The hotel was very nice visually and in a great area, but out of the three rooms we had only one of them could you really take a decent shower as the other two would hardly get warm water and the drains worked so poorly the rooms would flood if you had the shower on any higher than about 1/4 pressure. It made for a pretty unpleasant experience overall as after a long day exploring the city in the heat, everyone wanted a nice shower before bed. The first time we used the shower in the one room we didn’t even notice that about an inch of water flowed out of the shower into the room and we had to throw all the towels in the bathroom on the floor to stop the flood. We mentioned it to the hotel and they sent maintenance while we were out, but nothing changed. If this places wants to tout itself as a 4-star property, they are going to have to do much better than that.

The property was amazing starting off with the workers as they greet you, staff for any questions we may have had and the breakfast staff too. The location was perfect and right across the steeet from the park. The train station was maybe a 12-15 min walk down the street. The Metro station was only 10 mins away walking. The area felt safe for sure and Madrid was a beautiful city so this location made it that much more enjoyable. The room was perfect, and came with two balconies. Shower pressure was amazing and felt relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. There was an iron and board of needed and a mini bar which I didn’t use, but do recall it felt not too cold inside. The safe was a bit confusing and I couldn’t figure it out so didn’t use it. Rooms were made up perfectly daily and so fresh to come back to after a day in the city. Would def come back here and highly recommend.
