スタッフの対応は素晴らしい。食事もとても美味しったです。お風呂の後のコーヒー牛乳は最高でした。着替えの服が、人の臭いが残っていた。大浴場が、内風呂がなく露天風呂のみなので、雨の日は、身体が暖まっても、脱衣所に向かう時に身体が冷えてしまう。脱衣所の空調も効きすぎで寒かった。お部屋の大きさのわりに、ティッシュが少なく、洗面室には、ティッシュがなく不便でした。

とても素晴らしいです！大浴場は、少しこじんまりとしていますが、静かにのんびり入ることができました。お部屋にお風呂も付いていたので、朝もゆっくり楽しめました！朝食もとても満足いくものでした。味も見た目も量も。カレーも美味しかったです。最高の旅行となりました。

ずっといたくなるような非常にいいホテルでした。居心地も良い、客室に内風呂があるのがなによりよかったです。屋上からの景色も最高でした。茶寮の雰囲気もよく美味しくお酒が飲めました。飲み放題なら更によかったかなと思いました。次また泊まる機会があれば露天の部屋を選んでみたいです。

補助ベッドのクオリティが高いアマン東京ではスイートルームでも補助ベッドが病院の折り畳みベッドみたいなベッドでいい加減にしろと思ったが、SOKIの補助ベッドは同じクオリティのベッドだった。俵屋旅館を思い出すような上質なベッドだった。大浴場が思ったより狭い。

到着して部屋内を見てまわっていた際に、アメニティ類に不備(櫛が一つ袋から出ていたため、前の人使用したものが置かれていた？)がありました。こんな事で文句をつけるのもどうかと気が引けたため特に何も言わなかったです。あと前払いのため、チェックアウトの際に夕飯時の飲料代などを請求されるのは良いのですが、部屋代として1万弱請求されたようですがその詳細の説明が一切なかったので不信感を持ちました。

まず部屋の清掃が行き届いていない。前の宿泊者がお祝いに使ったようなものが入ってすぐ見えるところに落ちていた。清掃員が気づかないようなところではなかったので、如何なものかと。夕食について、1人18000円でこのクオリティ、この量、この食材か、と、払って損したなと感じる内容だった。接客態度はとても良く感じた。大浴場の男湯は大きなお風呂が一個、女湯にはスチームサウナ。部屋の露天はなかなか温度が上がらず、朝風呂する時は結構ぬるかった。大浴場の脱衣所、部屋の洗面所は清潔に保たれていたので、使いやすかったです。良い点もありましたが、悪い点が目立っていたのでショックでした。良い旅行でしたが心残りが多いので、是非改善して頂ければなと思います。ありがとうございました。

とても楽しみに伺いました。 ①部屋にゴキブリが出て、退治してもらったが部屋を変えてもらえず怖くて眠れなかった ②朝7:30に他の部屋の方が朝食に来ないからという理由で部屋を間違えて電話を鳴らされて起こされたこと ③サービスのアクテビティのサッシェの説明をフロントに聞いたら自由にどうぞと適当にあしらわれたこと。 ④夕食の丸焼きの魚が骨ごといけますと言われたが全く噛みきれず食べづらかったこと ⑤朝食の干物がお箸でちぎれないほど硬く、とても美味しいとは思えないものだった。 ⑥朝食の際スタッフ同士のタメ口の私語がうるさく落ち着いて食べれなかった ⑦17:30から夕食なのにウェルカムドリンクとお菓子が15:00〜18:00までと言われ、そのようなものがあることを知らされてなかったので17:00にチェックインし、食べられなかったこと以上のことからこれで一泊6万は高いと感じた。ホテル自体の内装や雰囲気は良かったが、人とサービスが伴っていない。笑顔が素敵なスタッフさんもいたので、残念なスタッフが価値を下げていると感じた。お金を返して欲しいレベル。

Arrived on a rainy day and someone came out to get me from the taxi with an umbrella. I was escorted inside and shown my room. Very luxurious reception and treatment. The room was great and the balcony bath was fantastic. Never bathed so many times in a single day. Property is a bit far from the commercial area of Atami, and a decent walk is required if not driving or taking a taxi.

