It was a busy time . Parking was not always avail , Needed to park ion the street . Not an issue as the room wasn’t far from the street . We were able to bring the car closer by later mornings

We enjoyed the patio area with the different places to sit and enjoy morning coffee, have a BBQ and eat outside. Also hammock was really nice to relax in. Close walk to downtown to go for supper, coffee, shop etc.

A pleasant surprise to learn they supplied towels in the main lobby to take to the Hot Springs. Upon return just dropped the towels off at the same place.

It was an okay place to stay. We were here 3 nights and 2 of them we had to park out on the street. If you aren’t back by supper it seemed, you would not get a parking spot. The room was clean. The shower was awesome. The people upstairs were stompers so kind of annoying. We were gone all day until evening so didn’t spend much time there.

Room was very clean with a very comfortable king bed. The location is perfect for easy walking to restaurants. The front desk girl was awesome and even let me in an hour early, as I arrived ahead of schedule. Will absolutely stay here again!!!

We found BEDBUGS in the bed right after check in. Didn't want to spend the whole night in this condition. They offered free cancellation and we headed back to Calgary that night. Think twice before you book this property.

When we arrived our bathroom had a strong smell of urine. I sent a message to ask for a different room, however they were full so they could not accommodate, and offered to come clean the bathroom. While I appreciated their quick response, the smell did not go away. The outside was nice and the bbq and tables and chairs were a nice feature, but I would not recommend this place nor would I stay here again.

This place is so cute! The little kitchenette is adorable and furnished with everything somebody would need. The gal at the front desk was super helpful in informing me of things around town to do and they have maps numbered with attractions as well. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed in this motel for two nights with three kids under the age of 9. We enjoyed our time in radium but the room was really small. I know the info for the room when booking included the square footage but the pictures make it appear a little bigger than it was. We found it funny that everything in the room was powered by extension cords. The bathroom did have a distinct smell- almost like urine. The area around was lovely and everything you need is in walking distance. The beds were really comfy!

I booked the 2 queen sized beds in 2 bedrooms and it's only 10 dollars more than the regular rooms. It was like walking into a huge apartment. Living room entrance room 2 big bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms with a full bath and separate glass shower. TVs in each room and in the living room. Fridge and microwave. 3 air conditioners. It was really something. Definately we will be back

Great bed and shower….but we felt like we were in a closet with minimal furniture. If you’re going to put people in a closet, at least have it comfortable with maybe a small dresser, some towel bars next to the sink and a small cabinet in the toilet/ shower room. Pictures on the wall would help too!

An hour after we had left to drive to our next stop, we got a phone call from one of the staff. A pair of glasses had been found in our room, and he wanted to know what we wanted done with them. Fortunately, they were only cheap reading glasses, and could be discarded. But we definitely appreciated the call.

Easy check in with friendly staff. When we arrived our room door was ajar, and we found that you’d have to slam it super hard a couple times in order for it to actually close securely. The occupant below us also seemed to have the same problem so we heard eachother slamming the doors often. Otherwise, was a clean room and this motel is within walking distance of lots of restaurants in town.

I visited Radium many times. I stayed in many hotels, but first time I wasn't happy with those services. When I asked manager to do something to fix, he said to me, you can cancel and moved to enother hotel. And what is this price means. When I booked this place was one price, but finally they charged much more pictures. They sent me final bill, I was shocked. Terrible service, and very bad management.

Property was in a great location. Staff where excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. The property was decorated with nice flower baskets, bbq for guests to use, as well as nice outside area for guests to enjoy, so you could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery! The mountain views where amazing!

We stayed in a family room-2 bedrooms. Newly renovated. Very clean and quiet. The small kitchenette was well equipped for simple food ( no stove) and the bbq area very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable with nice duvets and comfy pillows. Staff was helpful and cheerful. The motel looks a bit deceiving at first glance-not special from the outside. But the renovated room was very nice and comfortable. Close to restaurants and a short drive to the hot springs but far enough off the main road to minimize traffic noise.

Owners are super friendly and provided great service. Kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed. Although we didn’t use it, there is a bbq area free to use with a covered gazebo with plenty of seating out of the snow. Would definitely stay my next time in Radium!

It has wifi. Staff was friendly. Yard space for gathering with friends was very nice. Great location. Close to downtown and a 10 min walk to the golf course for the car show. No breakfast. 2 keurig pods in room. Over $300/night. Thought that was crazy for the age and amenities it didn’t supply .
