I was shocked when I got into my room and found out that I had an actual jacuzzi tub that worked along with the room being cleaner than most of the hotels that cost $100+ a night. Staff was very basic, didn’t go out of their way for anything but also didn’t do anything wrong. I would highly recommend giving this place a chance especially at the price associated with it.

This was a choice made on price and I would do it again in a heartbeat. It's an older property, but the room was clean, the bed comfy, the shower was good and the jetted tub even worked! Also, the room was huge by modern standards, and included TV, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. A very pleasant stay.

This is an older motel that has been refurbished, and they did a nice job. Our room was spacious and well furnished (albeit a little worn), and the bed was super comfortable. As typical at a budget hotel, the towels and sheets are thin, but there was a fridge, microwave, desk, etc., which was all we needed for a one-night stay. The landscaping was lovely, and Jay Deep, the front desk clerk, was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The area around the hotel was a step above some of the areas of other Red Roof Inns that we've stayed in. Pets stay free! is a definite plus.

This was great for a nights rest. There was not an easy spot for pets and i wish ice maker was not on top floor. The clerk had charged my card before we got there which i thought was weird but it turned out ok.

Just a ratty place. AC was cold however and they did allow my two dogs for a fee. Not a good area to walk them however. They also started calling me before arrival and telling me they were going to charge my card if I didn't show up...I was on the way there. Ugh!

Very nice staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean! I had read some bad reviews, but was not at all what I read. I will definitely stay there again. Only thumbs down…no breakfast was available! Bummer!!!

While the room itself was clean, the customer service from the front desk rep needs work. My husband and I found cigarette stains in the bathroom, the room reeked of cigarettes, and the TV was not working. The room was supposed to be smoke-free. Not only did we not get an apology, but the front desk worker kept making excuses and was rude/accusatory. He fixed the TV, but that was pretty much it. We only stayed because we were tired from traveling all day, and it was too late at night to find a different hotel or inn. We would've let it slide and understood the circumstances if we were AT LEAST given an apology. Unfortunately, I am unable to overlook that rep's behavior. I would've given the staff and service 1 star, but the cleaning ladies were at least very nice, so I gave it two stars.

Will not be staying again. There was standing water in the tub. Told the office, their excuse was that the people upstairs overfilled their tub and it drained into ours.... seriously. We asked for a partial refund and they would do nothing. They said that they had checked the room. If they had they would have seen the STANDING WATER IN THE TUB. Then the next morning we found someone else's debit card in the bed, meaning they didn't change the sheets. The area was sketchy and the doors didn't lock properly.

Privacy was not good at all they had wooden blinds a you can see thru the cracks. Bed was hard as hell no support lumpy, very hard nigh considering I had to drive 14 hours the next day.

Evening office clerk gave our reservation to a completely different person shortly after we made the reservation and we were still six hours away. When we arrived, we were told to contact Travelocity as they showed no active pending reservations. They called us back inside stating our room was given away to someone with a similar name but wrong person. They would not pull our card info off that room and attach it to the new room, nor were we given any guarantee that damages to the other room wouldn’t come back against us. We were told the new room was free of charge as the other room was already booked and stayed in. I have a lot of concerns about the check-in policy at this location. No confirmation of booking number or confirming card on booking or anything. Now someone else has a free room without any penalty of damages and we are taking the risk.

I’m a truck driver. My wife was going to meet me to bring important documents and stay the night. She arrived at 11:00pm. The staff wouldn’t allow her to check in. I was 4 hrs away. She had to go to another hotel. The Red Roof Inn took my money. I booked in advance. Paid in advance and paid $4.50 per person insurance fee. The refused a refund. Refused to allow my wife into the room we paid for.

A sweet woman on staff checked us in and shared her good humor with us! The room was nice and clean, we felt safe throughout our stay. Not too much traffic noise. We found the beds to be quite comfortable and were able to get a good nights sleep here! Shower had decent water pressure and water got warm quickly. I would recommend booking if you're looking for a nice place that is still affordable!

It was comfortable enough to sleep in, until @ 1:30am the guest nextdoor began banging furniture, singing, speaking, & playing music, all VERY loudly. It woke me up, was startling, sounded like it was in my own room, & went on for 3HRS. 4:30am I alerted the night mgr, who threatened the drunk/high guest w/ calling the cops. I asked if I could switch rms, since I had to travel later in the morning. He said there were no other rms. The guest didn’t get quiet. At 4:45am I packed my things & asked the night mgr for a refund. He said he couldn’t, but the day-mgr could & I shouldn’t have difficulty getting a refund. I left, & went to a rest stop about ½hr down the hwy & took a 2hr nap in the backseat of my cramped sedan to avoid falling asleep @ the wheel. I PREFERRED TO SLEEP ON THE SIDE OF THE HWY IN A SMALL BACKSEAT THAN AT RED ROOF INN IN MONROE. Despite many attempts to receive a refund & being told by the night mgr a refund would be possible, mgmt has denied the refund at least 3 separate times, with different stories each time: The stay was non-refundable. She’s not authorized to give the refund & can’t reach her boss. After being put on hold for a while, she blames it on Hotels.com. “They be lyin’.” She stated that it was not the hotel mgmt denying the refund, but instead the Hotels.com rep was incentivized to not provide a refund. But, when pressed, she denied it on the grounds that no one else had complained about the disorderly guest, despite the night mgr's involvement

Pretty clean just older. The noise from traffic and trains was bad. The neighborhood is not the best. You have to check in through a small window and they lock the lobby brfore 4 pm if that tells you something. Staff was fine .

The staff was excellent. The check in was easy. But just be careful. I felt a little uneasy getting my stuff out of the car. Alot of people just hanging around. Coming in and out that wasnt staying there. Or it didnt look like it .Just felt a little off.

I was expecting a good service but I didn’t. They canceled my reservation. The staff was veré rude. They were very hard to handle a situation. I think they need to work on customer service. The room was clean but no coffee pot and hard to get connections for my phone.
