For the price and area, this place is great. For a motel, we found the room very clean, safe, and the beds more comfortable than expected. Additionally, even though free parking is limited, there is tons of free street parking outside as long as you move your car by 9am. Never was an issue for us. Only downside to this place is that the AC wasn't working. Luckily it was a nice temp outside (60-70s), but I could see this really being an issue in the summertime.

Great location for what I wanted to accomplish. Free parking a bonus, although it’s very tight and if you have a big vehicle this will be difficult. It is right on major street, so the noise is prevalent, otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean and modern for an Inn, that itself is worth 5 stars, but I did get room 28, which is very close to the road, and it was loud. I had to sleep with earplugs. Also, the parking spots are tiny. I parked with a Tesla SUV, and it barely fitted, my tires were on both sides on the white lines, and backing out was a big challenge.

Excellent little motel. Very clean with a super friendly staff. The place looks just like the apartments from karate kid 1 lol. The only downside is somewhat limited parking so if they’re full you might have to park at a meter or a little way down the street

Good location and affordable. You get about what you paid for. The walls were very thin, and you could hear the guests in the rooms next to you. The bathrooms are pretty old and dated. However, everything was pretty clean and it was fine for staying a few nights.

Just did one night as planned. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice large patio area full of flowers a couple tables and chairs. Unfortunately our bedroom face the road so you could hear traffic during the night. They had two sets of earplugs you could use. You stay again but room towards the back.

Quite OK room. Small, ok beds, good price. Expert some traffic noise, as well as noise from other guests. Not very sound insulated and noise occurs when people walk up and down the stairs. We also had to tell other guests to keep voice levels down at 1 AM on a weekday- as they were sitting 10 feet from our door on the common outdoor courtyard and talked. I would book again if price is right, as its central to Santa Monica and nice areas amd beach are 12-14 mins away on feet

Room was clean but very small and right on the road. Also people above us very noisy. The bathroom too small. If you are tall using the toilet will require you to wedge yourself onto it as the wall is so close to the toilet. Rm 29. Bed was comfortable.

Great location for venice beach and santa monica beach. Pretty hotel. Parking was great, almost full at night time. Good rooms. But didn’t like the bedding. Hard pillows and no duvet, only a fuzzy blanket with sheets above and below.

Excellent one night stay. Room 11 is on the street side so the traffic noise is unavoidable but did not bother me at all. Room was recently renovated, bed super comfortable. My only complaint was the shower water pressure was pretty weak. Really enjoyed the proximity to downtown Santa Monica so I’d stay again.

The property was quaint. It is an older property and needs a few upgrades. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Our only complaints were that there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper in the room when we checked in. By 11:30 pm we were out and there was no replacement roll in the room. I ha to actually get fast food napkins from my car in my pajamas. The office was already closed. The people in the room above us were up stomping around and making lots of noise until 12:22 am. Again, the property is old and doesn't have the insulation newer places do. We never received a call back. We Also expected two queen beds but had one queen and one twin. We would stay there again

We enjoyed our one night stay. Walking distance to Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. We loved the quaint atmosphere and had a late snack on the cute patio, loved all the pretty flowers. Parking is a little tight but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Very clean and comfortable, though The room was cramped and awkwardly laid out (about half of it was a rectangle space off to the side for a set of drawers, mini-fridge & chair). the bathroom quite small (no space for toiletries). Not enough room between the bed & bathroom for a second nightstand. I had asked for a room floor, as both my husband & I have limited mobility, so we were given this room that didn’t seem ADA compliant. If those are your needs I recommend asking in advance. No in-room coffee or tea, but they offer a Keurig in the lobby. No continental breakfast, though pastries & fruit arrived at the lobby around 9 a.m. as we were getting ready to check out. We slept well, which was helpful for our day spent at nearby UCLA hospital.

Overall, the hotel room was clean (looked like it had been recently remodeled) and had all the basics I needed for one night, but it was difficult to sleep because of the traffic on Lincoln Blvd. I also had other people going in and out of their rooms next to and below me that made a lot of noise when the doors slammed, and it kept going on right up until midnight. No coffee maker in the room (one is located in the small lobby), and no free breakfast. Otherwise, it was a pretty good hotel.

Our room was about 50 or so feet from steps down to the beach! I included a photo taken standing outside of the room. The service was accommodating. I initially booked one night and enjoyed the location so I decided on a second night, and then a third. Although my reservations were separate, they were able to keep me in the same room for two of the three nights. They also serve a light breakfast with snacks to go. The pool and spa were clean and open late. The rooms are basic, clean, and comfortable. Parking is right outside of the room window and it’s safe and well lit. There’s also a laundromat attached to the hotel with fluff & fold service available. The pier, shopping, and many restaurants are within close walking distance. This will be my go-to place moving forward!

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had one roll of toilet paper which was almost gone, no spare. It was a trip to front desk to get another roll. No keurig in the room either. Staff was helpful, respectful but not friendly. I had to push the door with my hip to get the dead bolt locked in place.

Amire was helpful & welcoming.Nice little complex . Vintage ish. Could use a few more amenities . For ex. A mini 2 cup coffee maker .A couple of hooks for hanging up a coat etc. Working & accessible outlets. Beds must have been upgraded ,very comfortable.
