Very good staff . Desk was very helpful at check in . Room attendant and breakfast staff very attentive. Room was good size with good ac unit . Pool was a welcome relief in the hot and humid weather . Area around was very inviting and able to catch a super cheap bus to the downtown area . Ps . Your hotel sign at the front of the building did not turn in at night . PSs although they advertise as a free shuttle to airport they actually can not enter airport property. Just be honest in advertisement .

Fue agradable el hospedaje, muy buena limpieza en los cuartos y los pasillos, las sábanas, baños y cortinas se ven limpias, los empleados fueron amables , solo que la comida está algo insípida, tiene lo necesario como hielos, agua fria o agua caliente, la alberca esta limpia , solo que el suelo de la alberca a veces lastima, necesita mas camastros, en el elevador a veces cierra rapido, por lo que tienes que salir a tiempo, el vidrio y el suelo del elevador estan rotos por lo que podria lastimar a los niño. Pero la verdad para el precio y el lugar cerca del malecón está bien , tiene lo necesario.

City Express como los demás, bien cuidado pese a estar casi a orilla de playa. La alberca cierra muy temprano, en mi opinión (8pm). Desayuno agradable y personal amable, a excepción de la recepcionista Gris (así le decían), quien no es que haya Sido grosera, pero si le falta un poco de "tacto" para dar respuestas y dirigirse al cliente. Fuera de eso, todo excelente. La señora del restaurante por la mañana SUPER AMABLE.

Faltan camastros, mesas con sombrilla y sillas en el área de la alberca. Solo había 2 camastros en la alberca. Es nada para un hotel de 4 niveles de habitaciones. Y hablando que esta en zona de playa y calor. Se tiene uno que sentar en el suelo.

Lo que estuvo muy mal es el servicio que ofrecen de traslados aeropuerto hotel aeropuerto. Eso no es cierto. También que estaban incluidos en 5 km a la redonda y tampoco fue cierto. Exijo que me sean reembolsados los traslados que pagué. Gracias

La chica de la recepción neutral....la persona que se supone que te ayuda con tus malestas bien gracias sentado en el sofa..y yo iba con dos menos y dos maletas y las tuve que llevar sola...ni siquiera se molesto en preguntar si ocupaba ayuda... Luego en el baño habia una pequeña filtraciones en la regadera... Y me toco en la primera planta hasta las ultimas 102 y la verdad desde las 5 de las mañana azotaban con un porton super duro que hasta te despertaba horrible...las camas algo duras...la verdad tenemos años viajando hacia aya y creanme no cambian en nada al contrario esta mas feo el hotel...les felicito en el area de desayunos las personas ahi super atentan y amables y pendiente si necesitas algo....

Pésimo servicio en el CheckIn. Cómo es posible que NO aceptaran el pago con tarjeta de crédito. Nunca se me informó de esto y no iba preparado. Tuve que buscar un cajero automático para regresar y poder pagar... Todo esto después de haber hecho un viaje por carretera de 13 horas en lo que lo único que quieres es llegar y descansar... Pero no, ahora a buscar un cajero para poder pagar la reservación.

Bueno: Está muy cerca de playa norte donde se encuentran un sin fin de restaurantes y atractivos del malecón costero. Te puedes ir a pie a recorrer todo el lugar, un Oxxo muy cerca, taquerias etc. Malo: A mi llegada tuve que esperar 1:15 minutos para que me dieran la habitación, y eso discutiendo con la recepcionista del por qué no se me asignaba ya que había pasado más de una hora. Solo así se apuraron a darme la habitación. La habitación olía muy mal, la limpieza muy bien, pero el olor era muy fuerte, solo encendiendo el clima disminuía un poco. El clima no enfriaba bien, habían momentos que sentía calor. El personal amable.

Terrible, el check in era a las 3 de la tarde y la habitación me la entregaron limpia hasta las 8:30 de la noche. Fue muy molesto tener que esperar tantas horas para poder ingresar a la habitación. La demanda los rebasó y los huéspedes estuvimos hasta más de 5 horas esperando nuestras habitaciones. Al día siguiente en el desayuno, eran las 9a.m. y ya no habían chilaquiles y dijeron que no tenían más tortilla, no es posible eso, si sabían que tenían el hotel con cupo lleno como no preveer suficientes alimentos.

Terrible, el check in era a las 3 de la tarde y la habitación me la entregaron limpia hasta las 8:30 de la noche. Fue muy molesto tener que esperar tantas horas para poder ingresar a la habitación. el desayuno terrible insipido no hay variedad para escoger solo huevos todos los dias ,para estacionar tu vehiculo no habia espacios ya que dejaban que personas ajenas dejaran ahi sus vehiculos y sobre todo muy desordenado, las habitaciones muy pequeñas

Estos hoteles suelen tener todo lo necesario, solo que las habitaciones son muy compactas, tuve que pedir otras amenidades del baño puesto que pague lo de 4 personas y solo habia para dos, el internet es un poco inestable. El desayuno solo tenia sandia como fruta, falta mas variedad

There are several hotels in this city and many are not realistically rated, meaning the actual condition is worse than advertised. I know this because we have business relationships with companies from this city and our partners are often accommodated in hotels. In this hotel, the condition is really presented very realistically, the rooms are very neat and clean. The breakfast offer is satisfactory. I would especially like to praise the staff who are very kind, smiling and responded immediately to every request we made.

Terrible, el check in era a las 3 de la tarde y la habitación me la entregaron limpia hasta las 8:30 de la noche. Fue muy molesto tener que esperar tantas horas para poder ingresar a la habitación. La demanda los rebasó y los huéspedes estuvimos hasta más de 5 horas esperando nuestras habitaciones. Al día siguiente en el desayuno, eran las 9a.m. y ya no habían chilaquiles y dijeron que no tenían más tortilla, no es posible eso, si sabían que tenían el hotel con cupo lleno como no preveer suficientes alimentos.

Me gustó mucho el servicio, quizá podríamos mejorar la limpieza de las toallas. Pero en general es bastante bueno el hotel, tiene puntos accesibles y la comida del desayuno es deliciosa.
