hotel muito bom, com acomodações ótimas, porém as áreas sociais deixam muito a desejar. a recepção mais parece de uma pousada muito mal cuidada de cidades do interior, um único sofá velho, para duas pessoas e com as molas quebradas, com um buraco no meio, vergonhoso, café da manhã mais fraco que já tive oportunidade de ter em hoteis pelo mundo. pelo preço deveriam pelo manos oferecer frutas variadas, opções de frios e pães, sucos diversos. são oferecidos apenas laranja e melancia cortadas grosseiramente, dois tipos de pães, suco de laranja industrializado, um tipo de queijo e presunto fatiados e mais nada. decepcionante! o pessoal de recepção extremamente gentil, hotel super bem localizado, mas precisando urgentemente rever esses pontos. não recomendo, apesar da suíte que fiquei ser extremamente grande.

This hotel was ideal for a pre cruise stay because it was reasonably priced and well located. The staff spoke English and was friendly and helpful. The self service breakfast very nice and included. We couldn’t check in until the afternoon, but having arrived in the morning after a long haul flight, we were glad to be able to use the pool and showers. The pool was pleasantly warm and towels were provided. We used the hot tub which was ok, but could have done with a bit of a clean. The bedroom was huge! It had plenty of space and a big en-suite with jacuzzi bath. All in all a good place to stay.

El hotel es bueno , deberían mantenerlo para que las instalaciones no se deterioren sería una lástima especialmente en el Spa / piscina , las Opciones de comida son variadas y los precios no son exagerados , la atención del personal es buena , son casi todos hombres , lo único que no me gustó es que en el restaurante y en el lugar para desayunar hay siempre fútbol en la televisión y la gente viene y sube el volumen para ver el partido y eso es un hotel no un bar normal , el hotel tiene una música de fondo preciosa y relajante y ha que aguantar eso sin siquiera te pregunten si molesta , muy desubicada la gente y no tenemos porque comer así , las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones grandes , la Gente es realmente insoportable debería haber más control respecto a los ruidos molestos lo demás bien , volvería

Hotel bem básico, com cama confortável, banheiro ruim por conta da banheira antiga e pequena. Café da manhã muito fraco, poucas opções e sempre as mesmas todos os dias. O quarto é grande e confortável, banheiro também, mas a acústica não é tão boa. A localização é ótima, dá pra fazer muitos pontos turísticos a pé ou pagando pouco em deslocamento. O café da manhã é razoável, muitas opções de pães, mas poucas frutas e frios. A piscina aquecida pela manhã é só climatizada. Os funcionários são excelentes, ajudam sempre e são educados.

Reservamos o hotel com base no que vivenciamos no mesmo hotel em Bariloche. Ledo engano ! Quarto espaçoso porem muito mal conservado, muito escuro sem iluminação, frigobar minúsculo, não existe ferro passar e também não emprestam e tem serviço sim de passadeira porém absurdo de preço. Ambiente da piscina muito mal conservado, antigo e feio. A piscina não tem 2 metros de largura. Pior de tudo é a pobreza do café da manhã. Únicos frios diariamente queijo mussarela e presunto. Frutas 3 tipos repetidos todos os dias. Suco laranja e misto industrializado.Nenhum tipo de pão com um mínimo de elaboração artesanal e todos industrializados em grande escala. Não há alegria e prazer nos itens café da manhã. Enfim, tudo extremamente comum e abaixo da média/expectativa.

La habitación excelente, muy amplia y limpia. La pileta hermosa pero muy pocas reposeras. El solárium muy sucio, en los vidrios había muchas telas de araña, las reposeras del Solarium estaban rasgadas o directamente rotas. El desayuno correcto pero pocas opciones. No avisaron que correspondía pagar un 21% más de IVA por pagar desde esta habitación .

Siempre me alojo en este hotel, es muy lindo hotel aunque luego de pandemia se vino a menos, falta un poco de mantenimiento y el desayuno bajo un poco la calidad. Pero en general es un hotel muy cómodo.

Not enough variety for a healthy breakfast. The rooms were super clean and spacious although it could use another garbage can. The reception was very helpful and spoke English. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was a good value.

Pode melhora quarto pois é muito antigo e sem conservação adequada. Pintura horrível parece que falta zeladoria para manter o quarto atualizado e conservado. Café da manhã muito precário, todos os dez dias de estadia tivemos os mesmos produto, os mesmíssimos produtos. Sempre melancia, laranja e tangerina. Apenas e tão somente presunto e queijo, somente !!! Somente ovos mexidos, nunca, nunquinha um bacon/panceta, nem no domingo ! Nenhum pão artesanal, nenhum durante dez dias, apenas pães industrializado. somente suco de laranja, um dia ou outro um suco misto porém os doius industrializados. Lamentável

The hotel is good value for money, the room we got was quite large and comfortable but very basic. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, large, functional but dated, the room lacked sockets for charging. Breakfast was included in the price which really was a bonus. Unfortunately the area around the hotel, though not unsafe, had a few homeless people and guys drinking and just hanging out. It’s safe enough for a couple to walk around but I felt a bit unsafe about walking around by myself. The staff did everything they had to satisfactorily and generally were quite friendly and accommodating.

