B & B good but not easy to enter - parking not easy. Remote Bell system and it was raining when I needed to be let in -no person present. Take the key from a numbered envelope. Breakfast good and helpful attendant. No info on restaraunts - asked a passerby and he directed me to the Green Room which backs onto the Parking Lot - good food.

Really great room for the price, with soft and harder chairs and a good sized desk for working; Bathroom was well appointed with large walk in shower cubicle and plenty of towels on a heated rail; Tea / coffee, etc, supplied on a tray and a small fridge provided for personal use with 'top up' supplies provisioned in a cupboard on the landing; Room was very quiet regarding adjacent rooms but some road noise, etc, apparent for road-facing rooms; Car parking for approx 6 vehicles in a private courtyard; Access to property arranged whilst hosts unavailable and worked well; Breakfast was considered plentiful, freshly prepared / cooked and of excellent quality provided by a very upbeat and considerate member of staff;

Hotel was nice, a room in the annex, no view as frosted glass overlooked an alleyway. The room was clean, practical and large. They provided water and a fridge in the room, with coffee/tea making facilities. My only bone of contention was the parking. It was not a problem once we got in but one bay was reserved for a foreign driver who parked awkwardly which meant getting into the car park was a challenge. There was no-one on reception as it operates a self check in, it’s good but when something like the car park challenge they would have been able to contact the owner of the vehicle. Other than this, it’s right near the town centre, opposite another pub etc. breakfasts were expensive though, at £15 a pop when town centre offers alternatives, or even whetherspoons at £4.45, worth the 15 min walk. I would stay again, it was private and clean.

Good sized room with comfy bed, large tv. Fridge & microwave. Very clean, but noisy as it overlooked a road. Good sized bathroom. Problem with on site parking which is limited. Management reserved a space for me, but another guest took it & i had to park in a pay & display car park nearby, so not great for guests with mobility issues. Did not have breakfast, but the dinkng area looked very nice. Would not stay again due to noise & limted on site parking.

First impressions were really good. The hotel is nicely decorated, very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed and good facilities including a small fridge, and a microwave (we didn’t use, but would come in handy). Check in and check out were both very easy, and we managed to get a space in the car park. Unfortunately our sleep was impacted by a relatively large green emergency light in the room that could not be turned off, so recommend bringing an eye mask if you need darkness to sleep. Our room was at the front of the property, although the windows appear to be double glazed, we had the joy of someone doing laps in their car with their exhaust backfiring - but appreciate this isn’t the fault of the hotel.

Second or third stay at the Keep, previously in the tower suite, now a flying stop so a "basic" downstairs room. Despite being street facing at ground level it\'s absolutely quiet. I live on a busy main road & this room was so much quieter than home. Palatial room with perfectly comfortable bed, large shower, microwave, fridge, etc. No staff on site most of the time which always makes me a little nervous, but I\'ve never needed them, & the price reflects it. If I want 24hr staffing I\'m welcome to pay (a lot) more for the privilege, but won\'t, should the fates send me to Yeovil again, I\'ll stay at the Keep happily. On-site parking is quite tight, & if you struggle with difficult parking I\'d suggest a quick look on foot on arrival before you take the car in. (When booking (via Expedia) breakfast appeared to be a £67 option (not a lot less than the room cost), which I\'m sure was an error. I didn\'t need breakfast, so it was no bother to me, but might be worth verifying if it would be a problem for you.)

The keep is situated on the edge of Yeovil town centre. It has a fairly compact car park through an arch which is enough for around 7 cars. Other than breakfast time there are no staff on site but they are readily available via phone or intercom. I am happy to say this was one of the better hotels i have stayed in and as i work on the road that is certainly a statement in itself. The room was lovingly presented, spacious and clean as a whistle. There was a large comfy bed, sofa and walk in shower room. Also in the room there was a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent; partially cooked to order and the rest available on self service. There is a surprisingly large selection if you dont want a typical english cooked. Lorraine, the manager/owner was an excellent host. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit dark in the courtyard but finding the annexe and the room was simple. I stayed on a freezing night - it was just about warm enough in the room but I did use the portable electric heater to make it a little cosier. Bus from Yeovil Junction stops right outside the hotel and the bus station for the return was only an easy few mins walk away. It was a really good base for a short stay.

