Me gusto mucho el hotel, esta céntrico, bien ubicado, el personal fue muy amable, el clima no funcionaba pero en cuanto lo reporte inmediatamente fueron a arreglarlo, hotel muy limpio y muy agradable, lo que no me gusto es que la alberca no es alberca es chapoteadero y la verdad tenia muchas ganas de alberca por hacer calor, no habia por lo menos unas sombrillas, por lo demas ampliamente recomendable.

Nos fué muy bien, sin duda repetiríamos una estancia en este bonito Hotel. Como puntos de mejora: el último día tuvimos que dejar el coche en la calle, así que valdría la pena especificar que existe esa posibilidad, pues estaba saturado. También, el primer día que llegamos estaba lloviendo y no contaban con sombrillas para poder ir del coche al Hotel, contar con sobrillas es algo que casi cualquier Hotel tiene.

Nos fué muy bien, sin duda repetiríamos una estancia en este bonito Hotel. Como puntos de mejora: el último día tuvimos que dejar el coche en la calle, así que valdría la pena especificar que existe esa posibilidad, pues estaba saturado. También, el primer día que llegamos estaba lloviendo y no contaban con sombrillas para poder ir del coche al Hotel, contar con sobrillas es algo que casi cualquier Hotel tiene.

Buen hotel para ir de vacaciones, el estacionamiento es chico, entran unos 12 autos, está al final de Paseo Montejo, el centro queda a 30mins a pie. Súper mercados y restaurantes cerca.

I stayed 15 days and enjoyed myself immensely. Very clean and well maintained. Quiet, other than the traffic on Paseo de Montejo, but you can open the windows to get fresh air. Much calmer than the Centro which is still an easy walk away and the Paseo is the place to stroll! Lots of nearby attractions. Used the rooftop loungers to get some sun in privacy, and a quick dip. A special thanks to Alba and Melanie for letting me practice my Spanish. Hasta la proxima!

Hay un problema los domingos ya que frente al hotel se pone la ciclo vía el hotel no te avisa y a la hora de salir te quedas sin poder salir del estacionamiento ya que la calle que está a lado se llena de autos y no hay posibilidades de salir y se arriesga uno a rayar su auto

We were not informed about the additional cost of having 3 guests in our room when booking via expedia. We stayed for a whole week and needed to keep reminding the staff about setting up our room with three towels even though they kept setting it up for two. When we came to check in, they would not provide us with an additional third key even though we paid the price for the third person. We had to speak to a manager and figure out why this was a policy. The Jacuzzi was not set up upon arrival which was a negative contribute to our stay.

Estancia muy corta pero todo bien. El hotel es muy limpio, el cuarto cómodo y considerando la ubicacion bastante silencioso (con la excepción de dos personas hablando en voces muy fuertes mas o menos a medio noche que no fue problema del hotel, si no la falta de consideración de estas personas). La ubicacion al principio del Paseo Montejo es excelente. El desayuno en el restaurante del hotel muy bien. Servicio de Wifi acceptable. El cuarto contaba con TV, A/A mini-split, caja fuerte de buen tamano (entro mi laptop sin problema), plancha, maquina de cafe Dolce Gusto, refri. El baño chico pero tambien muy limpio, regadera cómodo con buen presión de agua. Toallas grandes.

Quise usar el cobertor y olía mucho a humedad, de hecho pedí que lo retiraran. El lavabo estaba funcional pero roto y ya no tienen variedad para comer ni habían horarios disponibles, supongo por la temporada. El personal sin ganas de ayudar u orientar para nuestras preguntas

El Hotel luce mejor en fotos que en vivo, las habitaciones lucen más grandes de lo que son en realidad. El personal es muy amable y el lobby en general es lindo. Yo personalmente no completé mi estadía porque al llegar el lugar no era lo que esperaba en relación calidad y precio. La habitación no tenía una limpieza profunda, pues en las esquinas del cuarto y entre los muebles había polvo, luego ya en el baño en la parte de la regadera había algunos honguitos y el extractor no servía, aparte la puerta cerraba con mucho esfuerzo. La habitación se sentía muy pequeñita y poco iluminada. La ventana de la habitación era muy chiquita por lo que se sentía un poco obscura a pesar de ser una habitación exterior. La parte de la terraza del jacuzzi no tenía el mobiliario acomodado y se sentía abandonada. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el gimnasio aunque es pequeñito es bastante funcional.

Excelente ubicación. El hotel a pesar de parecer antiguo es cómodo, las camas y sábanas son comodas. El baño muy limpio. El personal es muy servicial. La comida del restaurante es buena. Todo muy bien

Yeah.. No. I thought i would be adventurous because it hzd good ratings but no.. im in my room hoping to close my eyes and wake up to check out. If you are missing the 80´s than come stay here! The rooms are borderline clean. First look not bad, second look think twice. The shower head is the worst i have seen in 20 years in roughly 10 countries. Good luck washing hair. Everything spurts out in tiny water streams that are far apart from each other. Terrible. The parking in the back is good - secure. They have a laundry service without fees.. called front desk but no answer. I cant wait to leave. Loud loud room - and usually noise does not bother me.

Las instalaciones son algo antiguas. El inodoro perdía agua y salía hacia el piso del baño. Olvidé reportarlo porque ponía papel en el piso. TV antigua y con mala señal. Pero es el paseo Montejo. Probaría otro lugar cerca de la Plaza Santa Lucía, tiene mejor ubicación para restaurantes y lugares de interés.

I stayed only one night & I didn’t eat at the restaurant there, the room was clean, bed is fine mattress semi firm, pillows too soft not good to sleep on, shower pressure is ok, they put only two small bottle of water if you need more you have to pay ( ridiculous) , parking in the back is fine. little noisy if your room is facing the main road .

