Breakfast was best part of stay. Rooms tired. Bar Staff and Reception staff very poor. When checked in was promised free drink. QR code didnt work and staff attitude was almost tough luck. Would rather not have been offered a drink.

All just ok. Rooms were fine and shower was v good, but public areas were very tried and a bit scruffy. Needs investment.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, however we had a disappointing breakfast. We were told it was buffet style and to just help ourselves

Property outdated with old furniture. Lack of plugs and no plugs next to bedside. Bed was comfortable and large. Due to warm night could not open window more than a couple of inches and no AC but did have a fan. Dinner was poor, not worth the money and new menu options not like the photos! No lifts either as issue for me as struggle with steps due to disability. Staff friendly

We were very disappointed in our stay. We arrived and the steps to the car park are broken so you step on it and nearly fall backwards, then we got to our room , initially looked ok, dated but spacious, the room has the heating on full blast and was like a sauna so we turned the radiator off and opened the window, the window was broken and didnr stay open so we had to use our bin to wedge it open. The bath had hairs in it and lots of mould. The TV didn't work nor did the remote eventually reception sorted that for us. One of the twin beds mattress was broken and on a slant so felt like I was going to roll out of it all night. We didn't get any sleep as the soft door close near our room definitely wasn't soft close and slammed every few mins people went through it. The gutter has a leak and as it rained all night it sounded like ait was leaking in to our room. The driveway on the hotel grounds was full of very bad potholes so much so the taxi said people avoid pick ups there due to it. Was just very disappointing. I've emailed and called but no answer after nearly two weeks of trying
