Nice location in cernobbio, convenient since we had a car and we were able to find free parking spots nearby. The hotel’s restaurant is good for dining and one can get a table with a view if lucky, but the breakfast -taking place in the same restaurant- is a bit basic. The staff was not really welcoming and our room was specifically small (we were barely able to open our carry on). I think we could have deserved to be given a larger room since we noticed the rooms next to us were free during our stay. Overall the price/value is aligned with what one can find and pay on lake como.

Adoramos o hotel! A vista é maravilhosa. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e o encontramos sempre limpo e com trocas das toalhas. O café da manhã é suficiente sendo que o café é feito na hora! Delicioso! Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos e nos ajudaram com várias informações. Tem "parcheggio" (estacionamento) com faixa branca na praça da igreja ao lado. A quem interessar, não tem elevador, mas a escada é tranquila. Indicamos a estadia!

Everything was great until we realized it was not the room we reserved. The room was half the size. The next morning they were cleaning the one room we reserved and paid for. We told the morning manager but she didn’t seem to care much and blamed an electronic glitch. Out of all the places we reserved , it was the only one we had an issue with. The staff was very friendly but the manager was not very friendly. About parking, good luck. The staff parks at the free spots and the manager tells you to go park in paying car park and tells you to wake up for 8 am and go pay….i am more annoyed paying extras for the large room and seeing someone else got it. Small hotel so you reserve and pay for the actual room you reserve. I wish they refunded me a portion for the inconvenience because some paid less and got our large room.

Arrivati in struttura alle 22 più o meno, siamo sati accolti dal titolare con grande professionalità e allegria. Disponibile, nonostante l'orario, ci ha dato la possibilità di poter cenare. L'ottima pizza, la colazione abbondante e la professionalità del personale, abbinate ad una splendida vista sul Lago di Como, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto confortevole. Parcheggio coperto e bella struttura. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto!

Lugar precioso, la habitación es muy cómoda y súper limpia. Cenamos allí y muy bien todo. Al comentarle a la camarera que era nuestro aniversario número 20 nos hubiera gustado una gentileza pero no fue así. De todos modos el lugar es hermoso! Quedamos fascinados y volveríamos a ir.

L’albergo e la sala da pranzo, allestiti in modo ineccepibile, in ogni dettaglio, per creare la giusta atmosfera natalizia. Le camere sono piccole ma essenziali: non manca niente e sono pulitissime. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto Enzo e Simona

Albergo Ristorante Della Torre is one of the best places I have ever stayed (and I travel a lot). It has the basics you need, quiet rooms, and WONDERFUL staff. The restaurant was usually packed, especially on the weekends. We stayed for a long trip - this was “home base” for us as we travelled to other cities. By the end of our two weeks we (my mother and I) decided that we will always come back to Della Torre to stay at least a couple nights in the future. The view is gorgeous, beds comfy, and I just can’t gush enough about the staff. They were always SO helpful, and caring and so wonderful. The food was beyond amazing (we travelled to other cities in Italy and kept talking about how we missed the food here). We will 100% be booking another trip to come back and stay here.

Heerlijk verblijf, simpele kamer met privé badkamer op de gang. Erg vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Geweldig lekker gegeten in het restaurant. En als bonus een heerlijk ontbijt met het allemooiste uitzicht over het comomeer. Wij komen zeker terug!

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist man ganz schön aufgeschmissen. Mit dem Auto runter zum See ist auch keine gute Idee, es gibt keine Parkplätze, die wenigen waren alle besetzt und das Anfang Mai! Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen. Das Essen ist gut, nur komme ich mir verschaukelt vor, wenn meine Lammkoteletts hauchdünn sind und die am Nebentisch 3 mal so dick. Wir sind am nächsten Tag abgereist.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Room is very basic, but ok. Due to a very popular restaurant below, the room is very noisy and only past midnight it becomes a bit more quiet. Stunning location and a beautiful walk to the lake, using hidden little charming staircases.

Das Hotel entspricht dem Preis. Die Zimmer waren ganz in Ordnung. Es gab eine gute Klimaanlage. Das Bad war eng. Das Hotel liegt weit oben, weshalb man im Hotel Restaurant eine schöne Sicht auf die Landschaft, bestehend aus Stadt, Bergen und dem Como See, hat. Das Hotel liegt, jedoch weit oben, weshalb man sich gut endscheiden sollte, ob man den Weg hoch laufen möchte. Für fitte Leute wäre das natürlich kein Problem. Das Frühstück hat keine große Auswahl.

