Não tem estacionamento nem café da manhã, e nem sempre se encontra vagas pra estacionar nas proximidades do hotel, a não ser em frente a ele para o check in, mas depois não se pode permanecer com o carro ali. A localização da hospedagem é boa, a meio caminho entre a praça central e o anfiteatro.

The lady on the reception when I checked in was very helpful and welcoming. She spoke English which helped due to my Spanish not being the best. Even though they don’t do breakfast there (hot drinks and vending machines only) I was informed of a place that opens from 7am where I could get breakfast and it’s on the same street. Building look new inside and out.

Hotel is in a residential neighborhood, a few blocks’ walk from the Teatro Romano. Also nearby are a fruit-and-vegetable stand, a bakery, a tapas place (in the bullring), etc. all apparently used by the locals. Hotel does not have its own parking, so they recommend searching for a free space on the street. Note: green-painted spaces are not gratis, and cannot be used overnight.

It is a small cozy hostal. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly. No breakfast, but local business are just a few steps away. Which we enjoyed a lot. Merida is a friendly beautiful city, with a lot of history and art.

The hotel is nice, clean and very central. You cannot keep your bikes in your room, hotel policy, but they allow us to store the bikes in a small patio (the downside if you are a cyclist =)

Pésima experiencia en este hotel. Cuando llegamos a la habitación en la planta baja del edificio ya estaba la ventana abierta en oscilación lo que nos extrañó. Al entrar a la misma se percibía un fuerte olor a humedad y sensación de estar en un espacio no saludable. Decidimos abrir la puerta y la ventana al completo durante 10/15 minutos y transcurrido el tiempo y estando en la misma situación pedimos cambio al recepcionista a otra habitación comentándole lo que pasaba y nos dijo que al haber usado la habitación (después de un viaje de + de 7horas) y tan solo usar el retrete y lavabo no era posible el cambio de habitación. Nos ofreció una habitación triple (pagando la diferencia) xq manifestó que no había habitaciones dobles disponibles (en la web había habitaciones dobles de la misma categoría) . Tras todo lo anterior solicitamos hablar con el encargado del hotel pero dijo que no era posible por la política de la empresa. Hay que añadir a lo anterior que el las puertas correderas del armario apenas se podían deslizar xq estaban hinchadas de la humedad por lo que no guardamos la ropa y tenían un anti humedad de supermercado encima del armario lo cual confirma todo lo anteriormente expuesto. Finalmente solicitamos hoja de reclamaciones y se presentó en consumo. Jamás he tenido una experiencia igual en ningún otro hotel y un trato tan lamentable hacia el cliente.

Alojamiento sencillo pero muy limpio y a buen precio. Cerca de todo a pie. El personal excepcional y sus indicacionea para ir a comer muy acertadas. Si vuelvo a Mérida seguro que repito.

En resumen bien, los servicios del hotel son escasos, pero si vas a ver Mérida y pasar el tiempo justo de ducharte y dormir, entonces es una buena opción.... La habitación más bien pequeña pero completa, cómoda y muy limpia..... La ubicación buena, a menos de 5 minutos de la plaza de España y los principales monumentos. El personal en líneas generales es muy amable.

De accommodatie was te verdragen doordat we niet veel tijd doorgebracht hebben. Alleen voor slapen. Een hele kleine kamer waar je net om het tweepersoonsbed kon komen. De airconditioner werkte niet goed en kon niet worden afgesteld. De douche was klein en het koud water was erg onregelmatig dus soms plotseling alleen heet water dus was het oppassen geblazen anders verbrand je levend. Dit gebeurde verschillende keren tijdens douchen. Leuk personeel maar ik kan dit helaas niet aanraden.

The hotel is fine, pretty well situated, beds are very confortable and rooms are cozy although a bit noisy as walls don’t seem to be well isolated, this morning the sower and bath tank next door awaked me up. The hotel staff is excellent, incredible customer service!

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O quarto familiar estava limpo e era bastante espaçoso. A localização foi a ideal para as zonas a visitar, fica fora do centro mas com bons serviços e restaurantes próximos com boa comida sem cobrarem preços inflacionados para turistas. A porta da casa de banho estava descaída e arrastava no chão. Nada impeditivo, só um detalhe que pode ser melhorado.

The lady on the reception when I checked in was very helpful and welcoming. She spoke English which helped due to my Spanish not being the best. Even though they don’t do breakfast there (hot drinks and vending machines only) I was informed of a place that opens from 7am where I could get breakfast and it’s on the same street. Building look new inside and out.

El alojamiento está muy bien pero no se puede pasar por alto un detalle. Tienen una pequeña sala con infusiones y algo de bollería sin coste. La cápsula de café la cobran a 2 euros (no hay leche) sin aviso en ningún cartel ni check in ni nada. A unos 200 metros por 20 céntimos más te ponen tu café con leche, te lo sirven en la mesa y un mollete con aceite

It is a small cozy hostal. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly. No breakfast, but local business are just a few steps away. Which we enjoyed a lot. Merida is a friendly beautiful city, with a lot of history and art.
