The shower body soap (liquid) has eucalyptus or similar additive that’s Very irritating to sensitive areas of the body and should be replaced! Otherwise the staff was Great as was the free breakfast. The TV was very challenging to find channels and the rooms could do with some “re-freshing “. Food was good in the pub. Hot tub was large and appropriately hot. Exercise room was WAY too hot secondary to the sauna located in the same room- down a steep staircase- a Very bad decision to co-locate sauna and exercise room in the same space

The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the hotel was close to attractions downtown and many different eating places. The website states that there is laundry on-site so was disappointed that there was none and the closest laundry facilities were about 4 blocks away. Also there were 6 steps to our room where the luggage trolley could not go so everything had to be physically carried up the steps and carried or rolled from there.

The breakfast was decent, and there was plenty of parking available. Both the restaurant and bar were very convenient for a relaxed meal or drink. The hot tub was just wonderful. Overall, it's a really good place with lots of positive aspects.

The staff was responsive, helpful and very friendly. The free breakfast was tasty and extensive. The food and service in the pub was also excellent. The only frustration we had was limited parking during the peak hours for the restaurant and pub.

The gym is really amazing for a hotel, two cable stacks and a squat rack. Dumbbells to 45lbs. Plates could use a set of fives. Lots of free floor space and cardio machines. Room doesn’t have a bar fridge and we really missed that. Nice toiletries and primo location right in the heart of downtown. We’ll be back

This was a lucky find. Parking was so easy then the check in process was very professional and smooth. Felt like we had all the information we needed. Room is comfortable and updated. Hot tub nice and hot!! Looks to be a number of good options for food both on the property and immediately surrounding. Will definitely stay again.

Really nice hotel in an excellent area. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Room and bathroom were clean and a good size. Very pet friendly - appreciated dog food bowl, placemat and towel. Lots of parking and breakfast was good.

Fabulous renovated hotel within easy walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and made our stay exceptional. Guest rooms were clean with comfy beds & pillows. Complimentary hot breakfast included fresh scrambled eggs, sausages & potatoes with fruit, pastry & cereal also available. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in central Revelstoke.

The hotel was very clean. But we had a problem with some kind of seed bugs which were coming into the room by the A/C. We killed 8 in our room. But overall, the room was nice. Take note that there is no coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I have been to for continental breakfasts.

Nice location and good lobby with restaurant and nice bar. The staff was nice and helpfull exept for the receprionist the night we checked in. The room was small and smelled like cigarette and mold.

We had two rooms. What was good, 1. the front desk was attentive, 2. free parking, 3. toiletaries provided, 4. Breakfast was simple and nice. 5. Chef was friendly. What needs improving are, A. the toilet shower stall had mildew on the edges. B. TVs in both rooms were not working, took the next day to sort it out. C. No coffee, tea or hot chocolate drink in the room. We request a kettle and got one. Drinks (tea/coffee) are available free of charge at the restaurant on request. Just the hassle to get out of the room to get a drink.

This hotel used to be a Revelstoke icon. The fancy place to stay. It needs some updating and cleaning for the prices they charge. Our friends room had stains on the carpets, funky smell, cracks in the sink and some kind of insect in the tub. Beds were great and cozy. Location right downtown, can walk everywhere. Dinner at 112 was wonderful! Stay for the central location and old school vibe.

This was a great stay for my Husband and I. We would highly recommend. Get off the Hwy, and go into revelstoke. Stay an independent Hotel. Its worth it. Dinning in the hotel restaurant is a must. Then off to the pub, both are attached to the Hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Beautiful atmosphere, great renovations. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Staff were good, the walls are paper thin and there were flies everywhere. The two bedroom is exactly that, 2 bedrooms, no common room and really no room other than the beds. Other than the great location, there was really no positive to the stay.

Check in went smoothly and quickly. The location was perfect, with everything being within walking distance. We found the room to be spacious and clean. Perfect for just one or two nights, however not sure if we would spend more than a couple days, as there was no mini fridge in the room. Overall it was a nice hotel and we had a great stay.

Rooms do not have microwave, kettle or decent tv channels. No channels to watch hockey in Canada is very disappointing and no apps to log into streaming services or cast from phone. Outdated. Room was clean but had a distinct odor to it.

Great little spot in downtown Revvie. AMAZING meal at 113 restaurant in house, but many options nearby. Good breakfast, decent hottub. Just missing a fridge in the room. Would stay here again for sure

Pros: cleanliness, friendly staff, free breakfast and good location. We also have a bit of a view of the mountains which was very nice. Cons: room needs updating, no fridge or coffee maker in room. The room that was given to us was in the corner so our first night was very noisy with traffic and people. The water pressure was low and it can be very hot or very cold. The closet door was broken and they placed the tv in a very odd location.

The room was very clean but basic. No microwave, fridge or coffee machine in the room. Hotels.com website states coffee in rooms, this needs to be updated. You can get coffee, but you have to go down to the pub to get it from the bar, this is not good. The room is starting to look a little dated with some damage to furniture and doors etc. Parking is not very secure, it is a large parking lot in the back shared with other businesses. Breakfast was very good with staff on hand to replenish and check on you.

Very poor sound proof. We could hear the conversation and hair dryer from next room, which was so clear like we were all in the same room. I could not sleep till after 1am when the next room became quiet (they were just making normal conversation, not shouting) and woke up at 6:30 when their morning call was in. The ironic part was that I actually requested a quiet room.

Room was clean, spacious and nice enough for a night. Our view was of the parking lot and train tracks. Loud train noises all night and early morning. Bed was very soft. Breakfast had fresh fruit, bakery option was limited to toast, oat packets, and scramble eggs and potatoes which were tasty but very salty.

Very poor consideration of our request for a later check out from one of their 2 Roma. We were told there was no one booked the room this day. However to stay past 10:00am would cost $50.00 for a few hours. Super tacky!!!!!!!7

We got a free upgrade upon arrival. The gals at the desk were so helpful and friendly in so many ways. We also got stuck due to vehicle issues and they were amazing at letting us have late check out and a better rate on the room for the next night we didn't expect to have to pay for. I will stay here again for sure! The rooms were clean, its great location, the pub downstairs is so fun. I am thrilled with this experience.

Things I loved: - large sauna, gym facilities, and outdoor hot tub were open late and usually not busy - lavender face towels in the fridge outside the sauna were a highlight - excellent, helpful service (even gave us a free corkscrew to open our wine) - clean rooms, big comfortable beds - pristine, walkable location!! - loved the onsite dining options (free pool at the pub!) What could be improved: - breakfast buffet was good, but not replenished very often. Many of the dishes were not kept warm on a hot plate either, so if you're not there at opening you'll be stuck with cold eggs unfortunately

I would consider this stay as just very average. Unfortunately a major factor we had when booking this property was the restaurant which was closed during our stay. We understood that many restaurants in town may be closed during this time frame for off season but as it was for our anniversary it was important to me that we were able to have a nice dinner. At the time of booking there was no indication on their website that the main restaurant would be closed nor did receive any notification of the closure within the cancellation time frame. Had I known that the restaurant would be closed, I would have booked a different property. There was also construction during our stay which we were also not notified of. I would understand if the room rate was discounted for these factors but it still was one of the most expensive options in town. For these reasons, I do not feel we would stay here again.

The Regent Hotel in Revelstoke is a gem! The town itself is fabulous, and this hotel made our stay even better. Our room was very nicely appointed—comfortable, clean, and stylish. The included hot breakfast was absolutely delicious, with thoughtful options and great quality. This is now our new favorite stop when driving between BC and Alberta.
