Ocean Park Inn

This is a sweet hotel in Santa Monica- my only complaint is that the mattresses are so soft/old that you sink into the middle. I was trying to sleep on the very edge all night and woke up very sore in the morning. I've stayed here a couple times and mattresses were bad on both visits. Suggest upgrading to newer, comfortable beds as that is the main point of a hotel! Thx

Older buildings but updates rooms. Bathrooms dates, but clean. Noisy street but they provided earplugs in the room. No microwave, no coffee makers.

Easy to find, great staff and close to the beach

Parking was first in first served, around 9pm one spot left on hi season and weekend saturday. During day plenty of space to come and go. Simple room, we had the familyroom next to main road so a bit nousy but since me & family are good sleepers that wasnt issue for us. Nice neighborhood walk to beach in 15-20mins. Nice staff, hotels gives what it promises in starts.

Fitted sheet too small queen bed. There are no blackout curtains so expect their property lights to keep you up all night. When we asked for extra blanket they said they are a small running hotel and could only give us extra sheets...really? ...i had to insist and magically got an extra blanket. Nice people and clean but for a place where you come to sleep...not acceptable.
