The check-in process was ok. The property did not respond to any of the calls we made in order to confirm that we can do a late check-out. Hotels.com tried contacting them multiple times as well without success. I then received an email that said “ok”. Upon arrival, the manager greeted us and everything was ok and he was helpful despite de language barriers. Property is lovely and worth the money, however, please note the level of cleanliness is not that great. The room we stayed in had spiderwebs in different places, especially the bed area, the shower “door” was incomplete so every time we would take a shower, there would be a puddle as there was no screen to protect it. Unlike other places we stayed in, there was no daily room cleaning or anything, but maybe this is how they operate

Nice, quite place with plenty of seats outside in the garden. But not much within walking distance, so the car is a must.