Really liked this property, but I wished they updated their and had more options for king sized beds. Great reception service and amazing staff. Liked the room and the atmosphere. In a prime spot that’s in a quiet area. My only thing is they need to update their tvs. The remote barely worked and I could barely watch any channels on it.

Es un hotel con una ubicación increíble y con unos desayunos en su restaurante muy hemos y a precios accesibles. El único inconveniente es que es muy ruidoso si tu habitación da del lado de Montejo ya que esa avenida es la principal de Mérida. Así que si van soliciten que su habitación no tenga vista a la calle principal para que duerman rico.

Las camas son muy duras y pequeñas aún que marcan que son matrimoniales, son formato europeo, el estacionamiento es muy difícil ya que no tiene suficiente espacio y en ocaciones no hay donde estacionar., las tv no son apart y el cable se ve muy mal no se pueden usar ., perro precio es alto pero la ubicación es genial .

La habitacion es algo pequeña para una abitacion doble, las camas no son de tamaño matrimonial estandar, son matrimoniales recortadas donde una persona duerme sin problemas pero una pareja en una de esas camas ya estarian apretados, la regadera es lo que mas me desagrado....es un muro que cubre la mitad de la regadera pero del otro lado no tiene ni cortina ni puerta y si abres mucho la llave del agua se termina salpicando afuera de la regadera y hay que estar trapeando con la toalla/tapete y otra cosa que no me gusto es la señal de TV de paga que es spky porque constantemente tenia cortes de señal o tenia ruido la señal y era molesto....tambien los canales son algo reducidos, de los canales que mas me gustan que son canales de NG, Histori chanel y Discovery chanel solo tenian el History chanel 1....el internet el primer dia esta muy regula aprox 20/30 GB, se fue la luz volvio y ya el internet era superio a las 100MB cosa que ya estaba bien.

It’s an old hotel but they keep it nice and clean , convenient location, most of the workers were very nice but the lady in the front desk was not, she was rude when I asked nicely why she was giving me a double bed when I booked a king size and she said very rudely it’s what I have take it or leave it !

Overall great location, with dining options around and at hotel. Very attentive and honest staff. We left some items behind. They sent a picture letting us know we had left them. Will definitely be choosing them again

En general muy bien, solo las siguientes observaciones: Subutilizado el espacio del jacuzzi, ni un servicio disponible ahí o medio de comunicación para pedir servicio de alimentos o bebidas; camastros, así como sillas y mesas en el espacio, pero ni una sola sombrilla para el inclemente sol de Merida. No hicieron el servicio de limpieza de mi habitación en un día, eso es básico que no debe ocurrir.

En general es un lugar agradable y limpio ubicado en una vella zona arbolada. El personal muy amable. Mi hijo olvidó ujos audífonos y yo un anillo y nos contactaron para hacernos la devolución. Eso me encantó 💕

Falta personal de seguridad que identifique la tranquilidad de los huéspedes. En la noche llegó un grupo de personas con música con alto volumen en los pasillos del hotel que estuvieron hasta altas horas de la noche y repitieron en la madrugada afectando el descanso de los huéspedes

I was really lucky, picked the Hotel Victoria because my convention hotel (Fiesta Americana) was overbooked. Stayed with them for a week, and I got a much better deal than my fellow travelers. Convenient walk on Paseo Montejo to the seminar, and I was treated with personal service by a kind staff. I’d highly recommend to anyone for short or long stay.

We were not informed about the additional cost of having 3 guests in our room when booking via expedia. We stayed for a whole week and needed to keep reminding the staff about setting up our room with three towels even though they kept setting it up for two. When we came to check in, they would not provide us with an additional third key even though we paid the price for the third person. We had to speak to a manager and figure out why this was a policy. The Jacuzzi was not set up upon arrival which was a negative contribute to our stay.

Es un hotel con una ubicación increíble y con unos desayunos en su restaurante muy hemos y a precios accesibles. El único inconveniente es que es muy ruidoso si tu habitación da del lado de Montejo ya que esa avenida es la principal de Mérida. Así que si van soliciten que su habitación no tenga vista a la calle principal para que duerman rico.

The hotel is in a great location. 😎 Everything you can imagine is nearby...restaurants, monuments, beaches, laundry mat, gas stations, bakery, hospital, pharmacies, Walmart, shopping malls, tours, etc. I was there for 2 weeks and hated to leave.😢 The staff in the hotel and dining room were excellent. Everyone made me feel right at home. I will definitely be returning.😍

El hotel Victoria se encuentra un poco lejos del centro histórico pero en une muy buena ubicación al final del paseo de Montejo cerca del monumento a la bandera. Lo único punto negativo en nuestra estancia de 3 noches es el restaurant con un servicio muy lento a la hora del desayuno. Recomiendo este hotel.

Me hospede en este hotel 5 noches. Viaje yo sola y definitivamente recomiendo wste hotel. Me senti segura, excelente servicio al cliente. Todos muy amables desde las muchachas de limpieza, hasta los de la recepción. Lo único que no recomiendo es el restaurant. No me gusto el servicio del restaurant, ni la comida. Pero deifiniticamente me hospedo ahí otra vez. Hay restaurantes alrededor, el monumento justo esta en la esquina

Había leído algunos comentarios que me hacían dudar en hacer ahí mi reservación, sin embargo, debo decir que todo en general estuvo muy bien, el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación para disfrutar gran parte de la belleza de Paseo Montejo. Lo que comimos en el restaurante Verona nos encantó.
