Location Location Location!!! You cant be closer to the slopes. Nice apart hotel with all the amenities you need. Nicolas the manager was very helpful during our stay. Breakfast is offered and is fine. The only thing to note : only 2 elevators for this big hotel that are super slow and often crowded: dont stay above the 2nd flooor to use the stairs with your ski boots!

We went to Tremblant to cycle. The property had a place to store our bikes, which made it nice we we didn't have to worry about the bikes at night. Staff were nice and knowledgeable about the trails for biking.

Located in the heart of the village, the price point was adequate for the property. Service was excellent for our 4 nights. Used the in-suite kitchen for making lunches between skiing. The breakfast had many options to choose from. The front lobby at check In provided excellent service, instructions for rentals on-site or off-site, storage, access to ski locks to use for duration of skiing.

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Ski Trip. We got the 1 BR suite with 2 beds/murphy bed/pullout couch. Loved the breakfast but we aren’t picky. Walk out the back stairwell 10 feet to the snow and Flying Mile Lift. Easy walk to the Telecabine Gondola lift and ski rental/valet . Best location at the top of the pedestrian village. Everything walkable. Nice outdoor hot tub and also indoor sauna. If you rent skis from the mountain then they valet them for free (tip the guys $5/day) right next to the gondola. Hotel also offered storage locker at property so no skis or poles in the room. More than adequate kitchen if needed (pictures on website are all accurate)

Overall the hotel was really nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were quite firm. The bathroom fans didn't seem to work which made the room a bit humid after someone took a shower. The doors would swell up as a result and could at time stick when closing. The elevators could be replaced / upgraded to make guest feel a bit safer. Every time we stepped in the elevators we thought it might not make it up to the next floor. The outdoor pool was really nice and the surrounding trees provided natural privacy. The temperature was always perfect no matter the time we went for a swim.

The wall unit AC is not cooling the double room and some areas of the unit feel unclean, especially the couch and the corners. But the pool and the jacuzzi are nice and beautiful.

The location and free ski locker room was convienent. They do not indicate on their website that there is a height restriction for their parking facility, so if you have a ski box or bike rack you have to park in the main Tremblant parking area, which they still charge you the same rate as covered parking for. It is very far from the hotel, and made packing ans unpacking a bit more complicated. Otherwise the property adequate and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was not ready though supposed 4 pm.We did get the room 5:30 pm.The manager promised to wave the change for parking for one car I guess.When we we’re checking out nothing what was promised wasn’t done and it took us quite a time to prove that that what he said.The room was not cleaned properly,one of the bass diver cover was not changed (a lot of stains were and blond hair.

I normally don't complain but in this case it was too much considering the cost and where were staying. Staff was very helpful and professional. The room was nice but was not clean. We found clothing left behind on the floor from the last guest. There was dishcloths to wash dishes. There was no extra blankets. The sauna area was dirty , the water in the hot tub was full of debris and the pool area was locked and not accessible. There are no towels available so make sure you stop by the front desk or bring some from your room. The breakfast was subpar. No hot water for tea, no ketchup, no takeaway containers. Food selection was bland, no bacon, beans or different types of eggs. Only scrambled. Make sure you ask for a room on the lake side of the hotel, we were kept up late every night from the bar next door as the music is loud and the people on the patio have to talk loud due to the music. On checkout the staff did credit the parking due to the noise which was appreciated.

I was very disappointed the room was very very dirty, I upgraded to another room, the same thing, we rented five rooms, they were all the same, dirty, hairs all over the floor's toilet seats covered with poop and pee very disgusting . So in the end, they charge me for the upgrade extra money .We used to really love this place, but we won't go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

The only thing worth mentioning is the flies, though they surprisingly didn't bother me too much. They seem to appear out of nowhere, even with all the windows closed. It's puzzling, as there are no visible holes for them to get in. They tend to stay behind the pull-up blinds at the windows and don't buzz around the hotel room, which is why they weren't a major nuisance. Nonetheless, this issue definitely needs to be addressed in room 336. The morning before check out the light in the bathroom went off and wouldn’t turn on.

