The medium sized hotel have a traditional lay out and nice authentic vibe. Its 10 minutes walk from the Larcomar and the ocean. Our rooms were on the 1st floor, rolling bags were easy, but if you positioned on the 3d floor - get ready to walk stairs. There are no mini-fridge or microwave in the room; there is a safe and TV. The ceiling is high, the bathroom/rooms are spacious, water is the shower is hot, beds are comfortable. Simple buffet breakfast served on the patio in the nice courtyard. The service is very fast and professional. The hotel is clean, safe, sufficient. I only wish the coffee was more hot on the chilly morning, but it's my personal preferences.

Solo estuvimos un día en la propiedad, pagamos aproximadamente $53 por noche, la localización es muy conveniente y queda cerca de Larcomar. Nos hospedamos en un cuarto piso y no hay ascensor, solo escaleras, algo que no es conveniente si tienes equipaje. Para entrar al hotel debes tocar un timbre, y en ocasiones tardan en abrir. Tiene bonitos alrededores pero puedes conseguir hoteles con mejor calidad al mismo precio en el área de Miraflores.

Hotel staff is AMAZING! Always helpful and kind. Breakfast was always very delicious and the breakfast area is kept clean and always filled with food. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable - we like harder beds. We were arriving after check in time, so I called and they kindly waited for us - no questions, just smiles and kindness. Even cleaning crew was smiling. The area is very safe, in fact, there was a police car on the corner at all times we were there. Policemen were kind too, so we bought them coffee as we were walking back at midnight. We could walk everywhere from the hotel. The bus line was about 10 min walk. This is our 3rd time in Hotel Senorial and not the last one - we always come back to this hotel as it is not pretencious and has great prices for the area.

When we were to use the beds blankets had hair on them it seems like they were not change just fixed same thing on the shower and there was mildew on the corners. The options for breakfast was limited, but not bad.

I stayed in this hotel twice in 1 week. During the first stay were were on the first floor facing the inner courtyard. It was very hot so we slept with the windows open and the front desk was able to provide us with a ventilator. We slept fine. I stayed there again a week later, same impossible heat, but the front desk stated they were OUT of ventilators. They also said, don't worry- we'll give you a room with a nice breeze. They put us on the second floor above the lobby facing the entrance and street. Even with the window and balcony door open it was too hot, keeping them closed was not an option. So the whole night we had to deal with street noise, people being buzzed in an out of the front gate, and then a staff member started sweeping the pavement at 5:30 am. Breakfast was good, the hotel overall is probably good when it's not that hot. However not having enough ventilators (when the hotel does not have AC) is unacceptable. What was supposed to be the night to finally catch up on sleep during out trip turned into just 5 hours of tossing and turning due to the heat and noise.

Dated property. Very average. Staff at reception is very unhelpful. Pros: The hotel’s amazing location. Restaurants and cafes are all 2-5 min walking distance. Neighborhood is fantastic too, thriving and vibrant and seemed safe at late hours too.

La verdad esperaba más de un hotel de 3 estrellas, no hay agua pura en la habitación, tenia un aroma extraño, la ventana del baño no se podia cerrar asi que mueres del frio en invierno. Se bajaron las palancas de la electricidad y no pude cargar mis gadgets y habian algunos chichos en recepción que no eran muy amables.
