This is a great place to relax. We had a large clean room with access to the veranda. You can also use the breakfast area that has a fireplace as another option for sitting. Check in and breakfast were excellent and efficient. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. Need a new lock on the back door that works better with keys. Amenities like soap, etc pretty skimpy. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the small inn feel of this boutique hotel. It was a very pretty place, with a wraparound veranda and multiple common rooms we could sit and visit in. We walked to the golf course in about five minutes, and we walked to the local restaurants in even less time. The breakfast was a standout - cooked to order and substantial. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely inn with only 14 units. The ground floor rooms have a veranda which wraps around the front of the building. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The room was nice, well equipped with a comfortable bed, a fridge, television and plenty of storage. The bathroom had a missing towel bar which looked like it had been partially patched. There is a string of lights which hang on the eaves around the veranda. These were left on all night and shone through the thin curtain. The decor of the room seemed updated but is a little worn throughout the rest of the building. Breakfast was good, nicely cooked eggs, sausage, bacon and toast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Coffee was supposed to be available at 7, no staff in sight. Called 'service' ph # left at front desk - no answer. Breakfast bacon and sausage reheated. Room had large cobweb on our bedroom wall. Bed squeeked with any movement. Bathroom tub faucet felt like it was going to fall off. Veranda chairs dirty, in front of pile of sawdust from carpenter ant infestation. Bonus - coffee was great, once it was made.

Stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming, the space was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room even had a fridge, which was super convenient. The AC worked well, and the location was great. They don’t clean the room or change sheets during your stay, but I already knew this from other reviews, so it wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay again!

It is a nice historical building and very kind staff. The room had enough towels and pillows for the number of occupants. Room carpet was dirty/stained I would recommend them to post instructions for the breakfast in the room or when checking in.

Beautiful heritage site, outside appealing and well looked after. Unfortunately the cleanliness inside was to be desired. The carpets throughout the Inn were filthy and in poor condition. Room was clean, but bed and pillows were old and worn out. Furniture in rooms were cheap in appearace and uphostry stained. The dining area was very nice warm and inviting. Breakfast was homemade and included with the price of the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a nice stay, inside could use some TLC.

The room was adaquate, bed was very comfortable. The Inn is a bit tired, stains on carpet in hallway, carpets dirty and not cleaned when soiled (3days). Maintanence could be better. Breakfast was ok, some days it was cold. Very slow, lack of cups and glasses, long wait to replenish. Staff was friendly. This could be a wonderful place. Needs a bit of upkeep.

Don’t know where the good reviews come from. We arrived nobody at check in. There is one lady available at 4 and she is the only one for that entire building for everything. She was really nice and willing to help. Got a king room which looked really nice online. Not clean, furniture that needs to go to the dump. Bed sheets with stains all over. Complaint and the receptionist changed the entire bedding after calling her boss if she is allowed to do it. Breakfast included is not eatable and the coffee tasted like three days old and warmed up. Stayed there two nights and went for breakfast somewhere else the second day. The property has a lot of potential but is totally neglected by the current owner it seems. The breakfast room again has good potential but is cold and unwelcoming. Carpets are dirty and stained and need to be replaced. Worst stay in any hotel for us in the past 20 years. Will never stay there again.

What a beautiful place to stay. Very inviting from the moment of walking into the Inn, to our room and the surrounding areas. The only negative, from a very short person; the shower head head is 6 feet high. Fortunately, it can be a hand held, but you have to be tall enough to unhook it.

Bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and quiet. Good price. State of the Inn seemed a bit run down. Breakfast was good but the coffee was very strong and undrinkable. Only cable in the room so we were unable to watch any streaming apps.

Room was small, no bottled water provided and only a tiny bar of soap with 1 conditioning shampoo which left my hair feeling like straw. Check in person not very friendly. We needed a spoon for medication and there was no one around to ask. We could not get the TV to work and my husband is usually very good with that. Aside from that, it was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Liked the breakfast. Shower was hot with good pressure. Fridge in room was handy. AC unit was very noisy. Only stairs to the 2nd floor. Surprised by the cleaning lady opening our door in the morning without knocking.

At $300 per night (all-in with fees and taxes) it was ridiculously overpriced. Not worth the stay at all. Room was nice size, clean, and the bed was good. Bathroom was very small and shower was smaller. No space on the vanity for any personal items. TV was broken. There was no staff available at the desk during check-in hours (4 - 8 PM) to relay concerns to; just a phone number to call. The whole property was tired and in need of a refresh. Carpets dirty. Breakfast was very meagre, there was only a small 12 cup coffee machine which was always empty and very undersized for the number of guests the property holds. Not the fault of the property, but there was a party house across the street and loud partiers wwre outside on the patio past 3 AM.

Great massive comfy bed. Dining room and bathrooms are dated and shower controls difficult to work. Aircon great. The Inn is very sweet and we enjoyed sitting on our little terrace after dinner. Biggest disappointment was the “English Breakfast”. We were there at 9.30 (plenty of time before it finished) no cups, no juice glasses, lukewarm coffee, no milk. Had to ask for all of these. Cooked breakfast just felt like the cheapest of ingredients ever. Tasted like everything (except the eggs) had been brought in pre cooked then microwaved. Very cheap bread too. The whole breakfast tasted awful! Such a let down as we really thought the hotel quite sweet.

Great staff, Simone helped me when I locked myself out of the building after hours and I am very grateful...clean, updated rooms, close to hiking, restaurants, the hot springs etc. Radium Hot Springs is a little out of the way, but worth the trip.

Very unique little spot. Small BnB feel. Really unorganized at check in, confusion on our reservation that was booked over a month in advance. Then charged us a different amount on site than the original booking price. Probably wouldn't stay again at that price point.

Staff didnt smile or interact with guests. No service at desk. Only eggs, toast, bacon, sausage for brekki all not cooked very well. Cold coffee, no pastries, no napkins (roll of paper towel). Not a welcoming feel from anyone working there.

The property was okay, albeit old and tired and needed a good cleaning. The free breakfast was excellent! The check-in time was 4-8 pm and we arrived at 2:30. Door was locked and we were tired from a long motorcycle ride. This was annoying.

It was okay overall but is lacking in some small & simple details to make it good. The staff were not well trained and lacked any customer service enthusiasm. Only required transaction interactions were done. Breakfast was the most disappointing as there was only a very limited option. We had to ask each day for silverware and for coffee pot to be refilled. Fresh eggs were good but toast was only generic bread and stale & cold. Some fresh fruit would be a nice touch to have available. Room was clean enough but the bed was quite soft and aged. Minor maintenance needed in some places.

What a great little place to stay! The hosts were very friendly. We arrived just as they were closing and had left our key in the night drop but went ahead and checked us in. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu was basic but cooked to perfection. I would stay here again - everything out this place screams cozy home!

We are early risers, we brought coffee grounds as the pictures showed coffee pot in the room, none to be seen, went down at 6:00 no coffee available and no one around, same at 7:00. At 7:15 we went up town to buy a coffee and a scone. Back by 8:00 finally a coffee available and the advertised breakfast. There were no signs giving times and none was offered at check in.
