We really enjoyed our stay here. Diane is a fantastic host. She is very welcoming and knows how to cook a good egg and fried bread. The garden was lovely and a beautiful space to sit with solar lights, even after dark. Thank you. We also loved swimming in the sea and walking along the beach.

Diane and Chris lovely hosts. Diane works so hard. Room comfortable, bed large & comfy, tea, coffee, biscuits mints etc in room, plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Breakfast fresh and hot served to taste as requested. Nice that there was a bar to sit in and have a chat. Good base for getting into Colwyn Bay, on a quiet road.

The location was the only good thing about this b&b. Room was dirty, bathroom needed a good clean. Toilet waste dirty. Shower had mould on the grout. Used tissue at the side of the bed. No milk for the tea tray. Carpet had not been vacuumed and there was bits on the floor. The bed lookediked they just put any spare bedding on and nothing matched. I didn't sleep in the bed as duvet had marks on so god help the sheets. The pillows were flat. Not a good experience at all.

An excellent guest house. My room was a good size, en suite, comfortable and immaculately clean. Diane was extremely welcoming, accommodating and friendly throughout my stay and the breakfast was very good quality. Highly recommended and excellent value for money too - I will certainly stay here again if I'm in north Wales.

Was greeted warmly by the hostess on arrival, she even offered to carry my bag up to my room! (I declined the kind offer!) The room was compact and en'suite with a sparkling bathroom, the shower was great with plenty of water pressure. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I was able to adjust it to my liking, when I mentioned this the hosts were very concerned and said they would give the bed a check out after I left. Breakfasts (I was there 2 nights) were lovely, fresh and well cooked. Nothing seemed to much trouble for the hosts and I was made to feel very welcome. I shall return.

From the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean and inviting. It is nicely situated just off the busy roads but still walking distance to the beach or the shops. Diane the proprietor couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again.

Very comfortable room with en suite bathroom, Diane was very welcoming and always made sure I was happy with my room and that everything was ok. If I go back there I will definitely stay with her again. We stayed for 1 night in the family room as was only one left. The decor was lovely. Nice little touches in room like cappucino sachet and little bathtub ornament for toiletries. Beautifully clean. Dianne is lovely and freindly. Like home from home. Sorry forgot her husbands name but we saw dianne more. Breakfast was lovely. Nice little stroll to cemtre and beach. Highly recommend

We had a really wonderful stay here. Lovely guest house, clean, quiet, warm and inviting. Diane and Chris were perfect hosts very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Diane has added so many lovely touches it really felt like home from home. Everything we could possibly need was provided both in the room and bathroom. Breakfast choice was extensive, plus there was the offer to provide anything else we might like which was not already listed. My husband had a full english breakfast which was beautifully cooked. Diane was on hand if we needed more tea etc We will definately stay with them again when we are next in the area.

The owner was super helpful and friendly. There was no issue with cleanliness and the bed was comfotable. Breakfast was wonderful, so much so that no more meals were needed for the rest of the day! A real belly buster!

The entire package was brilliant. Diane was an incredible hostess! Didn’t want to leave. My room was lovely, plenty of room, nicely set out, all that i could want for really. Diane was a gracious host. Nothing was too much trouble. If you needed anything she would sort you out. The hotel was in a quiet part of Colwyn Bay but everything is within walking distance. Will be recommending to friends.

I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)

Great little guest house in the middle of Colwyn Bay, close enough to shops and amenities (even with a local shop just opposite) but far enough for peace and quiet. Comfy room, nice thick carpets, including in the bathroom. Loads of breakfast options available, and the host, Diane, was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a comfortable stay. Somewhere we'd happily stay again. Thank you :)