Not enough variety for a healthy breakfast. The rooms were super clean and spacious although it could use another garbage can. The reception was very helpful and spoke English. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was a good value.

Hotel bem básico, com cama confortável, banheiro ruim por conta da banheira antiga e pequena. Café da manhã muito fraco, poucas opções e sempre as mesmas todos os dias. Não tem roupão no quarto, caso queira usar a piscina, vc tem q se trocar no local. Água da piscina estava morna, para o frio q estava fazendo. Faltou um serviço de concierge

O quarto é grande e confortável, banheiro também, mas a acústica não é tão boa. A localização é ótima, dá pra fazer muitos pontos turísticos a pé ou pagando pouco em deslocamento. O café da manhã é razoável, muitas opções de pães, mas poucas frutas e frios. A piscina aquecida pela manhã é só climatizada. Os funcionários são excelentes, ajudam sempre e são educados.

Reservamos o hotel com base no que vivenciamos no mesmo hotel em Bariloche. Ledo engano ! Quarto espaçoso porem muito mal conservado, muito escuro sem iluminação, frigobar minúsculo, não existe ferro passar e também não emprestam e tem serviço sim de passadeira porém absurdo de preço. Ambiente da piscina muito mal conservado, antigo e feio. A piscina não tem 2 metros de largura. Pior de tudo é a pobreza do café da manhã. Únicos frios diariamente queijo mussarela e presunto. Frutas 3 tipos repetidos todos os dias. Suco laranja e misto industrializado.Nenhum tipo de pão com um mínimo de elaboração artesanal e todos industrializados em grande escala. Não há alegria e prazer nos itens café da manhã. Enfim, tudo extremamente comum e abaixo da média/expectativa.

This hotel was ideal for a pre cruise stay because it was reasonably priced and well located. The staff spoke English and was friendly and helpful. The self service breakfast very nice and included. We couldn’t check in until the afternoon, but having arrived in the morning after a long haul flight, we were glad to be able to use the pool and showers. The pool was pleasantly warm and towels were provided. We used the hot tub which was ok, but could have done with a bit of a clean. The bedroom was huge! It had plenty of space and a big en-suite with jacuzzi bath. All in all a good place to stay.

Si no fuera por la persona tan desagradable que atiende en recepcion mi estadia hubiera sido buena como lo fue siempre que me alojone en este hotel. Por que hace años que me alojo aqui (mes de 20 veces me eh quedado) y nunca habia tenido una atencion tan mala al punto de que casi me voy a otro hotel y por esta persona que se llama JAVIER es el motivo que no volvere alojarme mas en este hotel.

El hotel es bueno , deberían mantenerlo para que las instalaciones no se deterioren sería una lástima especialmente en el Spa / piscina , las Opciones de comida son variadas y los precios no son exagerados , la atención del personal es buena , son casi todos hombres , lo único que no me gustó es que en el restaurante y en el lugar para desayunar hay siempre fútbol en la televisión y la gente viene y sube el volumen para ver el partido y eso es un hotel no un bar normal , el hotel tiene una música de fondo preciosa y relajante y ha que aguantar eso sin siquiera te pregunten si molesta , muy desubicada la gente y no tenemos porque comer así , las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones grandes , la Gente es realmente insoportable debería haber más control respecto a los ruidos molestos lo demás bien , volvería

Pode melhora quarto pois é muito antigo e sem conservação adequada. Pintura horrível parece que falta zeladoria para manter o quarto atualizado e conservado. Café da manhã muito precário, todos os dez dias de estadia tivemos os mesmos produto, os mesmíssimos produtos. Sempre melancia, laranja e tangerina. Apenas e tão somente presunto e queijo, somente !!! Somente ovos mexidos, nunca, nunquinha um bacon/panceta, nem no domingo ! Nenhum pão artesanal, nenhum durante dez dias, apenas pães industrializado. somente suco de laranja, um dia ou outro um suco misto porém os doius industrializados. Lamentável

La habitación excelente, muy amplia y limpia. La pileta hermosa pero muy pocas reposeras. El solárium muy sucio, en los vidrios había muchas telas de araña, las reposeras del Solarium estaban rasgadas o directamente rotas. El desayuno correcto pero pocas opciones. No avisaron que correspondía pagar un 21% más de IVA por pagar desde esta habitación .

Good breakfast, a bar, and very helpful staff. Any question i had, they had the time and knowlege to help. Great place, just a block off the transport ave (18 lanes of traffic and busses).
