Lovely hotel and large rooms. The front office person who checked us in was helpful. Only complaint - The bell hop and valet situation was super slow and a bit confusing. No one came up to us to grab our key or assist with our luggage.

Inn at the 5th is a wonderful, clean hotel in an ideal location in the heart of Eugene. The hotel is surrounded by a dozen or more restaurants, bars, and shops in three different markets, meaning you can easily walk to shop, dine, and drink. If you want to venture farther, the location is accessible to all that Eugene has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our short stay. On-site EV charging is a great convenience, too. Highly recommended.

Great location, super clean and staff is very friendly! Hotel parking is only valet ($20 a night) which kind of sucks, but the hotel was wonderful. Loved the fireplace in our room. We were able to walk to shops and dining options. It’s a really cute area around the hotel.

No parking due to resurfacing parking lot. Checking out room keys deactivated early. Went to get ice.. no ice in hall way. My card was deactivated. Had to go to front desk to get ice and have my card reprogrammed. Beware.. this happens a lot. I spoke with another person who had same issue. Cards were not working at 10:00am. Otherwise stay was very nice.

I liked the Inn at the 5th because it is within walking distance of the Amtrak station, which is how I got into Eugene, as well as having a complimentary luxury shuttle to the airport, for getting out, which I took advantage of [reserving ahead recommended]. The hotel is within a postcard-pretty part of town, surrounded by a variety of eateries, and shopping opportunities, in a safe, walkable and convenient area. The room was very large, with interesting specifics such as wood furniture made out of recovered wood from a previous building, as well as a very comfortable bed, and all the modern amenities (fridge, tv, large bathroom, luxury sinks etc.). Room service is via butler's pantries - an interesting touch. There are free snacks and drinks at reception. The reception staff was wonderful - efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. If there are two qualms, these are: a) the shower, which at this price point should have had a movable head (I understand that in the 19th century rain showers were better than washing with a bucket, but really...); and b) the absence of breakfast in any shape. However, the second was compensated by the really good breakfast place next door. Overall, I would return for the convenience, comfort and friendliness.

Amazing experience! This hotel is a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying time solo or with others. Lots to do in the area, very convenient location. Comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need. Complimentary drinks on arrival! Complimentary waters and snacks. Extremely friendly staff. Great fitness room. Lovely outdoor space with seating around fire pits. I can’t wait to go back and visit the spa!

Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Staff were courteous and helpful, check-in and check-out and valet parking were a breeze, the room was cozy and comfortable and nicely decorated. The butler’s cabinet is a nice feature and the in-room amenities were very nice. Conveniently located near to shopping, food and the Hult Center. I wish the windows could be opened for a bit of fresh air—the room felt a bit stuffy sometimes, especially after a hot shower, when it took a while for the humidity to clear. And some of the shelves in the closets and bathroom were quite dusty. But these are minor complaints and we would absolutely stay there again.

Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up it got. It was better before- but all the hippies are old and dying so it’s not what it used to be.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Very clean. Room was very nice and quiet. The fireplace was great. My only gripe would be no fan in the bathroom and the sliding door doesn't shut tight when closed.

Check in was at 3. I let them know in advance that I would be there at 4:30. When we arrived we were told we would have to wait in the lobby for an hour to have our room cleaned. We waited over an hour along with the other guests who were trying to check in. We were late to the Christmas party. We were not offered an upgrade. They said because I booked through Expedia. No offer of a discount or anything. This was a splurge for me as it is a high end hotel and it was very disappointing.

Early check in is not an option like they say, if anything a late check in is going to happen. Check in is 3pm, I got there early to see about early check in at 2pm and I waited until 4:30 pm when my room was ready along with many other guests.

Absolutely beautiful property and amazing staff. Our stay was unexpectedly extended due to a flight delay and the staff was fantastic helping us extend our room. We can’t say enough about the service and personal touches this property offers. Great location with some amazing food options in walking distance as well!! Look forward to staying at this property again.

This is a very nice hotel. Friendly staff and great location. There was a problem where they accidentally double charged my card but they got it. Reversed pretty quickly. I would stay there again.

I loved the location and the charm of being connected to the market. I loved the style of the hotel and the service was impeccable. Rooms spotless, beds comfortable. Also a very nice touch to offer complimentary wine and snacks upon check in. The only thing I wish was that the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, that is used for room service, had longer hours than just the dinner hour.

Eugene is a small town with a big city "vibe". Boutique hotels offer a friendlier experience. My complaint regarding this hotel is the restaurant "Marche" the customer service and the food were disappointing. The cost of the food exceeded the quality, presentation, flavor and knowledge of preperation The customer service at "Marche" was very indifferent and blah.

Hotel was nice however they overcharged for Parking. I called and left a message for the MGR to call me regarding the parking?? Had to call twice to get resloved. Property was overpriced especially considering no breakfast included. Holiday Inn includes BFast???
