Rom og senger noe slitte, men ok i forhold til prisen. Hyggelig overraskelse at sengen ble reddet opp under oppholdet. Frokosten var grei, med det man forventer – pluss vafler på ettermiddagen. Parkeringen veldig dyr (350,- per døgn).

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und die Fußgängerzone in der direkten Nähe, der Hafen ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Es gibt jederzeit Kaffee und Tee.

Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place

We had stayed at the comfort express previously in Tromso but the room was pretty small so we decided to try a more expensive hotel. Enter Amelia was not a lot more expensive but it was smaller and older than the Comfort Express. They offered parking but then I found out it was $35 night and at another property which should be in the details before you book. Loved the breakfast cake and coffee in the afternoon and the waffles at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, wenn man mit dem Flugzeug anreist. Der Flughafenbus fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab und auch viele andere Stadtbusse fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe ab. Zudem ist der Treffpunkt für viele Outdooraktivitäten, die man im Winter buchen kann, ebenfalls "nebenan". Die Stadt kann man zu Fuß sehr gut vom Hotel aus erkunden. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr sauber, und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Tee und Kaffee gibt es fast den ganzen Tag, wenn man möchte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen.

Ok opphold. Obs hvis du booker leilighet ingen heis og steil trapp. Heis i hotelldelen. Bra rom. De ansatte i resepsjonen er huggelige og veldig hjelpsomme, spesielt Klaudia, hun er ekstremt service minded.Ok frokost. Beliggenhet er perfekt, men mye måkeskrik nesten gele døgnet.

Vi valgte Amalie grundet tekst: mulighed for parkering i parkeringskælder, der stod ikke at p-kælderen var langt væk. Receptionen var lukket og vi skulle kontakte søsterhotel: Viking for at tjekke ind og få nøglekort, dette lå ca. 500 meter væk. Opringning til Viking var svært for hun kunne dårlig fortælle hvordan vi kom derover . Vi fik nøglekort og kom på værelse hvor det ene vindue var skruet fast, det andet vindue kunne ikke åbnes, kun på klem. Detvarikke rigtig gjort rent ligesom resten af hotellet. Morgenmad buffet var skrabet og kun med det mest nødvendige, æblejuice automaten var i stykker og receptionisten hentede juice og prøvede selv at få æblejuice, men informerede ikke de øvrige om denne fejl, hun tog bare en anden juice og gik. Alt for dyrt for den komfort, rengøring og tilstand.

Absolut in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. e Damen an der Hotelrezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmerservice fand allerdings icht statt. Keine Reinigung des Zimmers usw.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück ist vielfältig und gut. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und die Dusche winzig, für Schlanke aber kein Problem. Leider war das Zimmer recht kalt, obwohl die Heizung auf 5 stand. Fußbodenheizung im Bad ist sehr angenehm, aber auch nicht durchgängig warm. Wir bekamen täglich frische Handtücher hingelegt, und die Mülleimer wurden geleert, sonst passierte aber nichts. Es wurden keine Betten gemacht und nicht geputzt. Die Matratzen müssten auch mal ausgetauscht werden, sind etwas durchgelegen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, aber man ist in Norwegen, wo die Lebenshaltungskosten um einiges höher sind als in Deutschland. Alles in allem war es für unseren Kurztrip ok, aber auch nicht mehr.

We arrived super early and they offered us breakfast and to take our bags. We checked in later in the day. The room was comfortable and it had a good shower. The gulls are protected so they nest all around, but the ear plugs offered worked well. Breakfast is really good. Location right by the quay and we would definitely stay again.

An OK hotel with perfect location, but the check-in ruined my experience with it. I had booked and pre-paid a room but was instead offered an apartment in another building. I declined because the apartment was inconveniently located and it didn’t have a work desk, which I completely depended upon. Then I was told that they didn’t have any rooms available because they were overbooked. Only when I had insisted for some time, arguing that I had already paid for the room, did they give me one. So it was strange that they didn’t just give it to me in the first place - then they could have avoided this bad review.

