedó un desayuno completo pagado sin usar) y al otro día mi amiga tampoco desayunó y pidió dos panes para llevárselo (que los traía incluidos ) y el mesero pesado para dárselos.

-Había poco personal para dar servicio en el restaurante y por lo mismo la atención era muy lenta y deficiente, sobretodo el viernes y el sábado. -El costo de la comida no era proporcional, era muy cara. -El personal de limpieza de las habitaciones rompió mi secadora del pelo Dyson y el hotel no se hizo responsable ni se ha comunicado aún con nosotros, y a pesar de que en recepción ellos nos aseguraron al hacer el check out, de que se reportarían con nosotros a la brevedad para darnos una respuesta y solución a la situación, no fue así, porque ya transcurrió una semana y aún no lo hacen. -El personal de limpieza al hacer los cuartos, no dejaba jabones ni cremas corporales diariamente como corresponde, solo te ponían uno el primer día y ese pretendían que lo usaras para bañarte y para el lavabo; y al solicitar un repuesto al personal, pretendían cobrar una cantidad extra por cada jabón o crema; considero que el costo por noche del hotel es alto y por supuesto debería cubrir este tipo de cosas por el precio que te están cobrando por la estancia. -El café que te ofrecían de cortesía por las mañanas llegó en una jarra sucia y sabía terrible a rancio, realmente muy desagradable. -El personal de recepción jamás respondía el teléfono al igual que tampoco lo hacían en el restaurante cuando les marcabas para solicitar el servicio al cuarto.

No sabía que esperar del hotel , y me llevé una buena sorpresa . El personal es increíble , el hotel está muy lindo , las habitaciones modernas . Me tocó una suite con balcón privado muy a gusto . Mucha privacidad . Me encantó. La alberca está muy bonita y tiene calefacción , lo que para mi es un plus . Lo único es que el espacio para los camastros si es reducido . Pero no es algo que afecte en un fin de semana normal . Consideren que hay un antro cerca por lo que se escucha ruido dentro de las habitaciones por la noche en fin de semana . The food at the restaurant was good. They have a main dish whose name I can't remember, but it's a green pasta. You have to try it; it's delicious. The rooms are clean. The bathroom was better than the room. I didn't particularly like the decor. In the hotel entrance, they have a hanging lamp; they should change the light color to a warmer one; it would make a difference.
