The staff were wonderful and gave amazing restaurant recommendations with a ready map of their locations. Room was very nice, having both a more traditional Japanese side and a more western standard size, although i do wish the beds could have been pushed together

Arrived at almost 2pm wanting to store my luggage first, and the kind staff said the room was ready and allowed me to check in earlier. Super thankful for that! Room was spacious and I love the tatami area. Kinda dated but it adds to the retro feel. Enjoyed the onsen with various shampoo and skincare products provided. Location is near Oike Park with beautiful lake view. The free foot bath at the entrance is a charm too!

Use of shuttle was excellent, very friendly reception staff and a 500 yen breakfast makes this an ideal hotel for the location and onsen. Yes, it’s very tired and needs new carpets and a room refresh, but don’t discount it, the views and location are stunning and we would stay again.
