Basic but efficient and friendly. Would have like coffee making facilities in my room.

A perfectly functional, typical budget hotel chain. I knew what to expect and that is what I got. The staff were polite and helpful. Some hotels/hostels in Amsterdam have very steep stairs, this place doesn’t, and there is a lift for when you have your bags. Decent stay.

Great location and pretty nice place, staff was helpful, everything near to 10 o 15 walk the day of check out they has lockers facilities for your luggage after your check out

Need supply of hairdryers

We were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went on our tours.

Atendimento hostil, elevador quebrado durante todo o período em que estivemos hospedados, não houve um dia sequer de limpeza, fui reclamar disseram que como nós íamos ficar apenas 4 noites e cinco dias, não iam fazer limpeza. Só limpam após 5 noites. Para trocar as toalhas tínhamos que descer para pedir. Enfim, não recomendo a ninguém.

The Hotel is very well appointed, conveniently located to different dining options, metro and shopping . The hotel itself is basic, would be nice to see more amenities , we ask for hangers , they dont have them and lack of space in the room to put your clothing away. we saw that the same hotel in an near by city provided guest with umbrellas as it was awfully raining, we asked in our hotel they don't offer that either , it was a bit disappointing having barely minimum amenities.

I know it is an economic hotel, but some simple things would have made our stay better. For example, the room had only one electrical outlet! It was very disapointing. The room was ok on cleaning. The shower wasn't great, sometimes the water was cold and sometimes extremely hot.

Bon emplacement mais aucun équipement dans la chambre. Pas de bureau ni de frigo. Nous devions mettre nos choes usr le bord des fenêtres.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. If you can accept that there will be no cleaning in the room during your stay, no breakfast at the hotel, and no amenities, this could be the hotel for you. These things don`t concern me, so was not a problem. The hotel is reasonably quiet, very close to a park and a large market, many restaurants close by, and very close to trams, passing through the museumplein. My one complaint is that hot water for making tea, from a vending machine, cost 1 euro per cup. I would have hoped this could have been a gratis service for guests, as other amenities were lacking.

They completely forgot to clean my room on the fourth night . All my towels were wet and sheets needed. Changing . Apology of “oops” .

Great budget hotel. Room was clean, not big but spacious enough for two of us. Shower and bathroom combination was also very clean and spacious. Had an elevator for those who are concerned about managing stairs with suitcases. Friendly staff as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Péssima experiência. O único aspecto positivo é a localização do hotel. O quarto cheirava mal, talvez pela umidade. As janelas não abrem um mínimo sequer, deixando o ambiente sufocante. Espero nunca mais ter que me hospedar em algo do tipo.

The area is very easy to find transportation or walk to other areas. The only downside is the room is not cleaned every day, it is an extra charge if you want it cleaned.

The location was great, the room was small but served it function. The hotel, however, was extremely unclean, including both common areas and the rooms. Maybe they are experiencing staffing issues, which I can sympathize with, but for the price we paid we were expecting better in this regard.

Chambre propre, personnel sympathique, proches des commerces et des transports en commun. En revanche, bruit de la ventilation en continu, courant d’eau chaude et froide de la douche qui surprend et peu bruler. Lumière de l’issus de secours qui illumine la pièce.

Room was very small and warm during the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient transport links into central Amsterdam on your doorstep as well as it being walkable. Shops close by also

The best thing about this hotel is the fact that the beds and the shower are both very good. Pillows are excellent. Rooms are very basic - no wardrobe, no hairdryer or tea or coffee or hand towels. There is soap and toilet paper. If two people are sharing this would be a nightmare! Tiny space and no privacy. By far, the worst thing is the paper thin walls. You can hear people turning over in bed, snoring and farting through the walls. If someone is watching TV next door it’s a total nightmare for everyone adjacent and above and below them - especially if you are trying to relax or sleep. The wall is literally a curtain between rooms. Not exaggerating. If you have no one around you - it’s fine. If you are in busy season - yikes! Its unbelievable that licenses for hotel buildings with no sound proofing and such poor building materials can be approved! I wouldn’t stay again. The hotel staff were really nice.

The location was great. Very close to Metro and easy to go city center using M52 line. The hotel room can use some upgrades. The sink and shelve was way too small. The bathroom needs more hooks to hang things like towels and toiletry bags. The room also needs a table to set things down on.

I was prepared for it to be small, but the bed is attached to the wall, so when you turn over, your feet will stick to the wall, making it impossible for large people to sleep comfortably. Every time I took a shower, I had to go to the reception desk on the first floor to borrow a hair dryer, which was extremely unpleasant.

La ubicación es muy buena, pero al ser tan céntrica, prepárense para no dormir nunca. Excesivamente ruidoso, tanto de la calle como de las habitaciones de al lado y arriba. Terrible, se escucha todo. It is a walk in closet with a bed, shower and toilet. All you need for a sleepover in Amsterdam. 👍 Too bad the air-conditioning was blowing directly onto the bed, which forced us to turn it off. Which meant it was too hot in the room. As the window won't open, you are left with a room that’s eithervery stuffy and too hot or arctic airco breeze on you all night.

We had a mixed experience during our five day stay at this hotel. The Positives: First, the location is excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the area. Furthermore, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reception team genuinely tried to assist us with all requests. The Major Issues: Unfortunately, there were significant drawbacks that affected our comfort. Room Size: The rooms are unacceptably small and severely limited in space. Shower Problem: I experienced a severe issue with the shower: every few seconds, there was a burst of scalding hot water (to the point of being a burn risk), immediately followed by ice cold water. Despite repeated requests over my entire five-day stay, and despite the best efforts of the reception staff to arrange a fix, this shower problem was never solved. What is most frustrating is that a colleague staying in a different room during the same period did not experience this issue. This strongly suggests that a simple, logical solutio, moving me to a different room, would have resolved the problem immediately. This room change was neither offered nor executed, which significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. While we appreciate the friendly service, the failure to resolve a critical maintenance issue over five full days, especially when a simple room swap was available, is unacceptable.

Zimmer mit zwei kleinen bett dusche und das wars auch schon. Kein schrank, keine tisch, nicht zu koffer ablagern. Wirklich nur gut wenn man nur schlafen möchte auf durchreise.

Such a great hotel for a good price, exactly what we needed for 4 nights in Amsterdam. The room with two twin beds was small but the beds were comfortable and the size was not really an issue even with two adults. The location was also great: tons of restaurants nearby, right next to a tram and metro stop, 15 min walks to both Heineken Experience and Rijksmuseum. Highly recommend easyHotel CCS and would book here again when visiting Amsterdam!

Onze kamer was niet beschikbaar. Daar sta je dan om 18.00u om i te checken voor een feest in de buurt. Wij zijn al op leeftijd en werden verzocht naar de Arena te gaan. Te gek voor woorden. We hadden het helemaal gehad en zijn na het feest naar huis(Dokkum) gereden. " Hartelijk dank"

Great location, clean linen and nice staff. Mr. Salvator and the Mr. (with glasses) who worked in the reception counter on the night shift (I didn’t have a chance to ask for his name sorry) are very very helpful that made my trip even happier and satisfied, well done.

Minimal but did the job just perfectly and really convenient location

Conveniently located with the metro and tram stops less than a 1 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful with an early check in on one of our rooms and knowledgable of the area.

Great area, surrounded by lovely food options and close to a very nice park. Only issue was the air con was a bit hit and miss but great staff and would definitely stay again. Great transport links too!