Though an older property, the rooms are clean, well equipped and stocked with the essentials for an extended stay. Extremely well located to the main activity area of the pedestrian village. Staff were friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast was offered each morning and replenished constantly. All the breakfast staples from scrambled eggs, bagels, fruits, meats, juices, etc. were on offer. Four person bedrooms consists of a queen plus one sofa bed. Rooms include a fireplace and firewood is available from the reception. There is an outdoor pool that closes on the Canadian thanksgiving weekend. If you’re looking to stay in the pedestrian village, this property is ideal.

We recently stayed with our 3 teens, and really enjoyed the Tremblant village experience. We booked a double Queen, with a Murphy bed & pullout couch, which was a great layout for our family, but the only A/C unit was beside the pull out couch, in the sitting area. The bedroom got very hot & stuffy, as it was difficult for the cool air to reach that room. The breakfast was OK, but it's a very tight space for the size of the hotel. Pool and hot tub looked lovely, but again - very small for the size of the hotel. These amenities were difficult to enjoy because they were very busy. Hotel was clean but somewhat dated. Very convenient location.

Location is great, right at the ski lifts and a couple of restaurants. The room was great for our family, 2 adults and 2 teens. 1 BR for the adults, loft space for one teen and couch pullout for the other. Underground parking, ski lockup also good features and the hot/cold breakfast. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The only downside was we were given the only room apparently where the a/c is in the bedroom. The bedroom unit was supposed to cool the whole suite, didn't really do the job. Sleeping with this going most of the night was the only negative of the stay! Don't get suite 338.

Absolutely terrible stay. My car was stolen from a locked parking garage and none of the hotel staff informed me. I did not know until the police showed up at the hotel door to inform me the car was stolen over night. Not only that but another guest car was stolen. This is completely unacceptable and terrible hotel. I would never recommend anyone staying here. As well we all purchased over $300 in food and the fridge did not work so it all went to waste. We should be reimbursed for the whole stay.

I traveled from Ontario with my husband and kids — about an 8-hour drive. We visit Mont-Tremblant every few years and absolutely love it. However, this stay at the Hilton started off a bit disappointing. When we arrived, the room felt very dark and dated. We had a lot of luggage and a wagon, and unfortunately, there were stairs to access the room, which made it difficult to lift everything up. The thermostat also wasn’t working. We had booked for three nights, so it wasn’t the welcome we were expecting. The next morning, I went to the front desk to request a room change. Rocky was helpful at first and arranged a better room for us after a 4–5 hour wait. But once the new room was ready, I didn’t appreciate her attitude — she kept repeating that she wasn’t supposed to change it and made it feel like she was doing us a big favor, even after I had explained all the issues. Her tone ruined what could have been a much better experience. That said, the hotel has a beautiful heated swimming pool and a relaxing hot tub, which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was also great — offering a good variety that changed almost every day. Overall, we love Mont-Tremblant, but the start of our stay didn’t meet our expectations for a Hilton experience.

Overall great stay. Stayed in one-bedroom suite with murphy bed: very large room. Heating didn't work well in the main living room but worked in the rest of the room. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was lovely - however lots of leaves in it at this time of year (Oct). Would be nicer to have towels at the pool instead of front desk. Staff were very friendly!

Great location in Mont Tremblant village. All local shops and restaurants are within an easy walk. Beach on the lake is just a short walk away. The hotel provides towels for the beach. Mont Tremblant National Park is about a 20 minute drive away. It has amazing walks and hikes.

Perfect location!!! Village starts at top of a hill and goes down with shops and restaurants along the way. Hotel is at the top in the middle of activities such as the Gondola, bottom of ski slope, luge, etc.

The proximity to lifts / slopes beats everything ! Location is Fantastic! Breakfast was awful! Lack of choices and quality! Not even pancakes , they had boiled eggs prepackaged- disgusting! Not even water or coffee/ tea available after brkfst! They lock water - ridiculous! For hotel - they should have water/ coffee / tea available in the lobby or by brkfst area. How can you not? The only reason we liked the stay was because of proximity to slopes and convenience
