Check-in process is automated via a kiosk. If you are arriving at the hotel earlier then your check-in time there are luggage lockers to store your baggage before you check-in. Breakfast is served in the mornings and is a small serving of ochazuke with a drink. Although they have instructions in english the process is still confusing. The room was spacious (for Japan). My only complaint is that the luggage lockers cannot be used when you are checking out.

Tres grande chambre tres propre avec une douche. L hotel est très calme pour les chambres donnant sur la rue. Le petit dej nest pas terrible, cest juste un bon en cas pour commencer la journée .Impossible d avoir une 2eme boisson par exemple. Il est également dommage de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la consigne des bagages une fois quon a rendu la clé,cette consigne est réservée au "check in". Sinon c'était tres agreable detre juste a côté de la gare.

This is super clean and convenient business hotel. This hotel has everything you need. High tech coin laundry which you can monitor the progress from your room. Free breakfast. Super safe. Even they didn’t take the tip I left for housekeepers. It’s right next to main station but super quiet in and out. All kinds of shops are right there.

Clean room, as per the norm for all Japanese hotels. Very modern and spacious room. Great location as you can walk to Atami Station in less than 5 minutes. Because of it's local near Atami Station, you are close to everything - shops, restaurants, transportation, etc. Our room is in the back that faces the train tracks. Surprisingly you can't hear the trains even though they rain close. If you are a rail fan like me ask for the back. It was a pleasant surprise!

Check in was easy and smooth. The room was very clean. The toilet had its own room. Same with the excellent shower. Staff was excellent. They had free lockers where you could keep your luggage until check in time. Our only complaint was that they would not store our luggage after we checked out.

While the room was clean and spacious, i was surprised to find no tea/coffee making facilities and nowhere to store baggage. There weren't even any cups in the bathroom. Plus breakfast was basically rice soup and a drink. Not very filling. The view was either the train station or the hotel.across the street. Compared to the other five hotels ive stayed at in japan this month this is the worst. Saying that, it is acceptable badic accommodation.

Great location, convenient to train station (about a 3 minute walk). My room overlooked the train tracks - I had initial concerns about noise, but my view of the shinkansen whizzing past every few minutes was incredible. I did wear earplugs at night to block out the sound of freight trains going past. Breakfast was a simple ochazuke and tea. I would stay here again if visiting Atami or needed to stay near the train station.

Gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage 2-3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Atami entfernt. Zimmer war modern und geräumig für 1 Person. Bei 2 Personen und großem Gepäck muss man sich möglicherweise arrangieren mit der Ablage. Was schade ist - auch wenn es eine Regel der Kette, nicht des individuellen Hotels ist - das man nach dem Checkout nicht die Möglichkeit hat ggf sein Gepäck noch ein paar Stunden aufbewahren zu können. Stattdessen wird man an die nächstgelegenen Schließfächer verwiesen, in der Regel am nächsten Bahnhof.

クソホテル二度と利用しません。スタッフの手際の悪さ、愛想の悪さ、サービスの悪さどれをとっても最低レベルですね。年間320日は様々なホテル利用してますが気分が悪くなり吐きそうになるぐらいの接客は久々でした。部屋の冷房は温度下げても意味がなく暑い部屋で過ごしました。あと駐車料金は宿泊時以外1時間1200円（上限無し）なので早めに着いた方等は要注意です。あらかじめ説明があった内容と全然違うこと言ってくるので架空請求にも注意してください。一度車を出すと言ってるのにわざわざ機械式の駐車場に案内する無能さには呆れてものも言えなくなりました。私は面倒くさくなったので支払いましたが、話が通じないと思ったらすぐ警察を呼ぶことをお勧めします。予約してしまった場合は目の前にTYインあるのでそちらに変更をお勧めします。私はTYイン嫌いですがこのホテルよりは100倍ましです。トラブルに巻き込まれないために詐欺まがいの商売してるこちらのホテルは避けるべきだと思います。

After the shinkansen was suspended due to heavy rain at the Atami station I decided to stay here over night here. The staff was extremely kind and helpful to me as a foreigner. My room was very clean, well appointed and the price was good as well.

駅もコンビニも近く立地が良いです部屋も綺麗で余分なものがなく過ごしやすい。だだものがなさすぎてコップが部屋になく、口をゆすぐのにも一階から紙コップをとってくる必要があるので事前に準備が必要。ポッドがなく朝食の時に1fでかりられることがわかった。知っていれば快適に過ごせると思います洗濯機は暗証番号がつけられたり部屋から空きがわかるのはよかった朝食は子どもにはあまり評判が良くなくおにぎりだけたべていました。パンだけでもいいのにと思います

Modern, clean, and conveniently located close to the train station. This hotel strikes a good balance if you want something affordable but also professional and reliable. If you're coming for the beach, beware that you're either catching a bus or making a long, exhausting hike up a steep hill from the beach back to the hotel. Not easily walkable, especially in the hot Japanese summers! Staff was able to accommodate English.

Self check in was fine — there were 2 staff available to assist. The room has a small fridge, tub, Alexa, TV. The location is just steps from the train station. There is an iron and microwave available on each floor. Breakfast was fine: a rice ball with Monaka, some pickles, and tea or coffee hot or cold, Other items available for purchase. I would stay here again. The value for the price is fantastic. The lockers will only fit a carryon size suitcase but there are larger lockers available at the train station — they appear to be changing them to card payment .

No frills hotel with small rooms. Breakfast is included but it’s just tea or coffee with ochazuke rice. If a hot water pot could be put in the rooms it would make staying there much more convenient. The best thing about this property is it’s close proximity to the train station and bus terminal and all the shopping in Atami.

Overall a nice hotel, room was nice although odd choice for bare concrete parking garage ceiling. Having Alexa controls would have been nice but it only rarely worked even when using the prompts provided. We ended up just watching Netflix on my phone instead. The self check in thing was a bit annoying, I greatly would have preferred a person to do the check in. The free breakfast from the coffee shop was pretty bad, it's a very limited menu and is often gone if you don't get down there right away, it really was a downside and I would have been fine if it wasn't included