I must say the size of our suite was impressive. What was more impressive was the cleanliness of the room. Our super king size bed had a supremely comfortable mattress, the room came with a small kitchenette area which we didn't use and plenty of tea and coffee etc and the muffins were a bonus. The bathroom was large and spotless with a great walk-in shower. Towels were fluffy and soft. Sleep quality brilliant and we would recommend this property

Great stay, weird not having reception staff but we got sorted straight away in the room using the key code entry system. Room was large and the wet room was excellent. I’m in a wheelchair so the facilities were well suited for me.

Stayed 1 night in the Amex room.. Fantastic little room with mini kitchenette. Ideal for anyone staying a few nights. Very clean and well presented. Only 1 problem. The bed was painfully uncomfortable. Mattress was so hard and pillows flat and bumpy. Worse night sleep for a while. Its such a shame because the place is absolutely lovely.

I stayed in Room 5, and unless you're into a constant disco vibe, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask—or better yet, finding a place that doesn’t think lighting your room up like a runway is essential for fire safety. I believe that’s every other hotel in the UK as I have never seen anything like this and I travel a lot!

The keep is situated on the edge of Yeovil town centre. It has a fairly compact car park through an arch which is enough for around 7 cars. Other than breakfast time there are no staff on site but they are readily available via phone or intercom. I am happy to say this was one of the better hotels i have stayed in and as i work on the road that is certainly a statement in itself. The room was lovingly presented, spacious and clean as a whistle. There was a large comfy bed, sofa and walk in shower room. Also in the room there was a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent; partially cooked to order and the rest available on self service. There is a surprisingly large selection if you dont want a typical english cooked. Lorraine, the manager/owner was an excellent host. I would definitely stay here again.

Working at the local hospital. I found the team to be very friendly and helpful on arrival. Lorraine actually let me check in early as the room was ready (11am) which was a big help after a long drive and could freshen up. Bed was super comfy, shower had good water pressure and complimentary waters very welcome in 33 degree heat. The key fob entry worked well too. No complaints. Will stay again.

Great stay, weird not having reception staff but we got sorted straight away in the room using the key code entry system. Room was large and the wet room was excellent. I’m in a wheelchair so the facilities were well suited for me.

B & B good but not easy to enter - parking not easy. Remote Bell system and it was raining when I needed to be let in -no person present. Take the key from a numbered envelope. Breakfast good and helpful attendant. No info on restaraunts - asked a passerby and he directed me to the Green Room which backs onto the Parking Lot - good food.

Second or third stay at the Keep, previously in the tower suite, now a flying stop so a "basic" downstairs room. Despite being street facing at ground level it\'s absolutely quiet. I live on a busy main road & this room was so much quieter than home. Palatial room with perfectly comfortable bed, large shower, microwave, fridge, etc. No staff on site most of the time which always makes me a little nervous, but I\'ve never needed them, & the price reflects it. If I want 24hr staffing I\'m welcome to pay (a lot) more for the privilege, but won\'t, should the fates send me to Yeovil again, I\'ll stay at the Keep happily. On-site parking is quite tight, & if you struggle with difficult parking I\'d suggest a quick look on foot on arrival before you take the car in. (When booking (via Expedia) breakfast appeared to be a £67 option (not a lot less than the room cost), which I\'m sure was an error. I didn\'t need breakfast, so it was no bother to me, but might be worth verifying if it would be a problem for you.)

Hotel was nice, a room in the annex, no view as frosted glass overlooked an alleyway. The room was clean, practical and large. They provided water and a fridge in the room, with coffee/tea making facilities. My only bone of contention was the parking. It was not a problem once we got in but one bay was reserved for a foreign driver who parked awkwardly which meant getting into the car park was a challenge. There was no-one on reception as it operates a self check in, it’s good but when something like the car park challenge they would have been able to contact the owner of the vehicle. Other than this, it’s right near the town centre, opposite another pub etc. breakfasts were expensive though, at £15 a pop when town centre offers alternatives, or even whetherspoons at £4.45, worth the 15 min walk. I would stay again, it was private and clean.

We spent 1 night at The Keep. Staff really helpful and pleasant. The location is in the centre close to shops and restaurants. This hotel is nice with a well equipped room (fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, plates & cutlery) but personally i wouldnt call it boutique. The carpark is very small and this results in parking across the road in a public carpark which is chargeable. The breakfast is good, a buffet of pastries, cereals & fruits. The english breakfast isnt served individually only eggs and everything else is precooked and left in a heated dome. Not sure why the breakfast isnt prepared on ordering as this is fresher and saves on waste. The rooms face onto the road and the windows are not double glazed so the noise from.traffic and passers by is a bit too noisy late at night. Overall a pleasant stay in Yeovil.
