Great breakfast

Amazing breakfast and access to local restaurants, cafes, saunas and waterfront!

The room is Spartan, to say the least but I knew that coming in. Bed is very comfortable and really all I wanted because don’t really want to spend much time sitting in a room! The staff is lovely and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Nothing was ever empty for more than a second and it was replaced.

The primary concern was that the apartment was much different than in the photos. The listing featured images of a basic apartment with a sofa bed, which appeared noticeably more spacious than the unit we received. These images strongly influenced our decision to book this option, leading us to pay a relatively high price with the expectation of ample space. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different—the apartment turned out to be substantially different , leaving us feeling misled. The bedroom was so compact that it was impossible to walk around the bed, and both the bathroom and living area were considerably smaller than anticipated. Furthermore, the sofa shown in the photos was significantly larger than the one actually provided. In summary, the overall size and layout failed to match the advertised images, even considering it was a basic apartment with a sofa bed. We contacted the hotel early to raise this issue. Our initial inquiries were not answered. We then went to the reception and were told the matter would be checked with the manager, but we never received any follow‑up and had to ask again. When we finally received a response, the staff were unwilling to discuss the issue and stated that all rooms were like this, even offering to show us other similar rooms. As they did not have other apartments available. This only confirmed the discrepancy between the advertised and actual standard.
