Check in closes at 8pm and we were stuck for 45 minutes trying to get access to our room. We spoke to someone on the desk at 7.50 about parking but she didn’t say reception would close, so when we returned we were stranded. Also a lot of teenagers booked into the hotel on our last night. As there were no staff on site and the teachers who accompanied them didn’t seem to care, they were running up and down the corridor, screaming, slamming doors and playing music very loud until gone midnight. Because of all the issues I’d had with check in, I had a number which I text to ask them to contact the other guest to quiet down. Hostel is clean enough but all the other issues overshadowed the good points.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the bed creeks at slightest move. The check in was easy and smooth and location is great and central.

Basic hostel, but clean, safe and comfortable. The location is excellent - very central and just off Nowy Swiat, there are any number of cafes, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.
