La propiedad esta muy bonita, muy bien cuidada y atendida, el personal muy amable. Muy bien situado muy cerca del centro histórico. Mi unica recomendacion seria que el servicio del restaurante bar tuviera un horario mas extenso. Lo recomiendo mucho.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The upkeep of the building, furnishings and decorations are top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and parking for 2 nights cost me 300 pesos. The parking is super convenient. On site at the front door of the property, under watchful eye of the front door staff. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Some have mentioned lack of hot water for the shower, but we never had this issue. It could be because we shower early in the morning before other guests may be doing so, putting pressure on the hot water trying to keep up with increased demand. The area around the hotel is lively at night with many walkable dining options. The cathedral is also walking distance, approximately 10 blocks or so. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again without hesitation.

Close enough to walk there in about fifteen minutes, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The room was incredible. The showers and bathrooms were modern and spotless, and it truly felt like the hotel had just been remodeled. The common spaces were beautiful and perfect for relaxing with a book. Breakfast was great. You can enjoy the included options or order something extra, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. Right around the hotel there are restaurants, a coffee shop, and some local art, which made the area even more enjoyable. The hotel is very well taken care of and the staff takes pride in the experience. I have nothing but great things to say and would happily stay here again.

En general el hotel es bonito y la atención del personal muy buena. El único detalle es que aunque mencionan que tiene costo el estacionamiento y te comentan que es porque lo guardan en una pensión, terminan estacionando tu vehículo en los espacios que tiene el hotel afuera del lugar.

Nos hospedamos dos noches en este hotel, a nuestra llegada nos recibió un joven muy amable quién nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje. La joven de la recepción, con muy poca experiencia, no sabia nada de Expedia ni de las opciones que tenemos los viajeros Gold, le pedí hablar con el gerente, quien por teléfono tuvo un trato irrespetuoso hacia mi persona, parece que no tiene ni idea de como tratar al turismo, la peor imagen, ni siquiera le importó disculparse. La Junior suite demasiado estrecha y con el lavamanos tapado. La peor experiencia.

La habitación era angosta, con poco espacio para colocar las maletas y las pertenencias. Las paredes muy delgadas, se escuchaba todo lo q hacían en otras habitaciones. Todos los días se tenía q solicitar en la recepción que encendieran el agua caliente y el internet no llegaba bien a la habitación. Al final cuando me preguntaron si todo estaba en orden con mi estancia a la recepcionista no le importó mi opinión y no ofreció ninguna disculpa por los inconvenientes. The place and people are nice. However the place is very noisy. The reception is too close to some of the room, so if you stay at one of those, chances are you are waken up in the middle of the night :-(

La habitación no era muy grande, pero sí tenía todo lo necesario. Es perfecta para una escapada de fin de semana debido a su excelente ubicación y además está cerca de varios restaurantes y bares. La zona es segura y el callejón del romance está a solo unos pasos. Vale muchísimo la pena.

Casa Madero is very well located and the place itself and the decoration are beautiful. My room was confortable. Bed, linens, towels, bath robes even slippers were great. The staff is friendly and helpful, they will tend to your needs with a smile. Minor downside: the water in the shower is warm enough, not as hot as I like it, and the W.C. has a sliding glass door, not my preferred option for privacy, even with my husband of 30 years... but it´s manageable. Great hotel, overall. Would go back.

We chose "Casa" because of the reported quiet surroundings and walkability to the Centro. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Acted happy to have us as guests. We had two junior suites with three children. The beds are very comfortable, and the AC was potent. Breakfast was cooked to order and filling. They provided a coffee to go complementary. I paid more for Casa and didn't mind it as the breakfast made up for the higher price on comparable hotels.

Check in was okay. The room looked clean was small as it was stated in the hotel information. But the room smelled musty. Needed to air it out turned on the A.C. and it help. Breakfast was included and was good and the coffee was also good. Big downside was traffic nose early in the morning.

My first time in Morelia, Michoacan and I will definitely return. I went to celebrate a relative's birthday. When the bday boy asked me where I was staying and told him that CM was my lodging he replied, "ooooh, I like it there!" And he was serious. I will stay at Casa Madero next time I go. I liked the intimate setting of the place, not huge and got to know all the people that worked there. You can tell and feel the attentiveness by the staff. Our cleaning person was Beatriz and she did an excellent job. Ediberto the bellboy, he plays an important role and thankful to have met him. He was very friendly and amicable and hooked us up with an excellent tour quide to take us to Patzcuaro. He also reserved a taxi for us for the way back to the airport. I didn't get to know the cooks, but the comida was delicious. Chilaquiles were my favorite! Everyone was kind and very nice. Thank you Ediberto, Beatriz and Pablo for all your kindness. Last but not least, THANK YOU for checking us in early - we were exhausted and that was a nice and unexpected treat. You are all appreciated and we came back to USA with a filled heart at your kindness and graciousness will never be forgotten. We will be back!

We chose "Casa" because of the reported quiet surroundings and walkability to the Centro. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Acted happy to have us as guests. We had two junior suites with three children. The beds are very comfortable, and the AC was potent. Breakfast was cooked to order and filling. They provided a coffee to go complementary. I paid more for Casa and didn't mind it as the breakfast made up for the higher price on comparable hotels.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The upkeep of the building, furnishings and decorations are top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and parking for 2 nights cost me 300 pesos. The parking is super convenient. On site at the front door of the property, under watchful eye of the front door staff. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Some have mentioned lack of hot water for the shower, but we never had this issue. It could be because we shower early in the morning before other guests may be doing so, putting pressure on the hot water trying to keep up with increased demand. The area around the hotel is lively at night with many walkable dining options. The cathedral is also walking distance, approximately 10 blocks or so. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again without hesitation.

The staff was excellent! We arrived very early they did open the front door for us, made us feel safe. We traveled with a group, they did have one room available so we waited in my room. The room was nice however the bathroom is not very well designed. The shower water pours out to the toilet a lot.! Also they are struck on no stains on anything or they’ll charge you, and with kids that’s very stressful. We stayed one week and the complementary breakfast was the same very day.

Casa Madero is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located toward the end of the historic center. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the Fountain of the Tarrascas is just a 3 minute walk from the hotel entrance. Our group loved the breakfast included with the hotel fees and the room size was perfect for 3 people. Absolutely would stay here again. 10/10
