The hotel is just 3 mins walk from Atami station and it is good to provide light breakfast. For shopping & eating, it is better to walk back to Atami station. The room is clean & tidy and typical Japan’s room size (small) but it is good for stay 1-2 nights. The restaurant for breakfast is at 1F (a bit small) which is the same as the check-in counter & the street entrance of the hotel. Free coffee provided but have strange with limited hours (not 24 hours).

急遽車で行くことになり、駅前は混んでいましたが、ホテル駐車場を前日予約できて1,500円で出し入れ自由だったのが便利でした。夜は湯河原まで温泉に行ったので寝るだけの利用でしたが、料金も安く満足です。スタッフ対応も良く、朝食も美味しかったです。

Arrived early and was able to store luggage until check in time. Check in process was through a automated terminal with staff available to guide you through the process. Nice clean functional room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. Hotel is about 3 blocks from train station where there were restaurants.

駅から近く、コンビニはすぐ横。大浴場や夕食は無いが徒歩圏に温泉も飲食店もあります。スタッフはとても丁寧な対応で清掃も行き届いていました。朝食は無料なのでそれなりの品質ですが十分でした。久しぶりに朝カレーをいただきました！立体駐車場は1500円でした。予約した方が良さそうです。車を使えるならいくつか有料の温泉銭湯にも行けますし予算を抑えて熱海や湯河原を楽しみたいならおすすめです！

スタッフの対応、朝食は思った以上のものを提供していただきとても嬉しく思いましたしかし、とても気になったのですが寝具がなんだか汗臭いように感じました気持ち悪かったのでバスタオルを襟元に巻いて寝ましたそれだけがとても残念です

眠るだけだったので狭くても充分でした。廊下を歩いている方の声が良く聞こえてきたので壁は薄いと感じました。4階に宿泊で窓の外は廃墟がありカーテンは開けることはありませんでした‥怖かったです‥。チェックアウト時はエレベーターが混むと貼り紙がありましたがホントに乗れず階段を利用しましたが廃墟がやはり怖いしちょっと汚い階段でした。朝食はそれなりにおいしくいただきました。コーヒーおいしかったです。フロントのおねえさんはニコニコしてとても感じがよくてステキでした！駅に近くとても便利で助かりました！

熱海駅から近いのですがホテル裏側に廃墟のようなプレハブ建物があり、4階客室窓からの眺めは不気味なものでした。怖くて夜はカーテン閉め切りにしました。また、立体駐車場やフロントの職員が落ち着きなく、せっつく様な態度で、わかりにくい説明をしてくるのが気になりました。特に駐車場の職員は凄かったです。素直な人なら後方車両に激突させられます。駅に近いので、強い心で利用すれば便利です。

朝食時、若いほうの係りの方にうどんの器が違う？と、「これ使わないで、足りないから。こっち使って！」と強いとこちらが感じる口調で目の前でうどんがすでに器に入っているにも関わらず使い捨て容器の方へポンと入替し、私のおぼんに置いた。開始直後というのもあり何か反論しても周りの方に迷惑かけると思い、何も言わなかった。でも、普通に考えても失礼ではないか？なぜなら、使い捨て容器に必ずうどんを入れるとかの表記や口頭での注意喚起などは全く無く、急に器が足りないから使わないで！と行動で、しかも目前でお盆の中の器に入ったうどんを使い捨て容器に勝手に入替する。ホテルで働いている方々はみなさん、こういう伝え方をするのですか？ちなみに私は夫が直ぐ前で並んでいて、その流れで食事をお盆に並べていた。夫も器にうどんを入れていたが男性には何も言わず。。

4時チェックインなので、3時30分に手続きを゙開始。他の方達はエレベーターに乗り込んでいるので、15分程時間を゙潰してから、もう部屋に行っても良いですかと聞いたら、4時ですと（女性）。。。はぁ他の方はどんどんエレベーターに乗ってるのにと思い部屋に行ってみたら普通に入れた。なんだ!皆入ってたようです。不明瞭、不公正、サービス精神の欠如、教育不足ここだけですが、極めて不愉快極まりない思いでした。

Highlight is their breakfast and location. A traditional Japanese breakfast with lots of options to choose and very delicious. Super close to Atami station. We come for the fireworks and it’s very convenient to get back from the beach. With the price I’ve paid it’s very worth it.

This hotel feels like a throwback to a three star from the early nineties. Definitely in need of a makeover. Breakfast served in the lobby that felt like a school canteen. Staff are nice and helpful but can't disguise the lack of love and investment in the facility.

チェックインの手続きがスムーズで子連れとしては大変助かりました！無料でいただける朝食が美味しかったです。カレーなどパックが用意されておりテイクアウトできるようになっていました。コスパ的に問題ないのですが、壁が薄いのが通路やエレベーターの音が漏れて聞こえ少し気になりました。

Highlight is their breakfast and location. A traditional Japanese breakfast with lots of options to choose and very delicious. Super close to Atami station. We come for the fireworks and it’s very convenient to get back from the beach. With the price I’ve paid it’s very worth it.

朝食は美味しいけど　結局座れず容器を部屋用に入れ替え部屋で食べました　他のホテルは自由に選べに行けてゆっくりできたので　その点は残念でした　とにかく狭くて　そこだけ残念でした

We booked none smoking room, however the room we got was terrible with smoke smell. We opened window for catching fresh air but 2 hours later on second evening there were a chemical smell coming in from open window…… The room has very poor noise/voice barriers. Stepping sounds, talking, snoring, and even those Japaneses (95% travellers speak Japanese) farting sounds on hallway you heard every night.
