The bed was very comfortable and the location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed with the fact we got checked in to a room that already had a guest staying in it when we arrived and then were put in a different room with a sticking lock that we ended up locked in twice which seems like a significant fire hazard and inconvenience to us trying to leave. Additionally, the underbed storage space was incredibly dusty, most of the buttons on the TV remotes didn't work and we weren't able to get access to a hairdryer for my wife after she'd showered. So while we did enjoy our stay overall it's not really what we'd have expected from a €200+ a night room

I know it is an economic hotel, but some simple things would have made our stay better. For example, the room had only one electrical outlet! It was very disapointing. The room was ok on cleaning. The shower wasn't great, sometimes the water was cold and sometimes extremely hot.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff! This was my second time staying here and will book here again in the future.

The location of this hotel was everything for us. The neighborhood is very safe, restaurants and cafes near by, one block away from the Metro station and few blocks away from main attractions. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned properly and we were even allowed to ccheck in early for free 😊 Ignacio, the hotel manager was very informative and friendly. The room we stayed in was a bit small but I guess this is what you get in Europe the bathroom was clean.
