A lovely venue with good quality food, Given the room rate it would be good if the bedrooms had a little more home comforts like bath robes and a biscuit or something to accompany the coffee in the rooms.

The check in was very quick and efficient. The breakfast choice was varied and cooked breakfast well presented and individually cooked. It was very pleasant sitting in the courtyard with a drink.

Booked a superior room expecting soft seating sofa or arm chairs as advertised in the photos as well as Hotel's own website (medium room). However, on arrival was given a room with just one desk chair and was told that as the room was bigger with less amenities it was still classed as a superior/medium room. This is very misleading. Overall the general service (bar and food) was poor as I don't think the staff were trained well. Also, beware the 13% service charges - not really justified by the service!

Great location and parking. Staff friendly and good breakfast. It’s an old hotel so expect uneven floors in places
