大波止電停の真ん前にあります。YOU MEタウンまですぐ！文明堂はお隣！長崎駅まで歩こうと思えば歩けます。どこに行くにも便利です。荷物はロッカーにセルフで預けられるので、気楽です。お風呂のシャワー水圧も十分で、心地よかったです。

Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zu einem Café, in dem man auch frühstücken kann. Alles Nötige wie Zahnbürste, Rasierer, etc. an der Rezeption erhältlich. Waschmaschinen, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Automat mit warmen Speisen vorhanden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sowie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The daily basic housekeeping was good, with eco-friendly initiatives in mind. The staff were friendly, and with the new self-service check-in and our system it was pretty easy. However, apart from housekeeping I didn't really have much interactions with the frontdesk staff. There's a self-service luggage system as well with locks so if you want to leave luggage in the hotel pre-checkin or at check-out, you can do so.

事前に電話で駐車場について聞いて、ホテルの真裏と案内されたが、高さ制限があり、そこから提携の駐車場に案内され二度手間だった。出庫の際も事前に料金を確認して前日の15時以降だったら1000円と言われたが、結局1000円以上かかり、案内が雑だった。

駅前ではあるけれど部屋は静かで清潔でもあったので良かった。駐車場に高さの制限が（車高１５５cmまで）ありホテル外の駐車場を案内され、駐車料金1000円を支払った。案内に書いてあればいいのにと思った。

清潔さ:客室、1階フロント共に清潔でよく清掃が行き届いていたと思います。お風呂・トイレもきれいに清掃されており気分良く泊まれました。朝食:食べなかったため不明。スタッフとサービス: ロッカーがチェックアウト後でも使えるかどうかの質問(使えました)、チェックアウト時上手くチェックアウト出来たかの確認をフロントの男性は丁寧に対応していただけました。施設のコンディションと設備:フロント横のロッカーがチェックアウト後も使わせていただけました。客室の壁紙が擦れ汚れみたいなのが目立っておりその点だけがこのホテルで気になりました。施設周辺のエリア:目の前に路面電車の駅(大波止駅)、少し歩いたところにバス停(大波止、江戸町)がありアクセスは素晴らしいです。コンビニも斜め前にあります。横にカステラ屋さん(文明堂総本店)と裏にちゃんぽん店(永楽苑)があり食・お土産には困りませんでした。総合的に良くまた長崎行ったら泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

施設の設備は満足したが、浴槽の排水溝に髪の毛が残っていた。自動販売機や電子レンジ、製氷機がある場所が暑く、あまり清掃も行き届いていないように感じた。夏場だったので無料の製氷機のサービスはとても有り難かった。

多分隣りの部屋のいびきが聞こえた。壁が薄い？環境に気をつけているという割には、アメニティがDHC。人権にも気を配って欲しい。ベッド用の明かりが明るいのは良かったです。

施設内の駐車場が私の車だと入れなかったのですが、近くで良い所をちゃんと紹介してくれて、警備員さんの対応もとても良かったです。もちろんフロントの方や食事を提供してくれる人達も良かったです。アメニティもフロントで自分で好きなのを選べるのがとても良かったです。子供の受験の為来てましたが、とても居心地が良く朝ごはんも美味しくて無事合格しました(^^)

The location is excellent, right near Ohato Station. Dejima and Nagasaki Port are within walking distance. There is a bus stop to Inasayama Ropeway station in front of the hotel. The historical site of Dejima, which reconstructs parts of the former Dutch trading post, was open when I visited and could be enjoyed in the evening. There are two convenience stores nearby, which was very useful. The staff were very helpful, especially when providing information about bus schedules. They were always available to answer my questions. The elevator arrives quickly, so you don’t have to wait long. There are also lockers available for your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Thanks to the hotel, I had a wonderful 3-day stay. I really appreciate the great service! ロケーションは最高で、大波止駅からすぐの立地。出島や長崎港も徒歩圏内です。ホテル入口には、稲佐山ロープウェイ乗り場までの無料送迎バス停があります。オランダ商館跡地を一部再現した歴史的な出島の施設は、夕方以降も見学できました。近くにコンビニが2軒あり、とても便利でした。スタッフの方々はとても親切で、特にバスの時間帯について丁寧に教えてくれました。質問にも快く対応してくれました。エレベーターはすぐに来るので待ち時間が少なく、荷物を預けられるロッカーもチェックイン前・チェックアウト後に利用できて便利です。このホテルのおかげで、楽しい3日間を過ごせました。素晴らしいサービスに感謝します！

清潔さ:客室、1階フロント共に清潔でよく清掃が行き届いていたと思います。お風呂・トイレもきれいに清掃されており気分良く泊まれました。朝食:食べなかったため不明。スタッフとサービス: ロッカーがチェックアウト後でも使えるかどうかの質問(使えました)、チェックアウト時上手くチェックアウト出来たかの確認をフロントの男性は丁寧に対応していただけました。施設のコンディションと設備:フロント横のロッカーがチェックアウト後も使わせていただけました。客室の壁紙が擦れ汚れみたいなのが目立っておりその点だけがこのホテルで気になりました。施設周辺のエリア:目の前に路面電車の駅(大波止駅)、少し歩いたところにバス停(大波止、江戸町)がありアクセスは素晴らしいです。コンビニも斜め前にあります。横にカステラ屋さん(文明堂総本店)と裏にちゃんぽん店(永楽苑)があり食・お土産には困りませんでした。総合的に良くまた長崎行ったら泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

The location is excellent, right near Ohato Station. Dejima and Nagasaki Port are within walking distance. There is a bus stop to Inasayama Ropeway station in front of the hotel. The historical site of Dejima, which reconstructs parts of the former Dutch trading post, was open when I visited and could be enjoyed in the evening. There are two convenience stores nearby, which was very useful. The staff were very helpful, especially when providing information about bus schedules. They were always available to answer my questions. The elevator arrives quickly, so you don’t have to wait long. There are also lockers available for your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Thanks to the hotel, I had a wonderful 3-day stay. 朝食が良く考えられた内容でした。いわゆるバイキング式ではなく、無駄が出ないよう料理が小さなプラスチックカップに入っています。食べ終わるとそのままゴミ箱へ。ミニハンバーグやハム、スクランブルエッグ、ミニサラダ、カットフルーツなど種類は豊富で味付けも良く満足できました。

A good place to stay, excellent location for Chinatown and some of the churches and port Good, helpful staff, basic room but good for what we needed. When it rained we could use the laundry. Only thing, I booked as we had a rental car, a keicar, but the height was only 155m for the car park which I didn't realise so had to find parking elsewhere. Car park opposite was fine but be aware of that if you have a car.
