Hotel is well ubicated. Just a mile from Kawaguchiko main train station. The room was very clean, friendly staff, and great view of Fuji. The front desk clerk Son, was very helpful with all the questions we asked, he gave us service with a smile and a loving heart. Made our visit feel very special.....Thanks! All the restaurants he recommended had top quality food. Son, is the personification of Omotenashi!

Room not as clean as expected, hair found in the bathtub, deep top not clean either… The hotel does not seem noise-proof.
