We have stayed at this hotel twice and on both occasions found it to be clean and well kept. Staff are friendly, helpful and always available. There is a pool which is always clean as is the area around the pool. Its close to the local mall, shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for six days room wasn’t clean one day each day. I had to put garbage outside my door go to lobby for towels every day ask for a suite got a studio such an inconvenient for two people not related in a studio room. Also close lobby at 11 o’clock to Customers found out later the lobby does not close. On my way checking out.

We chose this place since our last visit here was so excellent. The suite was great, but the room directly above us apparently had no carpeting on their floors. We could hear what sounded like people walking and moving furniture throughout the night. Otherwise, the accommodations were perfect.

The property was quiet except late at night. There was either a generator or train that sounded out about every 20 minutes and lasted for 15 minutes at a time. Everything else was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We chose this property for it's location and the fact that it had a partial kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Everything was good except the check in process which was exasperating. Our key would not unlock our room. After multiple trips to the 4th floor and back. The staff finally determined that the battery in the lock had died. Thankfully, the maintenance man walked into the lobby at that point and repaired it. However it still took one more trip up and back before the key worked. Everything was good after that.

The only thing I didn’t like is you can’t control the air or heat and the room and plus you can’t check in until three they don’t care if you are traveling or not but other than that, it was lovely

There was no problem with the property if you were just staying the night and moving on. It is located on a Mall Parking lot near many chain restaurants and was very convenient to the airport. Not a place to vacation for scenery or things to do.
