Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too.
Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. A friend and I visited the Railway Inn for a nights stay recently. The rooms are in an adjacent building from the Inn, so are completely seperate. The twin room we had was a very generous size, we even a sitting area and an ouside area. The staff at the Inn we really nice to deal with and very helpful. We arrived in time to have food at the Inn, which was really nice. We'd definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay. Our room was very spacious with a little patio. Comfortable beds. Lovely, helpful staff. We enjoyed a great meal, game of pool and darts after visiting the motorhome show. This is a great base fir rxploring the area with a very pretty out door eating and drinking area. Photos do not do it justice. Goid value for money

Well laid out, comfortable room. Generally clean. Not so keen on loose coffee in a jar but generous hospitality tray plus 'cocktail' for four-legged friends. Restaurant food excellent, service very friendly and efficient service. Definitely dog friendly.

We stayed on a Sunday evening, had Sunday lunch and it was amazing, highly recommended, we had our Dog with us and he was spoiled rotten, excellent choice of drinks, the staff were brilliant, definitely staying again.

Great location, easy to find, parking is fine. Room was quite basic but fine for what we were paying and expecting. In the annexe building so quiet and private. Shower was fine, wifi was good bed was comfy and there is tea coffee etc provided. Ate in the pub food was good and reasonably priced staff were friendly so would definitely stay here again Very dog friendly pub which was ok for us but worth mentioning just in case your not into our K9 buddies

Was supposed to be pay at hotel but charged a week in advance which wasnt ideal. Main pub was so dead when we arrived they were serving food and closed early at 830pm which was very disappointing after a long journey. Room was a great size. Bedding smelled stale, but looked very nice Some ofvthe fittings and fixtures were a bjt dated and had seen better days. On site parking was good. Toiletries were minimal so glad I brought my own. It was ok but not sure I'd stay there again.

The accommodation was not cleaned and the shower and toilet seat were broken. The towels were old and stained and smelt of stale cigarettes. There was dust and hair all over the headboard and the toilet was not clean. The shower was broken. We only stayed one of the nights that we booked.

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Railway Inn. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was large with sleeping area, lounge area, ensuite, and 2 seperate verandas which gave wonderful views. Would thoroughly recommend .

Arrived late and as a booking for 3 we had expectations that the sofa bed would be made up for us or that bedding would be available to set it up ourselves. We had to wait for some time for the only staff available who was running the bar to make up the bed. This sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Such a pity for a lovely place. The 4 stars have been awarded because the staff member was extremely apologetic.

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Railway Inn. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was large with sleeping area, lounge area, ensuite, and 2 seperate verandas which gave wonderful views. Would thoroughly recommend .

Great location, easy to find, parking is fine. Room was quite basic but fine for what we were paying and expecting. In the annexe building so quiet and private. Shower was fine, wifi was good bed was comfy and there is tea coffee etc provided. Ate in the pub food was good and reasonably priced staff were friendly so would definitely stay here again Very dog friendly pub which was ok for us but worth mentioning just in case your not into our K9 buddies

Well laid out, comfortable room. Generally clean. Not so keen on loose coffee in a jar but generous hospitality tray plus 'cocktail' for four-legged friends. Restaurant food excellent, service very friendly and efficient service. Definitely dog friendly.

We stayed on a Sunday evening, had Sunday lunch and it was amazing, highly recommended, we had our Dog with us and he was spoiled rotten, excellent choice of drinks, the staff were brilliant, definitely staying again.

We have stayed here before some years ago and had the same large twin room with all faciities and were very comfortable. The cod and chips we had for dinner were about the best we have ever had! Will book again.

The room was basic, but fine. The staff who showed us in were very helpful. The two less ideal things were that there was no breakfast, which I had hoped might be included within the price of £95 per night. And there was no food available in the pub on Sunday evening (we stayed 1 night on Sunday night).

Was supposed to be pay at hotel but charged a week in advance which wasnt ideal. Main pub was so dead when we arrived they were serving food and closed early at 830pm which was very disappointing after a long journey. Room was a great size. Bedding smelled stale, but looked very nice Some ofvthe fittings and fixtures were a bjt dated and had seen better days. On site parking was good. Toiletries were minimal so glad I brought my own. It was ok but not sure I'd stay there again.

A friend and I stayed in the twin room I think it was call flying Scotsman it was separate to the inn and very comfortable had nice sitting area and little balcony all the amenities you need plenty of room.the pub bar was pleasant and the staff very nice and helpful we had a great evening and then a great day at the Morgan factory which was the reason for our stay.

Easy check in at the bar. A busy pub, very popular at meal times, but not noisy. Rooms are across the car park from the pub, lovely spacious room and a great view across the valley including Three Counties Showground, 4 minutes drive away where I was visiting. Comfortable and clean rooms and a great sized shower, no squished in the corner type! Plenty of leaflets and local info provided. Free wi-fi was a bit hit & miss when the pub was busy, but not a problem. As a lone female traveller I felt safe and well looked after, friendly staff, welcoming locals and good pub grub! I'd definitely stay again.