The floor was not fully flat. The bed section was few inches higher causing step hazard for my old parents. The service overall was great and the cleanliness was excellent but I wished the outdoor bath had a cold water bath in addition to the regular hot springs. This was one of the highlights of our trip. The property was beautiful, and the rooms were amazing. I recommend doing half board and experiencing the provided dinner and breakfast. The location can be tricky if you plan on walking from Atami station, as it would take approximately 35 minutes and was mostly uphill. My regret was only booking to stay one night at this location.

LOVED our stay. We booked the terrace bath premium twin and it was perfect for our family of 5 - 3, 5 & 6yo. We paid extra for half board (breakfast and dinner) and it was well worth it. My husband and I felt we were doing fine dining every night. Kids meals were rice, miso soup, juice and fruit. Breakfast was half buffet and set meals. Room was clean and spacious. The outside bath on the terrace was a nice touch. We felt calm and content during our stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely book again.

トータルで良いホテルだと思います。ただ一つだけ、事前に苦手な食材をメールで連絡してあって、他の物に変更すると返事を頂いていたのに夕食も朝食も何の対応もして貰えませんでした。

Definitely will recommend Soki Atami! The facilities are great for a restful retreat. Breakfast was awesome and staff were friendly too. とても楽しみに伺いました。 ①部屋にゴキブリが出て、退治してもらったが部屋を変えてもらえず怖くて眠れなかった ②朝7:30に他の部屋の方が朝食に来ないからという理由で部屋を間違えて電話を鳴らされて起こされたこと ③サービスのアクテビティのサッシェの説明をフロントに聞いたら自由にどうぞと適当にあしらわれたこと。 ④夕食の丸焼きの魚が骨ごといけますと言われたが全く噛みきれず食べづらかったこと ⑤朝食の干物がお箸でちぎれないほど硬く、とても美味しいとは思えないものだった。 ⑥朝食の際スタッフ同士のタメ口の私語がうるさく落ち着いて食べれなかった ⑦17:30から夕食なのにウェルカムドリンクとお菓子が15:00〜18:00までと言われ、そのようなものがあることを知らされてなかったので17:00にチェックインし、食べられなかったこと以上のことからこれで一泊6万は高いと感じた。ホテル自体の内装や雰囲気は良かったが、人とサービスが伴っていない。笑顔が素敵なスタッフさんもいたので、残念なスタッフが価値を下げていると感じた。お金を返して欲しいレベル。

冬の海上花火の日に合わせて行きました。駅からかなり遠いので、歩いて行くのはまず無理。車で来るかタクシーで移動です。ホテルからビーチも結構な距離あるので、ビーチに行かずホテルの屋上テラスで花火を見ました。歩いて行っている方もいましたが、帰りの登り坂がかなりしんどいと思います。周りに居酒屋やレストランなどはないので、事前に済ませておくことをお勧めします。コンビニも少し歩きます。館内は清潔感があり、美術館のようなオブジェクトもあります。朝食会場は天井が高く、つくりも庭もオシャレでした。客室風呂の他、大浴場もありコーヒー牛乳が無料で飲めます。とても良い旅になりました。また利用します。

Arrived on a rainy day and someone came out to get me from the taxi with an umbrella. I was escorted inside and shown my room. Very luxurious reception and treatment. The room was great and the balcony bath was fantastic. Never bathed so many times in a single day. Property is a bit far from the commercial area of Atami, and a decent walk is required if not driving or taking a taxi.

LOVED our stay. We booked the terrace bath premium twin and it was perfect for our family of 5 - 3, 5 & 6yo. We paid extra for half board (breakfast and dinner) and it was well worth it. My husband and I felt we were doing fine dining every night. Kids meals were rice, miso soup, juice and fruit. Breakfast was half buffet and set meals. Room was clean and spacious. The outside bath on the terrace was a nice touch. We felt calm and content during our stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely book again.
