Nice hotel, pool area is decent, rooms are ok but dated. Staff were friendly with a quick and easy check in. Gym was out of order. Ideal location with a supermarket next door. Would stay again.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many restaurants, Praia beach was about a 10min walk away. The Strip was aboit 15mins away but we werent rrally bothered! Unfortunately, the hotel is a little outbof date, swimming pool and surrounding areas were fine with onsite mini gym and sauna (not bad at all) Rooms were a bit dated, AIR CON was really disappointing hardly worked and when asked reception theyvdisnt really help. Asked the cleaners they said ask reception again. Wifi was another issue they have a poor authentication process. All in all bit over priced.

Staff very friendly, arrived early but was check in directly. However they need thy adjust the check out at 11am or 12 am. 10 am not good Hotel clean, very beautifully apartment , Swiming pool good but there was no bar pool at my place , however you can easily enjoy drinks in the siter hotel Lovely different fruits for breakfast Lunch and diner okay for the all inclusive . But lots of restaurant around the hotel Overall will recommend the hotel and will return one day.

loved that we can book different cuisine for evening meals all decent take on the options available, staff were really attentive at hotel and restaurants, in particular the buffets as these would get VERY busy at times Kids loved the Kids Shack, great idea, always seemed well stocked Liked that mostly "reserved" towels were moved by management on occasion so that there was a fair chance for all to get a space by the pools. I would say there needs to be more advertisement on activities as I missed the stretch class, but the morning pool/aqua workout was fun, I did most of them over the 2 weeks, would definitely recommend and visit MGM hotels again

Veldig bra hotell. Værelset var romslig, med kjøkkenavd med utstyr hvor ingenting manglet. Renhold flere ganger i uken med gulvvask, skiftet håndklær. Nytt sengetøy en gang i uken. .Hyggelig personale op hele hotellet. Området innenfor hotellet var innredet med flere sittegrupper under et høyt glasstak. Svømmebassenget utenfor fristet med flere svømmeturer, selv om det ikke var oppvarmet. Flere spisesteder og små butikker i området. Fin spasertur til nærmeste sandstrand. Vi tok lokalbusser til flere småsteder med fine strender. Men vi savnet rutetabell ved bussholdeplassene. Vi hadde 3 fine solrike uker i mars med temperatur på 20-24 grader.

The Hotel needs reburbing. Very outdated. There was no hotel bar to relax, just a bar that had an entrance from the hotel with loud music until early hours.

check in was good. when we got to the room we noticed our bed was very low. just a single mattress and not very comfortable. our friends were in another room and they had a extra mattress on top of what we had in our room. when we talk to the front desk she said they have a newer mattress and that there are no other rooms available. also the bathroom really needs updating. look dirty with the cracks in the tile and walls.

Rooms are spacious and clean, you have everything you need in the room although the hotel is tiring a bit. Cleaners are good but reception are slow and not much use in assisting with anything. Attached bar is a rip off at times. Pool is ok, its ok, can't say more.

Pleasant quick easy check in. Fully equipped apartment poolside. New fluffy towels. Clean and well made beds. Lovely entrance and access to bars, supermarket next door. Cafes restaurants around and more lively nightlife a short walk. Fab beaches close by.

The place is not like the pic, the bathroom was dirty and the beds terrible you feel the coils, Could not sleep. I spoke with receptionist about bathroom and they said the room was not scheduled to clean. Because is one day yes one day no ????? I was in shock. I ask yo spoke with the supervisor but the supervisor arrive in afternoon.when I was able to talk to the supervisor she said the bathroom is old no dirty… I told her that all the small hair is part of the old bathroom,? I know what is old and what is dirty. Was a baddddddd experience and not results they didn’t clean it and didn’t change the mattress horrible I am going to ask for refund

I have stayed in this property for the last 16 years plus,, I got the same room I had 15 years ago there is mold in the shower/ bath,, same Decoration as then never had anything done to it since then, the bar in the hotel is so noisy it’s impossible to get any sleep,, the company muthu promised the would modernise the property they have done very little,, as I say I have been going there for over 16 years will not go back, Shame on you muthu,, stay clear especially if you are looking for a relaxing holiday no chance

The staff at this hotel are 10/10. We moved from another hotel that was horrible, we was allowed to check in early & check out late. They was able to dry a couple items of clothing at short notice as the balcony wasn’t in direct sunlight. Second time we have stayed here & would use another hotel again.

Muito bom hotel , estrutura maravilhosa, quarto muito bom, so achei o colchão um pouco mole... a localização tambem excelente, supermercado em baixo do hotel, proximo da praia , varios restaurantes, atendimento da recepção e todo o pessoal lilpeza. Definitely not 4 star hotel. Nice enough if you just want a bed. Pool area was nice. Don't go all inclusive. We all felt Ill when we got home. Breakfast was the only half decent meal. Rest was cold or awful. They had a bone curry with some rock hard inedible pork.

Leider kann nicht empfehlen, Rezeption mit viel Geduld nur für englander ,da ich nicht so gut englisch kann, schnell genervt. Wir haben all inkl gebucht,und dann da uns würde mitgeteilt ,dass da in Muthu Praya kein Restaurants ist sonst mussen oder sollen wir die Restaurants von anderen beide Muthu Hotels benutzen. Ein war direkt daneben, das zweite und schönste 10 Min zu Füß. Wir hatte Roller gehabt und war nicht kompliziert, sonst zu Füß hinher finde nicht angenehm. Gut war, dass das zweite Hotel Muthu fast am Strand war,könnte man hier das Bar oder Restaurant benutzen ,musste nicht 15 Min zu dem anderen . Das Zimmer sauber, aber schon alt,das Bad Katastrophe. Sonst Portugal ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wunderschöne Strände und sehr günstig.
