We were put on level 2 of the hotel. There was loud music coming from the bar which went on through to the early hours of the morning. We were moved to the 9th floor and were still able to hear the music from the bar. The finishing touches of the room were very mediocre, you could see wires coming out of light ports and broken buttons on lamps, sideways plug sockets. There were definitely some sort of insects in bed sheets as I was left itching all over.

Très bon séjour je dirai même excellent. L'hôtel est magnifique autant à l'extérieur que dans la chambre. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le service est parfait et les plats du room services sont variés. Les différents restaurants et cafés sont abordables. La piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment cool. Pour les gym rat je recommande vivement la salle!

The thermostat cannot be controlled from the room, you actually have to call down to the desk to ask them to adjust. The hot water was out for 4 or 5 days straight and they kept saying it would be fixed soon but took several days. meanwhile...cold showers. Breakfast was never hot and seldom even warm. scrambled eggs were very similar to soup and extremely undercooked and you could sometimes see that the milk that was added had started to separate in the "warming" dish. very annoying to call down before 7am to inform that you have laundry to be picked up and find that when I return in the evening it was not picked up and even the cleaning people just pushed it aside and semi-cleaned the room but did not attend to the cleaning. in order to go to and from the parking garage i had to walk thru the bar areas and the smoking area on the 1st floor. ended up smelling like cigarettes for a while at work and then in the room. And last, the pounding music from the bars downstairs is every nigh and continues until 5am and 8am without fail. If you ask them to cook an omelette it was very burned (see pic)There was never a single night in two weeks that I was not awakened more than once. The gym was an absolute mess and the weights never seemed to be picked up and replace over many days. Very, very unsafe.

I stayed on the ninth floor yet the noise of the music at the pool was loud enough for me to hear in my room and making my relaxation impossible. I went to have breakfast at 915 and there were few tables and so many guests that I didn’t get to set until after 1030 by then the food was mostly gone I would never stay there again

We checked in with mahmoud around 21:00 which is a very pleasent checkin time and too quite. Surprisingly there was no welcoming note or usual welcoming or a preference check up or is an explaining the facilities of the hotel, which was really weird since no one else wasn in the reception. I got the keys for the room and left my luggage by my own to the room. Room was spacious, unfortunately too old humidity smell in the corridors bathroom was dirty and full of molds and scratches. Carpet in the room was having spots air-conditioning was working OK, but it’s hard to operate due to the very old system. TV was very nice with many channels. Bed was not comfortable since it is toward the hard type. The surroundings is not that bad. It’s OK if you want a city center hotel next to some governmental entities nothing special in the lobby .cinnamon smell used as an aroma in the elevators and the corridors. I can understand. It’s Christmas time and myself. I am a cinnamon smell lover, but it was too much that it is too annoying . Room isn’t soundproof. I could easily hear the noise of kids and other guest walking around in the corridors, unfortunately I requested slippers and bathrobe bathrobe was sent to my room, but I was clearly informed that the hotel is out of slippers, I don’t think I’m returning to the hotel. Nothing really pleasant. It’s very disappointing Abu Dhabi hotel stay.

We had 14 hrs stopover in Abu Dhabi before our flight back to Sydney. Quickly booked the hotel just for some rest and lunch then get ourselves ready for the flight. Arrive at the hotel around 11am, Bryan at the reception gave us room straights away. The room was great, bed was very comfy, big bathroom and very clean. Strongly recommended to everyone.

The hotel waa dirty, smelled of smoke. We got smoke free room. Even changed the room, but the room still smell as smoke, evwn the pillows had smoke smell. If we called to get something, took too long time to get it from the staff. We paid for extra bed for th room, it litterally took more than 8 hours for the hotel staff to place in room. When we were ready to sleep, called 4 times in 1 1/2 hour then it came.

Have stayed here over the years and its not the newest of hotels. However the Manager very kindly gave us a suite when I mentioned the Wife would be on her own during the day whilst I attended an exhibition. It was a nice touch which je didn't have to do. Bed was firm (i like that) but not toy Wife's taste.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, service needs to improve as it took 25-30 mins to check in. Also there doesn’t appear to a queueing system at reception, so people just kept pushing in. Room itself was spacious and well appointed. The beds were singles, and were very hard. Parking is free, so is bottled water. Breakfast was ok, not going to set the world alight, but was a reasonable standard

VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY. I SPNET ONE DNIGHT I ONLY HAD ONE ISSUE WITH THE A/C THAT COULDN'T BE REGULATED .. IT WAS WAY TOO COLD ... I TRIED TO TURN IT OFF BUT IT WOULD COME BACK ON AFTER A MINUTE. Terrible hotel, please avoid. Room was old and nothing like the images which have clearly been taken a long time ago. Lobby and hallway are nice but that's about it. Water takes ages to get warm. Iron was missing from the room. Took 4 attempts of contacting front desk to finally get it sent to our room - and it didn't even work! A further two attempts by hotel staff to finally get us a working iron. No hairdryer in the room. When asking for it, it was a little cheap hairdryer that produces cold air. The bathroom is nothing like the images (it's basically designed for accessibility) and the towels are hung on the support rails which is very unhygienic.
