I believe Hotels.com states this is a 3 Star Hotel, which is ridiculous - it is a 4 star hotel, bordering on 5 Star. The hotel is beautiful and quite with an infinity pool overlooking the lake in the valley far below. An excellent restaurant with seating overlooking the valley with open windows and a retractable roof. A lovely breakfast, multiple hot tubs .... You really should spend at least two nights here to fully enjoy.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The view, spectacular. The amenities, superb. The details in the hotel decor were beautiful and the staff was wonderful! They even helped us back our car out of the tight parking space. If I could, I would come back every year for the rest of my life

Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Alles top. Wunderbare Aussicht. Einziger negativer Punkt ist das Parken. Bei unsere Ankunft waren im sehr engen Hotel Hof alle Parkplätze belegt. Wir mussten am Straßenrand parken.

Amazing views, beautiful place, very peaceful. Highly recommended for couples. The pool and surrounding gardens and jacuzzi / saunas were incredible. Service excellent, very friendly atmosphere. The town is a short drive and very charming, and great for nature hikes and a swim in the lake.

The best thing about the hotel is the view of the lake which is amazing. The hotel itself is a bit quirky with a mixture of old and new decor. The self service breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant excellent, though pricey. Gorgeous infinity pool and gardens with lots of places to relax. No pool towels though which was a bit odd

The wait staff was fabulous. The breakfast and evening dinner were both excellent. Watch out for the Nonna! Just kidding, she's feisty but cute. The views were amazing. We wish we had more time to use all of their amenities. The pool & hot tub were very clean & the grounds were beautiful. It is as good or better than the pictures you'll see online. We hope to return here next year! Arrivederci!

Outstanding view of the lake in the mountains. Probably 1000 feet up with the lake below. 2 hot tubes and a pool that makes it look like you're going to the list right off the edge. The staff wanted to please any way they could.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa location da sogno per tre notti ed è stata una esperienza indimenticabile. La posizione e la tipologia di impostazione della struttura (terrazzamento del ristorante e zona giardino/piscina) sono opere di chi ha un gran buon gusto e sa come attirare clientela anche da lontano come noi. Ottima anche la cena in ristorante, dove si percepisce subito l’attinenza a fare le cose per bene, utilizzando materie prime di alta qualità. Unica nota se vogliamo dire un pò spiacevole, a nostro parere è stato l’arredamento della nostra camera (monte isola), che probabilmente è rimasto un pò retrò e non ben gestito come spazi rispetto al complesso.

SPETTACOLARE non siamo riusciti a trovare un difetto. Spa, parcheggio, personale, proprietà, chef (bravo),...per una coppia penso sia davvero la perfetta location. La vista dalla camera o dalla sala colazioni/cena è davvero davvero bella. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci quando la piscina sarà finita.

Amazing views. Room was significantly hot when we arrived. It’s not hard to turn on AC before people come in. Some amenities weren’t well thought out. Just checking off the boxes. There was no help in finding feminine products. We had to leave and drive 10 minutes to find something. Just have guests needs taken care of. Overall. We loved the place and would could back anytime

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The views from the hotel and especially the dining room were breath taking. All staff from the cleaners to our host Monica were very polite and friendly. They were willing to help with any issues we had. The food was delicious. The bus services to the hotel are not regular at all so it is advisable to have a car or driver organized if staying there as taxis are very hard to get also. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

This was by far the best place we stayed at on our vacation. The panoramic view of Lake Iseo is incredible! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, infinity pool, and the food. Breakfast was absolutely delightful! Thank you to our wonderful hosts who were so accommodating and welcoming. The owner moved her own car to give us a good parking spot. Would love to return here one day soon.

Very nice place to stay with a beautiful view over the lake Iseo from the pool and restaurant. Breakfast with good selection of food and very well cooked and presented at the buffe. We did not have dinner here, but I hope to come back and would then love to have dinner at the restaurant!