The property itself was convenient. It’s right in the middle of town so, you can easily walk everywhere. The continental breakfast was great. Although the room was smaller than our cruise cabin, it worked for what we needed. Check-in was rough. We were told we could check in until 10 or 11pm before we would have to go to a sister property. We got in at 9pm. The front desk was closed but no fear, they had a self check in kiosk. Unfortunately it was broken. I didn’t know how to otherwise check in. They had a phone number to call but no local phone to use. Ultimately we had to walk the 6or so blocks to the sister property to check in. The only other negative was the lobby temperature. It was uncomfortably hot! With all that, we would still stay there again!

Although the room was smaller than our cruise cabin, it worked for what we needed. Check-in was rough. We were told we could check in until 10 or 11pm before we would have to go to a sister property. Excellent location in centre of Town by harbour.Zoltan the receptionist was incredibly helpful by suggesting restaurants,things to do and even booked a restaurant for New Year's Eve as everything was closed. One of the other female receptionist was pleasant but not so helpful .

We booked late having had to alter our flights. Unfortunately we were too late to eat anywhere in the area but the lovely receptionist offered us cookies and coffee. Our luggage didn’t arrive with us but again the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful this morning whilst we anxiously waited our luggage. She called us to let us know when it arrived - saving us a lot of money buying extra clothes!!

Lovely hotel in the heart of central Tromso. There are comfortable sitting areas inside and out. We were very impressed with the hearty breakfast; so many options , from pancakes to smoked salmon to Brunost. Chai was so welcoming at the front counter; he made check-in simple and straightforward , gave us tea and waffles in the evening , and even provided tape when we needed to mail a parcel. The rooms are cozy and had everything that we needed. We will miss Amélie and hope to return someday.

I had a terrible experience with Enter Amalie in Tromso. i have been staying with Enter properties for a while, and booked it since they carry a decent reputation, however, when i arrived, the room assigned to me was not made up and housekeeping was not done for the room. i had to drive to viking hotel to change my room, and the new room they gave me had people in them. Both they and we were terrified by this experience. It took was 2 hours and 4 trips to finally get a decent room inside viking hotel at 2 am in the night. This was the worst decision of our norway trip. Definitely not worth the pain!!

Ok opphold. Obs hvis du booker leilighet ingen heis og steil trapp. Heis i hotelldelen. Bra rom. De ansatte i resepsjonen er huggelige og veldig hjelpsomme, spesielt Klaudia, hun er ekstremt service minded.Ok frokost. Beliggenhet er perfekt, men mye måkeskrik nesten gele døgnet.

The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay.

Rommet var rent og hyggelig. Pluss for lettbetjent tv som er vridbar. Wifi info fant vi ikke før dagen etter, burde ha vært på bordet. Savnet et lite nattbord. Betjening var veldig hyggelig. Frokostrommet er for lite ved fullt belegg, som nå når vi var her. Fantastisk med gratis kaffe/kjeks og å kunne lage seg gratis vafler til kvelds, det satte 4 åringen pris på! Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Nice breakfast buffet to help you start the day with full energy. Bedroom is on the smaller side, but the beds are good enough, the bathroom with shower and toilet is fine, and a water cooker with tea bags and instant coffee is also provided.

Rommet var ikke klart før 1615. Følte at de ikke hadde kontroll på bookingen.Frokosten var ok, men det ble fort mangel på mye. Vi måtte vente lenge på kaffe og juice da det ble tomt ganske fort. Mye folk og lite personale i frokostsalen.

Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place

I got the best 3 days in Tromsø, Hotel is 3 stars but in perfect shape. Clean rooms, restrooms and in a well located area. The staff was super helpful and friendly, Daniel and Abril helped me figure out what to do around town and restaurants. Breakfast was way better than expected, super complete, lots of options and refilled regularly. It was only me, I can say this is the best budget friendly hotel I have been in long time. Highly recommended!
