The staff was not that friendly and we didn’t get a nice welcome. We asked basic questions about gym and other stuff and didn’t get much detail answer. No facial expression from the girl in reception but the older guy was nice. Nice area and pool! Ok room!

Very nice and quiet area. Close to major tourist attractions around La Serena. I do like the fact that there’s a Moai right when you get to the hotel. I’m Rapa Nui, so I felt like I was supposed to be there. It was a surprise to me. Thank you for the service. I would definitely consider of going back next time I visit La Serena.

Si es bastante buena para la familia. Es muy baja si, pero para niños ideal. Está lejos de tiendas, pero cerca del mall y supermercado. Si quieres artesanías o ir a la playa debes moverte en auto.

Gut war: Dass sehr freundliche Personal. Die Heizung im Zimmer. Schneller Laundry Service. Nicht gut war: Im Frühstücksraum war es bitter kalt. Am ersten Tag gab es noch einen Heizpilz - allerdings war einer für den großen Raum zu wenig. Am zweiten Tag ging das Gas aus, so dass es auch am darauffolgenden bitter kalt war, trotz Wintermantel. Die Matratze müsste dringend mal ausgetauscht werden, da sie total durchgelegen ist. Sowie der Duschkopf.
