Upon arrival was meet by a very friendly staff member. She worked quickly to accommodate us. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, large screen TV and very comfortable bed. Parking was free and well lit. Overall an excellent find in the Ontario area.

kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. full size fridge & dishwasher. they also supply you with dish pods and soap. very spacious and ventilated. they also have guest laundry units available at no extra cost. i absolutely enjoyed everyday spent at the extended studio hotel in Ontario. will absolutely stay here again.

Front desk not too friendly but we were checked in quickly. Pool is small and the hallways are very warm, about 79 degrees. A/C worked well in our room though. Room was very clean, quiet, and the kitchen had great amenities. We only stayed one night so we only used the cups.

I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel. Nothing was up to standard. The room was completely dirty and nasty. The kitchen floor, bathroom floor and carpet were visibly dirty and disgusting. There was food and dirt on the door frames and walls. There was dirt, food, and grime on the refrigerator. The cabinets had drippings down the front side. There was hair on almost every towel and were stained. The shower had dirt and stains on the tile walls. I was not happy staying here and will not use them or any type of association again.

This was a last resort while flying out of Ontario. Room was dirty. Bathroom floor had women’s long hair all over it. The grout was black. Went to go to bed and there was crumbs in the bed. Called front desk and she offered to send someone to inspect room advised I needed a new room.

My only complaint is the noise from the trains going by every few hours and the planes taking off above my head. Very noisy and distracting. Dont get a room facing the parking lot.

Friendly customer service by the front desk, especially considering it was after midnight. The room was clean and surprisingly larger than expected. Would stay again if I was back in the area.

Very nice place and at a better rate than the places around it. Internet worked great i was able to game with my friends while staying there, housekeeping even did my dishes for me. Kitchenette was great and the fridge is a normal sized fridge so you can keep actual grocery’s in there, had a decent compliment of pots pans and all the other necessary dishes.

The receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing and has to make phone calls everytime someone needs to check in! Please do some orientation first before doing the actual work!!! What a terrible experience for someone who drives far from sacramento to just check into the hotel. Will never come back to this hotel!!

The check in process was by far the worst that I have ever experienced. It took over 20 minutes to try to check in since the receptionist was unable to print the check in form and could not find a generic hard copy of the form for me to sign. That was AFTER waiting 15 minutes for the receptionist to take care of the guest in front of me that needed a receipt of his stay. I asked, but the receptionist would not let me go to my room while waiting for resolution of the printing issue even though the keys were already flashed. Again, worst experience ever - I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

I have stayed here multiple times and I’ve had zero issues. The rooms are nice, the staff is great and I like that I am so close to so many different things. It’s very convenient, especially with how much I travel for work.

The location is very noisy and in a bad neighborhood. The hot tub they advertised is actually a mini swimming pool. The room itself was rundown. Drawers in kitchen wouldn’t close, hardly any utensils for cooking or eating. They ran out of towels every day. No ice. Only good thing was one very nice lady at the front desk.

We keep coming back because Candlewood is clean. The rooms are spacious enough with mini kitchens with full fridge, range, and everything you could need to be self-sufficient. The staff are very friendly and the housekeepers put their heart and soul into their job (with the exception of one in particular). Housekeepers do such an excellent job multi-tasking, it is worth mentioning. Grocery & shopping are close by by car; not a friendly walking area. Free coffee but no breakfast. Overall, Candlewood is comparable to the better hotels in the area except it is bordered by the airport noise on one side & Holt Blvd traffic on the other. As long as the windows stay closed, noise won't be a problem.

Very nice clean room/property No literature for tv, no ice machine although ice maker was in refrigerator but very limited ice production. No info on dining or services in area. No do not disturb signs for door. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Most reviews were positive however “most” omitted there are zero, nadda, NO, grocery stores to advantage use of the mini-kitchens of this property. The in-room coffee brand was pathetically poor as was the automatic dispenser in the lobby. Comfortable room but if you want a less expensive but clean place to put your head on a pillow, book it.

Perfectly fine hotel, convenient to the airport and local businesses. Bonus as they have a Starbucks and very nice Mexican restaurant a block away. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely stay there again.

It was very convenient and the staff was very kind a helpful. If I had any complaint at all it would be that they didn't have any breakfast. I thought they were going to have breakfast. Other then that it was amazing.