Location provided a wonderful view on the lake, th restaurant is great both on taste and service. Bed was comfortable, room clean. All rooms are on the first floor. The people where super friendly and nice. Bathroom was a bit small, and noises from the restaurant and fireworks in a neighboring city where present. From 1:30 quiet as can be.

The view is gorgeous, beds comfy, and I just can’t gush enough about the staff. They were always SO helpful, and caring and so wonderful. The food was beyond amazing (we travelled to other cities in Italy and kept talking about how we missed the food here). We will 100% be booking another trip to come back and stay here.
Albergo Ristorante Della Torre is one of the best places I have ever stayed (and I travel a lot). It has the basics you need, quiet rooms, and WONDERFUL staff. The restaurant was usually packed, especially on the weekends. We stayed for a long trip - this was “home base” for us as we travelled to other cities. By the end of our two weeks we (my mother and I) decided that we will always come back to Della Torre to stay at least a couple nights in the future. The view is gorgeous, beds comfy, and I just can’t gush enough about the staff. They were always SO helpful, and caring and so wonderful. Everything was great until we realized it was not the room we reserved. The room was half the size. The next morning they were cleaning the one room we reserved and paid for. We told the morning manager but she didn’t seem to care much and blamed an electronic glitch. Out of all the places we reserved , it was the only one we had an issue with. The staff was very friendly but the manager was not very friendly. About parking, good luck. The staff parks at the free spots and the manager tells you to go park in paying car park and tells you to wake up for 8 am and go pay….i am more annoyed paying extras for the large room and seeing someone else got it. Small hotel so you reserve and pay for the actual room you reserve. I wish they refunded me a portion for the inconvenience because some paid less and got our large room.

Nice location in cernobbio, convenient since we had a car and we were able to find free parking spots nearby. The hotel’s restaurant is good for dining and one can get a table with a view if lucky, but the breakfast -taking place in the same restaurant- is a bit basic. The staff was not really welcoming and our room was specifically small (we were barely able to open our carry on). I think we could have deserved to be given a larger room since we noticed the rooms next to us were free during our stay. Overall the price/value is aligned with what one can find and pay on lake como.

The room visit was excellent, the service and cleanliness were excellent, but if you don't have transportation, it's very difficult to get a taxi, and the taxi is very expensive. Just to get to the hotel, it's about a 5-minute drive and you'll pay about $60. You can walk if you like, it's about 20 minutes. The descent is fine, but the climb will be very tiring.

Great hotel and excellent restaurant. Quite a walk from the town centre up a steep hill. No problem for us but might be if you are disabled. The advantage to being on a hill side is that there are awesome views from the hotel. Staff are very friendly.

This property should be 4* at a minimum. Fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views, nestled away in the hill side of Cernobbio. The room was a great size. Bedside lighting which provides for a cosy retreat in the evening. Bathroom was perfect and great shower. I really couldn’t ask for more. I dined in the restaurant below in the evening and had some authentic, delicious food, served by incredibly hospitable waiters. Breakfast in the morning had a range of pastries , fresh yogurt, cereal and fruits. The lady at breakfast was pleasant and friendly- such exceptional service. I have made myself a promise to bring my family to Lake Come one day and will certainly be booking this incredible hotel. To the staff and all involved with the restaurant and hotel, thank you for the wonderful experience.

Stay at this hotel! We had two nights here as a family of 6 adults in August 2026 and it was just fantastic. It may be a little off the beaten path but that ensures a more authentic, non-tourist stay. At dinner we were surrounded by Italian locals, the food was excellent value and delicious and the staff warm and engaging. Loved it!

Old hotel They control room AC at front desk So it’s not very cool and it would shut off every morning at 10 You have to go down and ask to have it turned back on No glass in room Asked and got tiny disposable plastic cup Still uses skeleton keys from day it was built So doors not very secure Breakfast included and very limited Does have good view but 400 M up from lake Ate dinner at restaurant Very disappointed in portion size and price Especially with table setting fee That why it’s a one star Wouldn’t return

Friendly staff. Limited breakfast, but with a decent cappuccino. Rooms are small, but the air conditioning was very functional and much appreciated with the heat wave. The bed was OK, with a very hard pillow. The amenities were definitely only one star. All in all, though, we would stay there again
